Don't pass this one as just another generic Pizza shop inside of a small strip mall. This Pizza is really amazing. There's something in the sauce and the cheese and the crust that makes me and my friends coming back for more. The staff is really attentive if you eat there and it's always clean. The little garlic bread bites is a nice addition if you want something small to go with your pizza. Also the Chicken Parm sandwich is delicious. Definitely give this pizza a chance. The price is a bit higher than the pizza chains, but the taste is definitely worth it! read more

I had ordered a pizza, 3 cheesesteaks, and cheese fries. Service was great and all the workers were following COVID measures. The pizza and fries were good, but all three cheesesteaks had bits of bone in the chopped steak, which was not pleasant. Not sure if I would go back after experiencing that. read more

I tried this place for the first time today, never again! Worst pizza cheese steak, I have ever had! Not only was it not toasted but there was very little steak! The sauce was just thrown on top of the cheese too! I called and asked if my pizza steak was made the way they make there's! Big surprise it was not! i told the guy it was not toasted! the guy kept telling me that he saw them bake it. But the roll was fresh and soft, no way was it toasted. After going back and fourth he finally said he would bring me a new one. He asked me to return the old one. I told him I was on lunch and had to eat the one I had. He then said well if you ate one you don't need a new one. I said your right and asked about a credit for another time. He responded no bc you ate the first one! We had a 36.00 order and we would have kept order like that but never again! Worst customer service ever! Be warned, this place is horrible! read more

I have to update my review because over the past few months, Randazzo's has really been on point. They haven't forgotten anything in any of my delivery orders recently and their menu has so many options at a decent price it just can't be beat. We love their pizza but it's a bummer that at 10:47 when they're website says they're open until 11pm no one will answer the phone. So much for trying to order a late night snack after watching a movie witch sparked are interest for pizza!! The food is good but I guess they stop making and serving food a while before they close on a Saturday night. Oh well. I used to go here every week to get a slice with my mom, sister and grandma. Their food is amazing and I've never had a bad meal. They are very quick in store and during delivery. Their pizza is amazing, their french fries are to die for and their wings. Their mild wings are definitely 1st or 2nd in my ranking. You can get a whole bunch of things from pizza, sandwiches, sides, etc. Even their cheesesteaks are very good. Not too much bread but perfect amount of everything. There are only a handful of things I take more seriously than good pizza. With that being said, this is easily one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. Im talking quality ingredients, wide variety, and consistently amazing. I come here about 3-4x a week and Im never ceased to be amazed by the deliciousness of the pizza. You can tell that Henry and Tito take pride in the quality of the pizza they put out. There probably isn't a friendlier place and the customer service is great. So I went to the new Randazzo's in the Huntington Valley shopping center... Must have replaced Illiano's... And I have never before had such greasy and oily pizza. I ordered buffalo chicken and the chicken was dry and flavorless. I've had Randazzos at other locations and the new location did not live up to my expectation. Very disappointed. read more

The food is good, but the customer service sucks so much that I will never go back. My daughter ordered by phone for delivery and the price she was quoted was a lot more than the price on the menu. The person she spoke with advised her the price changed and she was OK with that, but she asked another question. The person hung up on her. My daughter called back and spoke with the manager, who supposedly was going to make it up to her. When she went to pick up the food instead of delivery, she was given a hard time and told to just pay up. She looked at the "new" menu and the prices were the same. Ok, this place is as good as it gets philly style food. When I hear someone is from out of town, and they want a cheesesteak, this is where I send them. Delicious, fresh, food. I have had mixed experiences at Randazzo's. My lunch buddy at work loves eating here and I've been a captive audience unless I want to eat alone. I've tried many things on their menu. Some are okay and some are not so good. However, I'd say that nothing is really great. They do make nice fresh crisp salads, but you can get a nice salad just about anywhere.
