The owner, Gilbert, puts his passion of cooking into every dish and it's evident he not only does what he loves but you can taste it with every bite. I've tried a variety of menu items and my usual go-to are the Protein Bowls. There's a generous amount of meat and the medley of cheesy refried beans, pico de gallo, rice, guac and shredded lettuce is sooo delicious. I've tried all the meat options and they are all seasoned and cooked just right. I've also had a variety of the guilty pleasures like the Al Pastor Nachos, Bean and Cheese Burrito and the Quesabirria Tacos. All were so flavorful and enjoyable which made the food comas that came about afterwards well worth it. Also, the variety of salsa options is a big plus and complements the food nicely.
