WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!! HORRIBLE , RUDE, OBNOXIOUS STAFF!! I was driving on the freeway and noticed an RV that I was very interested in and decided to call to find out about it., "Chip" ( whom appears to be a ghost because he is never inside the dealership but always answers the phone) said to come on by. My wife and I came in and met with "Pete" and was shown the RV ( which we really liked ), but the problems started with the dishonesty at the time of writing up the "Purchase Contract", "Pete" inserted a " $995 CASH ACCESSORY " line item which I did not realized until getting home from this MOM AND POP PEACE OF CRAP, UNPROFESSIONAL "BUSINESS". I called "Pete" the next morning to ask about the $995.00 EXTRA CHARGE ( it is a RIPOFF) and he explained that "it is fee for them to inspect the RV", but he forgot to tell me about it.... Pete pulled my credit report and submitted to his lender and said I was approved, but will have to bring proof of income. I agreed and arranged to come back the following day to finalize my purchase, but did request to DRIVE THE RV before buying it. Pete said that it was "his day off" and that I could not come in if he was not there". I stopped by anyways after calling and speaking to "CHIP" ( the friendly Ghost) again and he said that I could test drive it. Upon my arrival I met with somebody else and THIS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, man that referred to himself as 'EQUAL TO CHIP AND SALES MANAGER/FINANCE manager" REFUSED TO LET ME TEST DRIVE IT WITHOUT SHOWING PROOF OF INCOME , (WHICH I HAD IN MY POSSESSION ALONG WITH MY DOWN PAYMENT) until I had provided it to him. He also said that he "DID NOT WANT TO WASTE THE GAS IN THE RV" and allow me to test drive it. Always there for us! Best service department around! After a different dealership destroyed the back wiring in the fridge installing solar panels behind it, we've been without a working fridge for a year and a half. Then another shop didn't latch the fridge (after we asked to see if they could fix it) and the service guy swung around the corner fast pulling the coach out for us to pick up which caused the door to fly off down the hall and put a hole in the wall and broke all hinges beyond repair. So now it not only didn't work, but then whole tool looked awful without a door on it. That place couldn't find a fridge to fit to replace the broken one except a standard home electric only one. We had given up and used it as a cupboard with no door. Awful! But Range RV not only found one for us that was propane/electric like we wanted, they also rebuilt the cabinetry to fit and it looks amazing! The black matches the rest of the appliances and modernizes the whole space. And it's big!!! Thank you Gina and all who made this happen. It's ready for a new home and adventures. I really enjoyed my experience in buying an RV from this dealership. We were greeted by a new employee named Robert and he was very friendly and social. He was genuine when asking questions and listening to our response. We were then handed over to Toni who handled the financial aspect of the sale and she was very informative and friendly. She got us a great deal and set both my husband and I up with a loan that we are comfortable with. We highly recommend this dealership. After looking through a couple of newer models (which were immaculate inside) we settled on an older used model. Our only complaint would be that it wasn't cleaned before being delivered to us. That could be because of the age we arent sure, maybe it was purchase as is but we felt like for our purchase it could have at least been cleaned but it wasn't filthy so we arent mad. Well, it came much quicker than we had hoped, but we needed to bring back our trailer for some warranty work. The manufacturer had screwed up some of the toilet piping and there were a couple other minor issues. Let me just say though, from the moment we brought it back and Rachel met us in the service department, we couldn't have been more pleased. Rachel is simply amazing and took care of everything with an accommodating attitude and a smile on her face. They had our trailer ready to roll again in just a few days and Rachel was there when we picked it up to explain everything they did. I've dealt with many large RV dealer service departments in the past and it was always a negative experience and like pulling teeth to get things corrected. Not so with Range. We are very thankful we chose a small, family oriented dealer for our purchase. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience trying to buy an RV. The customer service was horrendous--staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in answering my questions. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. The prices were outrageously high for the poor quality they offer. The RVs looked slapped together with shoddy workmanship--crooked cabinets, uneven flooring, and loose fixtures everywhere. It was clear they lacked the skills to properly build or maintain these vehicles. To top it off, the whole buying process was a nightmare. They had no idea what they were doing, gave conflicting information, and were incredibly slow with paperwork. I walked away completely frustrated and will never be back. We were traveling thru the area when our Motor Home failed to start. I called a friend that lives in Apple Valley and asked him where we should take it for repair. He said he had always had good service from Range RV on his Motor Home. I called Range RV and told them that we were broke down and trying to get to an event later that day. They said they would be happy to look at it as soon as I could get it there. The service tech, Carlos, jumped on it and diagnosed the problem to being just a bad battery. I had told him I thought the fuel pump was bad. That would have been an 8 hour job and a lot of money. Carlos saved the day and had us going in no time at all. The entire service staff were very friendly and efficient. Great service and honest. Range RV gets 5 stars...more if I could. read more

Went to Range RV and had a great experience. Sarkis greeted my kids and I my first visit and made us feel like family. When I came back with my wife, he helped us find the trailer that was perfect for us. Thank you, Sarkis! Everyone at Range RV was amazing. Finance, Parts, and honestly Steven who did the walk through worked his tail off in the heat installing my brake controller and hooking everything up, gave me a thorough walk through and was seriously the icing on the cake. Today, I took my Class C in to have the service department check the roof condition. I live in the High Desert and the weather can be brutal to vehicles. The two gentlemen (I should have noticed their names) examined the roof and even invited me to a vantage point where I could see. To my surprise, they reported all looked good for now. They recommend some work possibly in two years. I want to protect my investment and that was the reason for my visit. With that said, I was so relieved to not have to spend the money right now. Our family had suffered a pretty epic string of bad luck recently and Bobby at Range RV helped turn that around and landed us the perfect trailer for our family. He was up front, timely with the financing, and delivery of our Evo as well as the rest of he staff going above and beyond to make sure we had the right hitch and height and walked us through answering all our questions. Sarkis is the best sales agent ever! He is not the pushy salesman type at all! We went to the dealership several times and he always gave us our space unless we had a question for him. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process from letting us know the towing weight of our vehicle to items we would need to be successful. I don't know if we'll be in the market for a new trailer again anytime soon (because we found an awesome trailer) but if we are, we will most definitely seek out Sarkis again and would highly recommend him to anyone! We were considering buying a travel trailer. After looking at multiple dealers without success, (no inventory, not the right fit, etc), we headed home. Drove up from the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County. Not one of those huge RV dealers but, more like family. Was treated with warm friendly atmosphere and no pressure.
