    Bacon Maple Long John

Stopped in to the Anaheim Packing District on the way to the airport. Randy's called our name with delicious donut options. This was the freshest, lightest, tastiest donut I've ever had! The crispy bacon melts in with the maple, and the bar itself was, like I said above, light and not weighed down with extra grease. Randy's is tucked in the back but their display case is what called our name, so many fun flavor options!

Went here today and no one was up front to help guests so we left. Went to have lunch cane back to have dessert and a worker literally looked at both of us and just walked away and went to the coffee station. No "hello" no "I'll be right with you" just started to make a drink and never took our order. After a few minutes waiting an no service we just walked away. They never asked us for help or were even interested in helping us. Sad customer service.

They really do live up to the hype. While I'm typically more of a mom and pop Cambodian donut shop type of guy, I do recognize that a local chain is very much the same thing. I just had a basic maple donut since the glazed was sold out, and I found it solid and at a fair price despite the location within the Anaheim Packing House, which admittedly is always an inconvenience to get to. I do want to try their other donuts, the Texas one was super tempting but I couldn't stomach the calories (and arguably shouldn't ever). They have some creative creations as well though not as many as the stores that specialize in it, but probably bring some of that no-nonsense ethos to their approach compared to the others that sort of deviate from actually tasting like a good donut. That's probably the biggest appeal of Randy's is that they have the small mom and pop flair and style to just making cheap, delicious donuts while not being afraid of modern trends, and I love that for them. TIP: Free parking garages around even if there's a walk. I believe they have another location in OC in Santa Ana that's probably less of a pain to get to.

    Love the Donut Box!

A yummy donut shop inside the Anaheim Packing House. Walked by and could not resist! The person who helped me was super nice! All the donuts look great and plenty of options. But I had to go with the massive chocolate sprinkle Texas donut! A perfectly sweet donut. Big enough to share for sure! Can't wait to come back!

I tried their iced butter cream latte and it was pretty good. Had the right amount of coffee and sweetness. The girl at the register was super nice. Would come back some time to try their other drinks.

2/3/2025 Newly opened a month ago. Haven't tried Randy's Donuts in such a long time. I've only tried it once in LA, but never gone back. Is that a bad sign? I've been a Sidecar Donuts fan for many years, I've never needed to go elsewhere. While I was waiting for pizza slices to be reheated at ZeroZero39 Pizzeria, I've decided to purchase their popular flavor, their Butter Crumb Raised Donut. BUTTER CRUMB RAISED Appearance-wise, it did look very sweet. Actually, all their donuts looked super sweet, so I was reluctant to try. I was told their butter crumb raised donut was popular, so wanted to try it. First impression is that it was fluffy and soft. Texture was good. It tasted fresh. However, it was covered in powdered sugar and it was very sweet. I was told there's butter pieces on top with the powdered sugar, so I thought there would be some buttery flavor, but it wasn't there. I couldn't quite make out the flavors. All I could taste was vanilla flavored raised donut with powdered sugar on top. There was an odd flavor in there that was indistinguishable. It was trying to taste like butter and had a little bit of saltiness, but still wasn't sure what it was supposed to be. I didn't finish the donut. Tossed it in the trash can. Sorry Randy's Donuts. Will not be back again. CUSTOMER SERVICE Only one person working. She was nice, patient, and greeted everyone passing through. Reason for giving one more star. LOCATION Inside Anaheim Packing District. On the first floor right across from ZeroZero39 Pizzeria. PARKING TIP Always utilize the 10 minute parking space in front Anaheim Packing District for food pick-up.

    Full of goodness!

After quite a full lunch, donuts will always have a little bit more space in the tummy. Randy's Donuts definitely delivered a good spot!! Saturday lunchtime The Packing House was a buzzy place and at Randy's was no exception. Lots of yummy looking donuts to choose from and finally we decided on the Oreo donut and Raspberry donut. They were soft and full of goodness! We love Randy's Donuts!

Thrilled to have a Randy's donuts storefront open in the Anaheim Packing District. The other Randy's Donut locations tend to run out of specialty donuts toward the end of the day. I visited this new location in the evening & had a great selection. Everything on their menu was available. Great selection of donuts, fast and easy service!

Saw the iconic neon sign after eating my Po Boy upstairs and ordered a box of assorted donuts for our party of 6. Enjoyed the cinnamon danish and maple bar along with the apple fritter as the ones that I tried. Pro tip- if you have a group and want to share go to one of the other restaurant stalls to get a knife so that you can cut the pieces as depending on what you order, Randy's items are huge.

The employee at the front counter was handling food and packaging materials immediately after repeatedly touching the trash can

The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were ordering, she repeatedly touched the trash can and went back and forth between handling trash and serving customers without using gloves or washing her hands. When we politely asked for our two orders to be placed in separate bags, she became visibly irritated and ultimately refused to complete our order. When we asked for the manager's contact information to make a complaint, she refused to provide it . " From the moment we arrived, her attitude was dismissive and hostile. We were polite and patient the entire time, but her conduct was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer-facing role.

Talk about yummy and worth the visit! Every donut tasted decadent, especially my favorite Butter Crumb! Don't pass on this place. Great location too!

Too greasy, weird aftertastes, terrible terrible heartburn and upset stomach after... And with these, I didn't experience any of that(a little burpy after, but I mean, it's donuts... LOL) We only tried 3 different donuts, but they were all so bomb. The churro donut was my favorite. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside just like a real churro, but didn't get soggy. The Nutella Malasada was full of Nutella and it was actually my first time trying a malasada... bomb! The cookies and creme mochi was a nice surprise too. The cream was actually very flavorful and not just like a plain creme with Oreos thrown in like I've often seen. I'm sure all of the donuts would be really good here. I will definitely make a trek here again one of these days.

They had hundreds of donuts sitting out, no labels, we had to ask what everything was. Ended up buying four for $13, not bad. Came home and took a bite of each one. None of the donuts tasted fresh, I am sure they were made hours before we bought them. Churro was super hard and stale, salted caramel literally tasted like nothing, blueberry tasted like sweet artificial fruit, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was the best one. If I lived nearby, I might get that one again, but this is not a place to go out of the way and try.

Thankfully, they took pity on two desperate bread hunters. When they told me the only option was buying an entire tray of 60 Senorita breads, I acted shocked for about half a second before enthusiastically saying, "Deal!" 15 mins later, we were handed a box of pure happiness. Naturally, hubby and I had to perform a thorough quality-control inspection in the car. 6 pieces each later (strictly for research purposes, of course), we confirmed the verdict: fresh, hot, buttery, soft, chewy, perfectly sweet, and dangerously addictive!!! I saw what seemed like a crepe rolled up pastry with different toppings on it and found out they call them "burrito", but is a dessert type. I got myself one of those "burritos", a bear claw, and an original crueller. "Burrito" - 4.5/5 the flavor was fine and I got the apple topping with cinnamon. Flavor was on point. The texture was a bit hard for my teeth, but nothing horrible. I just prefer softness when it comes to sweets/donuts. Bear Claw - 5/5 It was so moist, perfectly sweeten, and I don't know how they made it look so perfectly portioned to where it actually did look like a clean looking bear claw, but that definitely helped when I was pulling each "claw" and enjoying each bite. Definitely a must have. Crueller - 5/5 it was extremely soft and moist on the first bite. I devoured that thing like nothing in one sitting. I plan to come back and try their other flavors.

The setup is simple; walk up to the window, place your order, and try not to get distracted by the display case packed with donuts that look like they belong in a bakery competition. The employees inside were ready to answer any questions and worked diligently to get orders processed. There are a handful of outdoor tables if you want to enjoy your treats there, but be warned that it can get busy in the morning. After one visit here it's easy to understand why. What really sets them apart is their willingness to get creative. They have the classics, but the adventurous specialty donuts are where the magic happens. I tried the Girl Scout inspired Samoa donut, and it absolutely delivered. A soft, pillowy donut with a rich chocolate-coated bottom, topped with a generous layer of caramel and coconut. The flavors were balanced deliciously. The chocolate added depth, the caramel brought just enough buttery sweetness, and the coconut gave it texture and a slightly nutty finish. Best of all, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Going back for this one soon! If coconut is not your thing, but you enjoy chocolate and whip cream I recommend the whipped cream stuffed chocolate Long John. The chocolate icing had a nice cocoa flavor without being overly sweet, while the whipped cream filling was light, airy, and pleasantly smooth. What really stood out though was the donut itself because it was soft, fluffy, and fresh. The freshness was obvious from the first bite. The donut had that perfect texture--light and airy inside while still substantial enough to hold all of those toppings. It managed to feel indulgent without becoming heavy. Even the atmosphere here adds to the experience. Standing outside with a fresh donut and coffee in hand while watching the steady stream of customers come and go gives you the feeling that you've discovered a local favorite rather than a chain trying to imitate one. If you're the type who usually grabs a plain glazed donut and moves on, this is the place that might convince you to branch out. Between the creative flavors, fresh ingredients, and consistently delicious execution, it's easy to see why people line up in the morning. Some donuts satisfy a craving, these donuts create one!
