"Good Time" is the perfect name for this company because working with them was truly a breath of…read morefresh air. My husband and I recently bought our first home, and while trying to complete some minor upgrades, we discovered mold. We immediately panicked, assuming the absolute worst. After reading their excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call--and I am so glad I did. Everyone who came out to our house was incredible, friendly, and deeply professional. They made an incredibly stressful situation completely painless, and they treated our home as if it were their own. One important tip for future customers: This company focuses strictly on remediation, meaning they do not handle the reconstruction or repairs (like replacing drywall) once the mold is gone. This wasn't an issue for me--I simply called around and found a local contractor to patch things up afterward--but it's important to go in with the right expectations and always ask questions! The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. He was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and reassured us that he would remove as little material as possible while keeping the home safe and thorough. We immediately knew we were in good hands. A few days later, Ruben and Ivan completed the work. They were punctual, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Not only did they finish on time, but they also managed to save an entire wall and our builder shelves. Because they saved the wall, Ruben actually adjusted our final invoice down to reflect the lower material removal--a massive financial relief for first-time homebuyers. Ruben took extensive photos, walked me through the containment zone to explain their findings, and even returned the next day to walk my husband through the exact same breakdown so we were both fully informed. The final report they provided was incredibly thorough, detailing every single step with photographic evidence. My husband can be very picky about contracted work, and even he was completely impressed and had zero critiques. We were so incredibly stressed, and the calm presence and expertise this team brought into our home was invaluable. After a separate, highly disappointing experience with a different local plumbing company just days prior, "Good Time" completely restored our faith in local businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Steve found 40 separate items that needed attention, four of which were in violation of city code. Steve's phone conversation right after the inspection was comprehensive and clearly communicated. I hired Advantage Inspection Service for a home inspection on a property in Mesa, AZ and paid over $1,300 expecting a thorough and accurate evaluation. Unfortunately, the inspection completely understated a very obvious issue with the patio roof. At the time of inspection, the patio ceiling when you walk out onto the patio had visible sagging and clear signs of prior water damage, including patched and freshly painted drywall underneath. These were not hidden defects they were observable conditions. However, the inspection report described the ROOF as being in "near satisfactory condition" with a general "review" recommendation. NO documentation on the visible damage of the ceiling. That wording makes it sound like a minor or precautionary item, not something that could turn into a costly repair. Based on that report, I moved forward with the purchase. After closing, I had multiple professionals look at it and they all immediately pointed out the same thing. That this was a significant issue that should have been clearly identified during the inspection. What made things worse was the way the company handled it afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get responses, calls weren't returned, and it took about two weeks to get a formal reply. The supervisor, Ryan Peart, ultimately relied on the "review" language in the report to avoid responsibility and offered only a 30% partial refund of the inspection fee. The issue here isn't that they didn't mention it at all, it's that the condition was seriously understated and they took no accountability. As a homebuyer, you rely on the inspection to understand what's actually going on. If something is visibly deteriorated, it should be clearly described that way. Inspections are supposed to protect buyers, not leave them with unexpected repairs after closing. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this company and make sure your agent stays away from them as well. I trusted the report and unfortunately paid for it later. But currently in talks with the AZ Board of Technical Registration to hopefully suspend their license because it's completely unethical what they do to homebuyers! Hold them accountable! Just sharing my experience so others can make a more informed decision.

I appreciate that China (the dispatcher) and then later Dominic (the plumber answering the call) were so communicative. Dominic took care of my sink right away but was able to show me a leak. He was concerned that because it was so late he didn't want to start replacing things (to stop the leak) and not have everything I needed and leave me without a sink, so he came back 2 days later and replaced the garbage disposal (which is where the water was leaking from) He also cleared the bathroom sink (which was draining slowly) in like 10 minutes. Dominic (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very tidy, cleaned up after himself and was very personable. He was nothing but nice and professional and I appreciate all the help he gave. Over all, great communication and a good (albeit expensive... isn't it always?) experience.
