Recently I've been working with Justin to coordinate appointments and he got my set up for their initial service. Summer months are particularly hard for us but Justin's always so nice about it & does a great job when he comes out to see us. Most of the time we see Steven for our service and his time estimates for arrival are pretty much spot on! I appreciate his punctuality and he's always got a smile on his face. He also listens to our concerns and zones in on those areas for us. Their job is not the most glamorous but you wouldn't be able to tell because of their level of service and friendliness. We've had a bi-monthly service with Citra now for over a year and I've been incredibly happy with…read morethe results. we had a annoying ant, cockroach and rodent ( yes they do rodents ) problem, they found both the ant and roach nests right away and that issue was resolved after the first treatment. The rodents took a little longer, but that is now been resolved as well And what is great about the Citra's by monthly Service is if a flareup occurs outside of their normal schedule they will have somebody out to your home usually that same day to treat it. We went with Citra to begin with because their family owned and eco-friendly and competitively priced. We haven't had any issues with reactions either with ourselves or our animals including our Bird. But more importantly because of the expertise of the team members they sent out to do the services, they're all excellent, but I want give a shout out to Michael who really helped us understand why it would behoove us to allow an inside treatment which we had not done before. We had a flareup of ants inside the house, but couldn't find it where they were coming from. Michael was also very patient with us while we prep the house to leave for a couple hours. Upon a return, there was no odor and no allergic reactions to anything and we're looking forward to our Ant free house. Since I've been with Citra for over a year with great results, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to cure their insect or rodent issues.

Tufts of insulation were strewn about the ground and some was hanging outside of a vent that led to an attic. Based off of a recommendation from a previous neighbor and research into local options, I called James. I was Immediately impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his willingness to explain and share his experience. After telling him about my location as well as a brief description of what I found, he was able to accurately describe my fence line, how it led up to a small landing, where the soffits were located, and what he suspected was happening. He came out, assessed the situation, and based off of the evidence he identified the culprit as most likely being a raccoon. He then provided me with options on how we could proceed. At no time was I pressured into picking an option that I was uncomfortable with. He went over the details for each option and clearly explained what was recommended vs what was less pressing and optional. We went with having him monitor the intrusion for 3 days and then replacing all of our old galvanized steel soffits with more coastal friendly poly-vinyl ones. I had a strange situation occur this week when I began hearing persistent scratching noises coming…read morefrom my over-the-range microwave after being away from home for a couple of months. Based on the sound and location, I was convinced there was a rodent trapped somewhere in the vent ducting or microwave housing. Matt helped me uninstall the microwave and take it outside so we could carefully investigate what was going on. Throughout the entire process, Matt was upbeat, collaborative, and delightfully easy to work with. One thing I especially appreciated was Matt's friendly and humorous demeanor during the troubleshooting process. When we opened things up and failed to find any droppings or evidence of a rodent, he mentioned that he was beginning to wonder if something else could explain the scratching noise that I heard, which turned out to be exactly right. After partially disassembling the microwave outside, we discovered that the "rodent" was actually a large Longhorn beetle inside the microwave housing making scratching noises that sounded a lot like a rodent. What could have been a stressful and frustrating experience turned into something unexpectedly funny thanks to Matt's calm demeanor, good humor, and collaborative spirit.
