My sister is single and has been taken advantage of by other local mechanics. She has never "fended" for herself and it's tough to learn to do when you're older. So fast forward, she contacted Kevin and she spoke with him. She called me and said, "hey Rick, they didn't make me feel stupid." She called me after she picked up her car and said she really liked all these guys. They explained things to her in ways that she could grasp the concepts. My sister isn't ignorant, she's very intelligent but has difficult in strange environments. I took my car to the Kia and they couldn't find anything wrong. It turns out the battery ground was loose, I needed spark plugs and the control module was dirty. Rodney Ferguson did the repairs and the car is running better. Now, Kia check the battery so why didn't they realize that the battery ground was loose??? Anyway, I'm happy with the service I received from Shane's Automotive. Thank you Rodney ps: he came to my house to do the repairs!!!!
