Great experience. My only complaint about my Ray Bans, is that the stupid frikkin hinge screws fall out just like on any other eyeglasses. And require special parts, tools, dexterity and magnification to repair. I called around for local glasses repair, nobody local, closest places wanted $5 IF they could even replace lost screw. Even tried repair kit, which failed (half a dozen attempts, dropped and lost macro-screws, a little primal screaming, when I finally got it, threading did not match. Grr! Arrgh!). Had business at Apple Store and lo and behold, there is a Ray Ban shop! Bingo! A friendly staff quickly attended to the repair, checked and tightened the other hinge screw before I thought to suggest it, polished the lenses and I was out the door in maybe 5 minutes, no charge, with a smile on my face. read more

First time buying Ray-Bans, the staffs there welcome you and answer any questions that you have. The overall environment was clean, but some of the glasses have scratches on them but since we aren't buying it and we are just trying it on it wasn't a very big deal. They do have glasses for prescription and they also do sunglasses. They do have a service where they will add your regular prescription lens into sunglasses if you like the frames. However, you do need to bring in your prescription/dose form for them - which cannot be more than one year old. read more

Went into this store with ray-ban's on my head and was ignored! They were more interested in conversation with each other than asking me any questions or to see if i needed anything. I dropped in while I was visiting LA and the two sales girls were phenomenal! My current pair of sunglasses at the time had a screw loose and it was time for a new one. I fell interested in the Clubmaster pair I found inside the store and couldn't decide between two frame colors. I'm very indecisive sometimes, but the two saleswomen had such patience with me and gave me their opinions. I left the store, shopped around a bit and thought it over before coming in a second time and making a final decision and purchase! Overall, excellent customer service. I appreciate that they gave me a lot of space, but also lots of help and were attentive when I needed them. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband and I entered your store on July 12,2018 in the afternoon where we were not greeted at all by any of your two Caucasian sales associates. We were the only customers in the store (African American) and after looking around helplessly another Caucasian male walked in and was greeted warmly by one of your associates. In my eyes I felt discriminated by this store. I have bought Ray Bans for years and have NEVER received this kind of customer service in my life. Ray Ban needs to address this and provide culture training on how to treat and greet ALL customers. You may never know who will completely buy out your store based on looks. read more

Me and my wife went into this store this evening. 2/28/2020 to purchase me another pair of ray bans because the original ones I bought 2 weeks ago from this same store had broken and Weren't under warranty and couldn't be replaced. So we went back to this store to try on some new ones and as Me and my wife are walking in two of the employees guy and girl are bickering with each other. After 5 mins they stop and ask what we're looking for. They didn't care and went back to bickering. After feeling very unwelcome and rather awkward. We did not want to support a business who hires and trains sales associates to act like this so we walked out. I'm upset about this because I've worked in customer service for 16 years and this is not right. I'm not the kind of person to put my opinion on the internet either but I felt like I had to as I don't want another person going through what I went through tonight. For a few years I've been having trouble keeping the right arm in my glasses from falling off because the screw kept getting loose. My glasses are a few years old but I want to keep them! Leon helped me today put 2 new screws in, gave my glasses a shine and gave me an extra screw just in case. So helpful, great service! read more

Thank you, Michael! I originally went to The Grove bc my sister said there was an optometrist there, but apparently they've closed. My glasses (not even Ray Ban) somehow got mangled and have been crookedly hanging on my face. I got them online, so it's not like I could get them fixed that way. The Ray Ban store glimmered in the distance, and I thought maybe -- just maybe -- they'd be able to help me out. I must admit that when I asked for help, I was braced for a judgmental Star Wars Cantina-esque reply of, "We don't serve their kind here" because I've been turned away before when you're not sporting "the brand." Not so here. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, Michael smiled and had a genuine desire to help me out. No judgment, no flak, no sales pitch -- just a genuinely kind human interaction! He knew exactly how to fix them just by looking at them on me and straightened my specs in a jiffy! I wanted to tip or even just bring back a coffee or something for his trouble, but he wouldn't hear of it. Again, just human kindness. Expertise and excellent customer service: what a gem!
