I called on a Thursday for a shut off valve issue with my toilet. In short, I wasn't getting any…read morewater flow from the valve into the tank, so I assumed there was a clog. And if not, this was surely an issue far beyond my level of expertise. Their earliest availability was the following Monday (4 days) later, which was sooner than I expected. They kept me on stand by for the following day (Friday), but no such luck. My service window was 9 AM - 12 PM and two technicians showed up directly to my door around 9:30. Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.

Proceeded to tell me that the work conducted will need to be consulted with Mike, again fine, and he will get back to me. Called me back saying that the work would be 800$, which I asked him why. He said the draining of the water heater will take time and I said I could do that myself to reduce the cost. He said it will still be 800 due to calling the company to get the warranty. Never the less, disliked the outsourcing of the work and the person he recommended, still needed to consult with him. I called the company for the warranty, had another quote which charged for man hours from a reputable company in SD and conducted the work. Never had to do a 1 star review and I'm always loyal even if I had to pay an increase of cost, however the customer service, professionalism (from his associate) and double the amount is too excessive for me, so therefore I'm writing what I feel. So, I called the leak detection guys - they did a pretty good job in detecting the lead and now I know I have to do a re-pipe. So, I called repipe folks. I had about 7 repipe folks came and give me the quote. Stefan of Repipe Home Hero was the first person to visit and gave a no-nonsense clean quote and it was the lowest of the lot. The best part was he mentioned before hand that his quote will be the lowest. Stefan started the work on the planned day. Done with the repiping in 2 days - on time and very efficient. Started the water on 3rd day to check leaks and requested for inspection. Inspection done on 3rd day 10am (as told) and then started to work on the drywalls. In next 2 days, the whole drywall repairs and painting (matching the texture) were completed with perfect cleaning. The whole work fully completed in 5 days. I am very late to write this review after ~1.5 yrs, but I am still fan of what Stefan and his co-worker did back then. It was pure professionalism, no-nonsense no-haggle no-ripping-off quote, always on-time, respect of the property and privacy, no wastage of time, absolutely clean work, thorough checking after the work done, perfect patching of the dry wall and complete matching of the texture. Stefan delivered 5 star quality in all aspect of this work. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Stefan and team for the work you did.

Stood in line and a couple were ahead of me. He sounded so polite and gave excellent service to them. As soon as they were done, I barely had a chance to finish my question and he abruptly said "Hang on, I have another customer on the line that I need to finish an order for." AT this point, I'm like wtf is this place so I walked out. Never I have ever experience such crap customer service. These 2 clowns weren't busy and could have spared me 1 min of their time to simply answer if they carried a product. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and had it sent same day. Honestly, this is why retail and stores are dying because of this BS. Don't come to this lame as place for your toilet needs. You'll have a better experience at Amazon. Bunch of Bums.

First, they had an easy reservation system for online booking, I received a personal check in to confirm the appointment, they sent me a text to notify me when my technician Roby was on the way (and even included a photo so I knew who to expect at my door, which is much appreciated)! Just all around great communication and prompt responses from their office. Next, my technician Roby was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated that he was not only able to identify the problem quickly, but he explained what might have contributed to my garbage disposal needing replacement to avoid recurring issues in the future. While he was here, he also quickly fixed my toilet and even went above and beyond and helped me install my toilet seat when he saw that I had a new one sitting in the box in the corner of my bathroom! Really excellent customer service. And finally I also appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or convince me that everything in my house needed replacing. He actually encouraged me to save money by showing me where to get my own disposal that he came back to install. Pricing was very fair for the work that was done. Joe's helped us clean up a whole lot of plumbing issues over the past 7 years: the issues we inherited from our previous owners' failed DIYs. Joe has a wealth of experience in all different settings: handling residential, commerical, and hospital plumbing issues. He is flexible in timing. He makes great recommendations about hardware. Ask him, and he will tell you what you might want, what you do/ do not need, how to maintain your things, and what to look out for (things that would require more immediate attention). He takes the guesswork out of plumbing because he just does it right. The first time. He's a very pleasant person to work with! Here's a list of all the work (that I remember) he's done at our house: 1) replaced water pressure valve 2) installed bathroom vanities and new faucets.. and that got rid of weird sink smells. 3) fixed whistling toilets, rattling pipes in the walls, toilet that was doing a double flush, loose/damaged flush valves. 4) replaced new faucet for backyard hose. 5) finding and fixing old DIYs that are totally not up to code 6) installed new kitchen faucet, replaced all the pipes under the sink (that was done all wrong before). Adjusted the sink grinder and dishwasher hose so everything is kink free 7) replaced leaking shower head hose *Photos are current, 2026. All the stuff he's fixed and installed is still working great! We see him every time we have new projects :) Highly recommended for people who are not handy, don't have time to figure it out yourself, or just want it done right the first time.
