I have 3 daughters, all who have had/have braces with Dr. Roth. We area so happy with him. Just a week ago, my youngest daughter needed braces, although they look so very cute on her, she was having a hard time, due to sever anxiety that unfortunately she suffers from. Well I want the world to know, that I called the office, spoke to them about what was happening and immediately I felt like they really cared so much about her. Dr. Roth went above and beyond making sure she was happy and comfortable. I was getting emails thorough the night and early morning, checking on my daughter (meant so much). The following day, we went in and Dr. Roth made a slight adjustment, which made a world of difference. When we arrived, he and his staff treated my daughter with so much love and compassion, she was so anxious and nervous and they made her feel so comfortable, so special and important. I have continued to get e-mails checking in on my daughter, which each time I see an email, it truly makes me want to cry! In such a busy crazy world that we live in, not many people would take time out of their day to just "check in". I have to say, Dr. Roth is one of a kind, he truly cares about his patients. I chose an integrative dentist hoping they would use alternative methods that would be less risky and help me avoid reactions. At my appointment, Dr. Carson told me I had 10 cavities. I was shocked, as I've never had more than a couple identified at a time in my life. To verify this diagnosis, I went back to my former dentist, who examined me and said that I have no cavities at all. While I'm relieved to know I don't actually need extensive dental work, I am very concerned about the serious error made by Dr. Carson. Had I trusted this diagnosis, I would have undergone thousands of dollars of unnecessary treatment and potentially experienced harmful reactions due to my condition. Additionally, the office told me I would need cleanings every three months due to the "condition of my teeth." My former dentist advised that I only need routine cleanings as normally recommended. I cannot say for certain what led to such an inaccurate diagnosis, but it is troubling. I share my experience in the hope that others are not put at risk of unnecessary procedures or harm as a result of errors at this dental office.

When I asked basic questions to determine if this was necessary, the orthodontist was not able to answer clearly and instead replied condescendingly "You don't see a problem?" The same orthodontist told me one thing verbally regarding need for surgery, and wrote something else in the referral to the surgeon. As a parent, you are left with the impression, that this office only cares about your money - not your child. The quicker you sign a treatment contract the better, and even better if you don't ask questions. We have changed to another orthodontist, who is respectful, capable and always ready and able to answer all questions related to orthodontic care. On another note, the ladies in the reception are not always professional when writing/following up on emails.

After driving 80 miles round trip to pick it up, I was told "sorry we did not other the thicker material, we have been so busy." Please know at Snow Orthodontists YOU are going to have to be on top of them if you actually want your money or times worth. You will not get an apology yet the blame game over and over. Highly suggest going to your local or family owned business or practice that will treat you like family vs an inconvenience in their busy schedule.
