After numerous issues and unsuccessful plumbing experiences with other plumbing companies who didn't show up or couldn't find the route of the problem I was so grateful to stumble on Ray. He and his team were reliable, prompt, turned up when they said they would (which is hard to find in any industry on the mountain it seems) ... he got to work right away and even sourced out other contractors for other work we needed which was beyond helpful. He got the job done, sent pictures daily as we weren't there when the work was done, kept us fully informed and was so friendly, caring and made sure we felt fully reassured and knowledgeable on what was going on. They ran into some traffic due to an accident and to my amazement, I received a call to let me know that they were going to be late. My landlords called Ray because my showers cartridge in the valve assembly exploded almost flooding my bathroom. With in 15 minutes of calling they were at my door ready to get started. This was not an ordinary situation where the assembly was located, and being in HVAC, I have a good understanding of how much work it was, they stayed until the job was complete, replacing the entire assembly and resealing everything. If you live on the mountain and need a plumber Ray is your guy. He is not kidding about 24/7. Had an emergency with my water heater in the height of the snowstorm this week. He came right over, saw I needed a replacement, flew down the mountain to procure the heater and back up to install immediately. Was their til after midnight finishing the job. 48 hours later I had ground water rising into lower level due to the heavy rains. He was back at my place within 20 minutes to asses the damage.
