Food-Ribeye n Asparagus, PERFECT. Service-prompt, courteous, friendly, engaging. Ambiance- upscale but not snobby. Accommodating.

Started in the bar for happy hour and enjoyed martinis and oysters. Fun bartenders! Headed to our table for more great service and outstanding food!

I've had mixed experiences here. One time it was fantastic the other it was meh with a fantastic price tag! Make no mistake this is a steak house. Dark wood, low lighting, white table clothes... all the way to the waiters in suits. The first time i came here was for a work dinner and everything from the aps to the desert was pretty good. Steaks cooked right, the aps were good, and even the desert was a nice finish. This time I came with the family and everything was second rate... the aps were off? The steak just ok, the service poor, and the price was still out of site! I know it can happen with any place but with what they charge... they really need to hit the mark consistently!

This experience was very different than my first one. My first experience was with a gentleman from the islands and I was very excited to come back. But this experience was like night and day. Luanne was my server and she wasn't attentive at all. My friend got stuck in traffic and she was good while it was just me but when my friend came I barely saw her and was unable to get help. My steak was very over cooked and I wasn't able to get her attention for that until about 25 mins later. My friend finished her entire meal. I couldn't get my water refilled, it took forever to get the Check. It was honestly very off putting and I didn't even get to have dinner because by the time I was able to flag her down it was time for us to leave. To say I was disappointed would be an under statement

Honestly we didn't have the highest expectations based on reviews however we were very well taken care of by the staff for my dad's birthday dinner. Very friendly servers and service manager, delicious food that isn't at outrageous prices and decent drinks. You aren't going to break the bank compared to other steakhouses, you'll spend a good amount of money but get good food in return that shouldn't disappoint you.

Last time I was here and reviewed was over 1 year ago. I couldn't wait to comeback so tonight I was finally ready for another amazing meal. On the night of 9/4/24 our waiter Thomas, Tom as we called him was amazing/attentive and just everything you could want in a server/waiter. We were told Tom was new to the staff but will soon be a bartender here at Ray's on killer creek, I'm gonna have to be sure to catch a happy hour. For dinner I had the scallop/ and husband had the ny strip with creole bbq shrimp. Once again fantastic meal/ and amazing server.

Visited this restaurant for a wedding rehearsal lunch and the experience was impeccable! We had a very large party and the staff was very attentive and extremely nice. The event room they had us in was extremely clean and very well decorated with soft lighting all over. Our waitress gave us the best recommendations for wines and the pre selected meal consisting steak, beans, and potatoes was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and I will be back.

Food, ambience and service were superb!! Megan, who looked after us, was attentive, gave very thoughtful recommendations on what's good, and was friendly throughout the evening. The only thing that knocked this review out from five star was the espresso order I made. It came out very watery. I guess they don't really have a proper machine. Espresso was made from a pod. But overall, the ambience was super nice.

Passion Fruit Wine -- it was okay to me, but nothing I would personally order again. Take my opinion with a grain of salt though because I'm not really a wine drinker. Baked Parmesan Shrimp Scampi -- this was good. I actually asked for a side of the drunken shrimp garlic cream sauce to put on top because I preferred that sauce more than the one it came with. The original sauce wasn't bad at all, I just liked the other one better. The Leonard Burger -- really good too. Overall, I'll definitely be back, especially to try the wine tasting. I believe it's 5 tastings for $12. The server also recommended joining the wine club because they have a special going on with 2 bottles next month... I think don't quote me on that though since I was more focused on the food than the wine.

So good I actually purchased a few bottle to take home. For starters the Crab-shrimp and lobster Bisque was just amazing. So creamy smooth and delicious. And the Gnocchi carbonara was just amazing, with that pancetta, chicken, sage, peas and parmesan garlic in a cream sauce. Just wow. Another hit of the table was the Ellie's Chicken Piccata. Tender chicken in a Lemon Butter and caper Sauce with Capellini Pasta and asparagus. Impeccable service and an impressive and smooth flavorful wine list makes this a must return visit. And if you're so inclined they have a Wine Club you can join.

However, during a recent trip to Atlanta, we heard about an EV's location in Alpharetta, GA. Intrigued, we decided to give it a try. The decor and design at the Alpharetta EV's were simply breathtaking. A towering glass chandelier adorned the ceiling, and the artwork was captivating, drawing you in. To top it off, an incredible band played 80s and 90s pop music, creating a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance. I opted for the crab cake with a casserole salad, a classic combination that never disappoints. My husband chose the shrimp with crab meat, which was equally delicious. Despite being a relatively new establishment, the Alpharetta EV's operated efficiently and smoothly. It was evident that they had put in a lot of effort to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend the Alpharetta EV's to anyone visiting Alpharetta, GA. As for the food, it was hit-or-miss. My husband ordered the steak sliders from happy hour menu, but they were disappointing--it was just a small, thick cut of steak placed on a bun, rather than being thinly sliced, and it completely lacked any sauce. I also tried the beet salad from the regular menu, which was truly delicious, but it felt incredibly expensive for what it was. The drink options were a bit of a letdown. The happy hour cocktails seemed to be made with pretty low-end vodka, which threw the flavor profile way off. Because of that, we ended up ordering additional drinks from the regular menu instead--which defeated the whole purpose of going for happy hour. On the positive side, our server was absolutely on point and did a fantastic job, even though she was serving the entire bar by herself. The atmosphere was also lovely--the live band provided great background noise without being overpowering, so the overall vibe definitely worked. While the service and ambiance were great, the happy hour value and overall execution just weren't there for me.

I finally got to attend this place and always wanted to try it since I moved to the Atlanta area…read more I've heard nothing but great things about it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful restaurant inside meaning it's good for a date, a night out with friends or family, or a great place to celebrate for a prom or graduation. It's more upscale than a traditional restaurant however I loved it! I came here with my business coach since I won a competition and the prize was to have lunch at the place of my choice. She ordered the soup of the day, which was like this cheddar soup that came with these two sauces, which one of the sauces was a jalapeño based sauce, which was spicy, but not too spicy to wear it wasn't edible. She did like her soup and she also ordered the lobster and smoked Gouda ravioli for her entrée. She had no complaints considering she bagged the food up to go and wanted to finish it right there, but she couldn't. Lol. I ordered the twin seared chicken, which is actually half a chicken pan seared. My chicken was so delicious! It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection to where it was fall off the bone. Just how I like it! The rice and the green beans paired well with it. My rice was cooked well, meaning it was not mushy or hard. And my green beans were a great consistency as well. My little one had a chicken tender salad since she loves cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, pretty much anything that comes in a salad that's not the lettuce. Lol. I must say I was impressed by the size of the salad because it was huge for a child. It would be great as a size salad for an adult. The chicken tenders were an amazing size, bigger than what most restaurants would give especially for a child's plate. I was highly impressed by the size of the portions for the children because the price is pretty standard for a kids meal entrée in comparison to other restaurants that give less. Our service was awesome! I wouldn't expect anything less considering the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, and he even bagged up both of our meals for us. This place is a 10 out of 10 and yes, I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot more in the future, even if it's by myself to sit at the bar.

Honestly everything about the place is pretty on point, it's an upscale restaraunt with alot of exposed wood, spacious, well thought out originally. The staff has always been corteous and knowledgeable, the menu always a great diversity (main courses, salads, starters - you name it, always slightly original and inspired) Personally though, it's more of a 'bring a date spot' eating in the dining room (cozy setting) and the bar is a dark area. During covid they removed the patio, so there is actually no outdoor seating anymore. I think that's why I most find myself not going there - is the dining and bar areas aren't super to my liking, I like bright and airy feeling venues. But they do have some live music and specials every day during the week that do make it appealing to be here different days otherwise which is brilliant marketing.
