Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

Their pompous regional rep comes in as the "heavy" and flat out refuses to be accountable. The good news is my insurance carrier, who referred me to Safelite, will handle my claim and I will urge them to never recommend them again. Terrible service and shoddy workmanship. Why would ANYONE use this vendor after hearing this??

For $180, the dent is totally gone, a paintless repair, and the nicks to the paint on the trunk are professionally touched up (not perfectly repainted but much less noticeable). Service was friendly but they were busy so make an appointment. And note it is cash or check only. I'll never go around with a dent in my ride ever again. I contacted Jim's for a full exterior and interior detail. The car looks brand new. Showroom floor level of clean. They even removed the stickers she had on the back windshield. Also, judging from the research I did online, Jim's was the cheapest in the area (I didn't look into mobile detailing). The total bill for the full exterior and interior detail was $255.48 (after taxes). In my humble opinion, it was well worth it. I just fell in love with my car.
