Stopped in to the Anaheim Packing District on the way to the airport. Randy's called our name with delicious donut options. This was the freshest, lightest, tastiest donut I've ever had! The crispy bacon melts in with the maple, and the bar itself was, like I said above, light and not weighed down with extra grease. Randy's is tucked in the back but their display case is what called our name, so many fun flavor options!

Went here today and no one was up front to help guests so we left. Went to have lunch cane back to have dessert and a worker literally looked at both of us and just walked away and went to the coffee station. No "hello" no "I'll be right with you" just started to make a drink and never took our order. After a few minutes waiting an no service we just walked away. They never asked us for help or were even interested in helping us. Sad customer service.

They really do live up to the hype. While I'm typically more of a mom and pop Cambodian donut shop type of guy, I do recognize that a local chain is very much the same thing. I just had a basic maple donut since the glazed was sold out, and I found it solid and at a fair price despite the location within the Anaheim Packing House, which admittedly is always an inconvenience to get to. I do want to try their other donuts, the Texas one was super tempting but I couldn't stomach the calories (and arguably shouldn't ever). They have some creative creations as well though not as many as the stores that specialize in it, but probably bring some of that no-nonsense ethos to their approach compared to the others that sort of deviate from actually tasting like a good donut. That's probably the biggest appeal of Randy's is that they have the small mom and pop flair and style to just making cheap, delicious donuts while not being afraid of modern trends, and I love that for them. TIP: Free parking garages around even if there's a walk. I believe they have another location in OC in Santa Ana that's probably less of a pain to get to.

I tried their iced butter cream latte and it was pretty good. Had the right amount of coffee and sweetness. The girl at the register was super nice. Would come back some time to try their other drinks.

A yummy donut shop inside the Anaheim Packing House. Walked by and could not resist! The person who helped me was super nice! All the donuts look great and plenty of options. But I had to go with the massive chocolate sprinkle Texas donut! A perfectly sweet donut. Big enough to share for sure! Can't wait to come back!

2/3/2025 Newly opened a month ago. Haven't tried Randy's Donuts in such a long time. I've only tried it once in LA, but never gone back. Is that a bad sign? I've been a Sidecar Donuts fan for many years, I've never needed to go elsewhere. While I was waiting for pizza slices to be reheated at ZeroZero39 Pizzeria, I've decided to purchase their popular flavor, their Butter Crumb Raised Donut. BUTTER CRUMB RAISED Appearance-wise, it did look very sweet. Actually, all their donuts looked super sweet, so I was reluctant to try. I was told their butter crumb raised donut was popular, so wanted to try it. First impression is that it was fluffy and soft. Texture was good. It tasted fresh. However, it was covered in powdered sugar and it was very sweet. I was told there's butter pieces on top with the powdered sugar, so I thought there would be some buttery flavor, but it wasn't there. I couldn't quite make out the flavors. All I could taste was vanilla flavored raised donut with powdered sugar on top. There was an odd flavor in there that was indistinguishable. It was trying to taste like butter and had a little bit of saltiness, but still wasn't sure what it was supposed to be. I didn't finish the donut. Tossed it in the trash can. Sorry Randy's Donuts. Will not be back again. CUSTOMER SERVICE Only one person working. She was nice, patient, and greeted everyone passing through. Reason for giving one more star. LOCATION Inside Anaheim Packing District. On the first floor right across from ZeroZero39 Pizzeria. PARKING TIP Always utilize the 10 minute parking space in front Anaheim Packing District for food pick-up.

After quite a full lunch, donuts will always have a little bit more space in the tummy. Randy's Donuts definitely delivered a good spot!! Saturday lunchtime The Packing House was a buzzy place and at Randy's was no exception. Lots of yummy looking donuts to choose from and finally we decided on the Oreo donut and Raspberry donut. They were soft and full of goodness! We love Randy's Donuts!

Thrilled to have a Randy's donuts storefront open in the Anaheim Packing District. The other Randy's Donut locations tend to run out of specialty donuts toward the end of the day. I visited this new location in the evening & had a great selection. Everything on their menu was available. Great selection of donuts, fast and easy service!

Saw the iconic neon sign after eating my Po Boy upstairs and ordered a box of assorted donuts for our party of 6. Enjoyed the cinnamon danish and maple bar along with the apple fritter as the ones that I tried. Pro tip- if you have a group and want to share go to one of the other restaurant stalls to get a knife so that you can cut the pieces as depending on what you order, Randy's items are huge.

The employee at the front counter was handling food and packaging materials immediately after repeatedly touching the trash can

The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were ordering, she repeatedly touched the trash can and went back and forth between handling trash and serving customers without using gloves or washing her hands. When we politely asked for our two orders to be placed in separate bags, she became visibly irritated and ultimately refused to complete our order. When we asked for the manager's contact information to make a complaint, she refused to provide it . " From the moment we arrived, her attitude was dismissive and hostile. We were polite and patient the entire time, but her conduct was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer-facing role.

Talk about yummy and worth the visit! Every donut tasted decadent, especially my favorite Butter Crumb! Don't pass on this place. Great location too!

First time to Anaheim and tried Randy's Doughnuts. Staff was helpful with suggestions. Service was very quick. I tried the blueberry, red velvet and original glaze doughnuts. All the doughnuts were soft and fresh!

The emoji breads tempted us with their cuteness, but we were very curious about the Oyaki Mentai Caviar's combination of spicy cod roe and mochi. To be safe, we also got the Mentai Salt & Butter Roll. While we liked the Roll and its crunchy outside/soft inside, we actually loved the Oyaki. The mochi isn't sweet at all, just nicely chewy. Plus, whereas the Roll only had a little bit of spicy cod roe inside, the Oyaki was packed! I say this a lot, but truly, everything looked good. I hope to come back and try their Paninis and Danishes. If they're anything like the Oyaki, they'll be distinct, delicious, and downright delightful.

Honestly, I cannot even imagine how sweet it would be without modifying the sweetness level. As someone who prefers non dairy drinks, I was happy to hear from the girl taking my order that it's made with oat milk. That creamy oat milk combined with the matcha and pandan made the drink smooth. This one is definitely going to be my new go to order!

It seems they…read moreoccasionally are host to various gaming, anime, and pop culture collabs from time to time, and are queer-owned. Upon walking in, my jaw dropped at how gorgeous and atmospheric the entire place was. It looked like nearly everything was custom made for the cafe, and made with love and tons of detail. There's a super cute little nook in the corner where you can chill secretly with your friends, beautiful tabletops for both board games, reading (from their small library), and cafe enjoyment, tons of hanging immersive decorations, and wall features that make it look like you're in a fantasy universe. Though the lighting is dim and colored, there's also enough proper light source to conduct any activity. Their bathrooms also have bidets. Should you want to dine outside, there's an outdoor themed patio. And if you want to game, there's a cyber cafe. The Final Fantasy collab was represented in mainly the entire menu change and cutout decor photo-ops. The menu had items that you'd expect to see straight out of a cartoon, and as suspected, existed more for aesthetics than taste; our drinks were too sweet and a bit more watered down than desired. If the refreshments matched the level of quality of the interior, this would for sure be a perfect cafe. While waiting for your order, it's fun to peruse the item shop, which had a lot of various trinkets and local artist merchandise. For the overly decorated areas, it seems you need to make a reservation to actually utilize the space, as there are strict usage requirements to aid in the upkeep and preservation of the effects. While inconvenient, I can see this is in place to keep the cafe continuously clean and beautiful. Even though I'd go elsewhere to eat or drink something good, it's worth supporting this business for the photos and vibes. I've never seen anything quite like Requiem Cafe, and I respect the effort and vision that went into this place.

The menu didn't say anything or the baristas did not mention or give us the option for the extras. Pretty much just got overpriced lattes that tasted the same. I wish the service was better and that they were willing to work either us on the drinks. Instead just got a response that "oh yeah the pictures don't look like the drinks. We've told the owners about that. Sorry!". It's frustrating to know that this was a known issue, yet we weren't told that the marshmallows or cookie, and etc were extra. I wouldn't have minded paying extra...but just wish I was given the option or told about it would be nice. Just seems like a big miss on the false advertisement and the lack of trying to make it a better experience.
