Heather @ CDI is so very helpful! She helped me get an MRI the same day with insurance approval! She is also very kind and funny! The only issue I have is that it takes 10 days to post my report onto my account. I called records and asked why my doctor can see it but I can't. Isn't it my body? Didn't I pay for the MRI? I should have the same rights as my doctor and be able to read the report so that I can ask questions at my appointment. By not giving me the information I'm unable to effectively advocate for myself. I would like to see this policy changed. read more

I have had an MRI and CT Scan here and from making the appointment to the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the technicians I am overly impressed. I have anxiety with these machines and the staff was very caring and understanding. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I went in for a 10:30am appointment. I arrived at 10:10 am and was finished and out the door at 10:20 am. Never had this efficient an experience with any medical professional or provider of test services. Their report was at my doctor's office by the end of the day and he sent me the test results by 7:30 am the next morning. It doesn't get any better than this. read more

Had to go twice this year (once for xrays then for MRI) and the staff both times was super friendly, calm and patient. Front desk staff is kind and efficient and the techs are hilarious. Given they have to deal with an ongoing list of patients in pain, their humor keeps an otherwise maybe-not-great-experience pretty fun. I recently had a breast MRI at this CDI location and would highly recommend them! I was able to fill out all of the required paperwork online before the appointment so did not have to take the time to do it in the waiting area. The technicians were extremely professional and kind and I felt completely at ease during the procedure. The radiologist who read the MRI contacted me herself personally (after business hours!) even sooner then they told me I could expect to hear back regarding my results!! read more

I've needed the services of this facility (Bellevue location) on two different occasions. Both times I was able to quickly make an appointment and be seen. In a society that has so many conflicting demands on our time, this convenience is more than appreciated. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The scheduling department is a mess. It took some time and a few back and forth with doctor's office to locate the order for me. On the day of the appointment,despite my timely arrival I got bumped down for another patient who showed potential to make a scene. I ended up getting in more than an hour later than the scheduled time. They sent a post-visit survey shortly after I left. At least, they are interested to understand what you think of their service. You can see that questions seek to find out if you are treated with respect. Well, the best way to show your customers that they are respected is to respect their time; keep working on that. They are very efficient processing your payment though. At the end, they do get the job done but there is a lot of room for improvement. read more

I went to the clinic with a recommendation from my physician. I went to the office, filled out paperwork for an appt. and was in for my MRI with in 30 minutes. That made me very happy and helped me deal with the pain I was going through. read more

Below is the actual email I sent to CDI in Bellevue within 20 minutes of returning home on February 24, 2014. I would not recommend going there at all, especially if you are elderly and in pain. It was unbelievable what an absolute cow this technician was who took the CT scan. I brought my mother, xxxxxxx, into your facility today for a CT scan. The ladies on the front desk were very nice but the woman who performed the scan was absolutely awful to my mother. My mother is in a wheelchair and has to wear a "boot cast" due to a horrific car accident, where she was hit by a 2 ton truck who ran a stop sign and plowed into the drivers side of her car. It took over an hour just to extricate my mother from her car. She was in Evergreen for 3 weeks and had to endure 3 surgeries to put numerous rods and pins in her leg and ankle. The woman who performed the scan today was insensitive to my mother's condition, her pain and her inability to move. My mother is under strict orders from Dr. XXXXX not to put any weight whatsoever on her right leg. Dr. XXXXX ordered the scan because my mother's ankle was completely crushed and she has numerous fractures in her fibia and tibia and one of the major fractures is not healing and he needs to perform a bone graft on her ankle. I tried to explain this to the woman doing the CT scan but she continued to grab, lift, and manipulate my mothers ankle and leg. I explicitly told her that my mother had fractures in her leg and not to touch it. She would not listen. Your technician seemed annoyed with us as soon as she saw that my mother was in a wheelchair. My mother even begged her not to touch her leg as she is in so much pain. Your technician was beyond awful. Besides the fact she was so miserable, abusive and uncaring she has upset my mother and we will be letting Dr. XXXXXXX know under no circumstances will we ever return to CDI in Bellevue. I don't know how you could employ somebody so cruel. I will also be posting this on to the internet to warn other patients. This was a horrible experience for my mother who has already endured so much. She is 69 years old and her life has been turned upside down by no fault of her own and a little compassion and kindness would go a very long way. read more

I have now had three appointments scheduled for a much anticipated injection into my back to relieve on going back pain I have experienced for over a year. Two appointments were canceled the day of because the billing department could not get approval from my insurance. During each of the many phone conversations I had no one could answer any billing questions and they had very little patience for any inquiries for me to help. I called the day before my third scheduled appointment and explained to the lady what procedure I was having and asked if I should bring anything with me, I was told a photo ID and insurance card. The same day I received a reminder call, again I asked if i would need to bring anything with me for my type of procedure. I was given the same answer. I had to have a friend take off work to give me a ride from Seattle to Bellevue and had a second friend take off time from work to pick me up and take care of me after the procedure. When I showed up I was asked to fill out paperwork, when I was done, the front desk asked me if I had brought my MRI results with me because they were needed to provide this procedure. When I explained I was not told to bring them, she told me they could not help me and would have to reschedule my appointment, for a fourth time. She also explained they could not see me for another week and there was nothing else they could do for me. When you are dealing with people in constant pain there is a certain amount of empathy that should be shown. I have seen many other doctors and their staff during this experience and have been shown a great deal of empathy and understanding. I cannot say the same for CDI. read more

TB test positive for my green card medical exam. Known issue due to the vaccine. Was referred here by my doctor to take x-ray. Walked-in 3:30 PM and made the appointment at 5:00 PM. Came back at 4:45 PM after shopping, filled the forms and everything done at 5:20 PM. Don't know the name of the young x-ray technician, she was extremely polite and efficient. Very good experience. Hope my report will be ready in 24 hours so that I can submit my UCSIC status adjustment this month. Arrived home and finished the review @ 5:43. Done for today. :) read more

I visited this Center for Diagnostic Imaging in Bellevue on August 31,2012. On October 18th, 2012, a month and a half later, I received a letter that they sent my bill to a Collection Agency for $33.54. Please be aware and pay your bills right away. This place sends everything to a collection agency if you miss the payment due date. I moved that month so did not have time to pay the bill in September. My credit is perfect and never been late on anything. Sending my bill to a Collection Agency that fast was not an option. They could've called me to remind me. I would have paid it. The staff seem to be efficient, when you can actually get thru to them I tried calling them15 times to re-schedule an appointment for my wife before someone finaly answered their phone. This not not the first time either it seems like this always happens when I call then. If they say there going to be open at 7 AM then someone should be there to answer there phone. read more

The center for Diagnostic Imagine staff are very nice and professional. The x ray technician was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait my appointment was at 215 and I was taken back right on time. This location is easy to find and close to the freeway. read more

Went here for an Xray of family member. The front desk girl is pretty cute-to-hot looking. Very fast in and out. They are somewhat hard to find because Suite E is in the back. But no problem on parking or anything. read more

I needed some back x-Rays after a car accident, they got me in with in an hour of calling. The x-ray technician was professional and quick. He even checked the x-Rays before I left to make sure nothing needed to be retaken. The staff were all helpful. Great place for x-Rays! read more

It was very unprofessional to register a person in front of my husband and get detained information of her health history. I feel they broke HIPPA laws. They should have given her a phone interview or mailed papers or given her a clipboard. We were on time and my husband wanted to cancel his appointment because of this nonsense. Be professional and no not delay patients who are on time by chatting with people in line. Everyone's time is important unless maybe your unemployed. read more

Came here for an MRI after being told I would have to wait 2 weeks at another clinic. They were quick to process the insurance claim and saw me the next day. The front desk staff is prompt and polite, and scheduling on the phone was easy. As others have mentioned, the Bellevue location is hard to find, it's in the back of the office complex. It's in an older office park, so don't expect a glamorous up to date facility. The office is a bit dated, the waiting area small and crowded, the procedure areas plain, but the services rendered are terrific. Quick efficient staff will talk you thru it all and you'll be comfortable and out of there in no time. read more

I have never written a review online before but felt it was needed after my experience here. I came in to get a CT scan and was in a lot of pain and started to get nervous when I realized the CT was associated with an IV. The gal who performed the CT was not welcoming at all, didn't smile, or really do anything to make me feel comfortable. I was asking her questions because I was nervous and it seemed like I was bothering her when asking the questions and I remember her laughing at one of them. Kind of like a "what kind of question is that" sort of laugh. In addition, she told me to look over at the wall before inserting the IV and I told her I didn't feel comfortable and I had to look and she repeatedly told me to look at the wall in a stern matter. Overall I just felt very uncomfortable here and wish I had a different experience as a patient. Two day's later I returned for an ultrasound and the gal who did it was great and very easy to talk to and welcoming. I forgot her name but thank you for being such a pleasure. read more

I've come here twice now for MRIs on my lower back. (Two years apart.) I was able to schedule a next-day appointment, which was perfect, because who wants to wait when you're hurting? In both instances, I spent very little time in the waiting room, and was on my way in no time. The techs are very professional and thoroughly explain the procedure. They handed me both a CD and the films from my exam (upon my request) immediately afterward. Very pleased. read more

On their website they claim to have the best patient portal. They locked me out of my account when giving me info to set up an account, which I already had. It has been two months and I still do not have access to my test results. I don't believe the tech who was working with me actually read the e-mails I sent. He would consistently send me password resets which expired in 20 minutes at times I told him I would not have access to a computer. All password resets expire in 20 minutes so you'd better be sitting at your computer when that e-mail arrives. Then it wouldn't recognize my e-mail as a valid e-mail address even though it is where they sent the password reset. The supervisor I contacted hasn't bothered to return my e-mail two weeks later. On another note, they never get the pre-authorization required without my calling and asking them to get it. I was left on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for my call to be answered to no avail. I only go to CDI because this is the facility my doctor prefers. It must be time to find a imaging service who actually knows how to do their jobs. read more

While I found the imaging service provided here to be excellent and caring, their billing service is so slow and convoluted that I will no longer go there for service. Every time I receive a bill from them, it takes 15 days at least between when the check CLEARS THEIR BANK to when it is CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. Let me give you an example. For service in April, I received a bill May 2nd, which I sent May 15th. It cleared the bank May 23rd, but on May 29th they generated another bill telling me my account was past due. This is 5 business days after my check has cleared their bank! I called on June 6th, and it has not yet been credited to my account, but should be by May 10th.When I asked what was going on, I was told they actually clear the checks with one bank and then mail them to another state to credit the accounts. When I told her it was bad business practice to have such significant lag in crediting patients accounts, and ESPECIALLY IN THIS AGE OF TECHNOLOGY, she told me I needed to do a better job managing their statements. My time to process extra paperwork and phone calls is my money, and I'm going to take my business elsewhere. read more

If you have a whole day - than this is a place for you. We had an appointment for a simple X-ray in a morning. Arrived at 8:45, the time of our appointment - 9:15 we were still waiting . Got in at 9:40- no apologies nothing, and everyone else who came after us was taken in before us. No one apologized no one explained why they are running this late- generally no one cared. Maybe they do ok with imaging but absolutely pitifully run facility. read more

The radiologists miss findings. This provider demands the patient pay up front the street price for the study rather than the deductible portion due. When they are in network it results in a significant over payment by the patient as the contract amount can be nearly half of the street price. Stay away from CDI. read more

Staff was rude while registering me - ignored me and yelled at other patients, which made an unpleasant environment. I requested my medical records and was told that I could not get them from this facility. That is a violation of patient rights. I'll do my best NOT to come back to CDI - Bellevue. There are plenty of other respectable places nearby. read more
