I had a strange situation occur this week when I began hearing persistent scratching noises coming from my over-the-range microwave after being away from home for a couple of months. Would recommend going with literally any other company. Even when scheduled at 8AM, they were an average of 1-2 hours late every time, frequently even later. Once he didn't respond for 3-4 hours past his expected arrival time and then just cancelled the appointment. Whenever he left our house, he left behind tons of personal trash. Every time he left empty water bottles and/or wrappers inside our home or on the lawn. Part of the rodent mitigation was pouring some concrete. He poured it such that the crawl space door could barely open. He also splattered concrete all over our pavers and personal items we had in the backyard. Additionally, he took our personal tools, without asking us, to mix the concrete, leaving concrete all over our personal tools.
