Instead of properly servicing my vehicle, the technicians caused extensive and unacceptable damage, breaking multiple critical components in the engine bay that were perfectly fine before I arrived. When confronted with the damage, the staff attempted to sweep it under the rug. They offered a shady "self-fix" solution, which blatantly violates their own corporate policies. There is a staggering lack of accountability at every level of this organization. The absolute lowest point occurred when I tried to escalate the matter. While having a serious conversation with the Store Leader regarding the destruction of my property, I could clearly hear employees casually throwing around the "N" word in the background. It was highly offensive, completely inappropriate, and the manager did absolutely nothing to address it. The complete absence of basic professionalism, respect, and human decency from start to finish is mind-boggling. If you value your vehicle, keep it far away from this shop. They will recklessly damage your property and refuse to lift a finger to make it right. Because the local staff was completely uncooperative, I was forced to take matters into my own hands and independently contact their corporate customer service team just to get a damage claim initiated. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs. Do not trust these people with your vehicle until they completely overhaul their management, strictly enforce their own policies, and adequately train their employees in both basic mechanics and workplace professionalism.

Instead reassured me the damage was minor and they were even able to bend back a part instead of telling me to replace the whole thing. I just needed a patch on my rear driver side tire on my gt 350, the customer service was excellent with violet and doc. As soon as I asked if I could go watch the process they had no problem with it. They brought me back there, and even let me keep the front splitter fastener that was in the tire. While the wheel was off they let me shine up the inside of the rim that I never can get too. Was an easy 30 minute job, and they didn't scratch up the rim. The price for the service was much lower then i expected! Highly recommend these guys!

The dealership found that my oil cap was completely missing and that an air flow sensor that was "replaced" by Blackmon's was contaminated. I was charged over $1200 and still had to take my car into a repair shop. This was the second time my car was in for service within the last 30 days. I was thinking, this has got to be an easy fix. I spent over 3k in less than 30 days there without my car working properly. Hope you have better luck if you take you care there.
