Five stars is not enough to portray just how amazing this office is. I needed to have an old root canal by a prior doctor redone, which I hear can be a more extensive process than a first time root canal and Dr. Sheabar and his dental assistant were phenomenal. Dr. Sheabar is so gentle when it came to numbing me that I didn't even feel the needle. Both Dr. Sheabar and the dental assistant were very thorough in explaining the procedure to me and communicating what to expect prior to the work being done which helps to reduce any potential anxiety as the procedure can be a little loud due to drilling etc. During the procedure, both the doctor and assistant checked in with me multiple times to ensure I wasn't experiencing any pain and was comfortable. Root canal procedures tend to have a scary reputation, but with the skill and compassion of Dr. Sheabar and his dental assistant this was really not much different than any other dental procedure that most of us have experienced, except maybe the length of time it takes to complete. My husband and I both have received root canals at this location, those initial experiences were excellent. Which is why I gave them 5 stars in the past. Today, my husband returned for another root canal. He had a scheduled appointment at 9am and we arrived at 8:43 a.m. The office was closed. Thinking maybe extenuating circumstances were the cause of the delay we waited until 9:20 am. The office remained closed---no call and no show from them. We drove from Los Angeles to Rancho Cucamonga for his procedure. If we would've known the office would be closed we would've remained in Los Angeles! Before coming here I was in excruciating pain. The pain was so bad all I could do was cry. The office stayed open just to take care of my emergency. When my regular dentist started my root canal, then stopped and told me that my roots are twisted and that I'd need to see an Endodontist, I kind of freaked. I had a severe case of dental anxiety, and once I found my dentist, he was finally able to alleviate it. So imagine my concern when I heard that I'd need to see someone else. I actually found Dr. Alli by perusing Yelp and reading reviews. The reviews are amazing so I thought I'd give him a shot. I am so happy that I did. The office is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and informative, and Dr. Alli himself is a god-send. He was very nice, very accommodating, and also very informative. I just visited their office for a root canal. Dr. Ali was very understanding and took great care to make sure that I did not experience pain even though I am hard to numb. When I expressed that I had begun to feel pain at the end of the procedure he gave me another shot, took x-rays, and then through gentle exploration found a hidden nerve that did not show up on the x-rays. Not only was he amazing but his staff was very caring as well. They offered to serve me juice and water while I was waiting. Having had root canals in the past that were not pain free and where the Dr. was not as caring I truly appreciate their office. My wife had a root canal here 3 days ago. She was referred by her primary dentist. She is as pleased as pleased can be. About one hour, no pain, no fear. I told her that the pain would come one day later. It has not.She takes only the anti-bio tics prescribed, but not even one Tylenol or an aspirin. Granted that we all have different pain tolerances, but this is a first. She also noted that the facility looked to be state of the art and was spotless. Looks count for a lot. I need to say my experience of this office was the best!....I was so scared to have the root canals done my anxiety caused me emotional fear. I had 2 root canals done 6/14/16 By Dr. Sami Ali . After being in severe pain and needing an emergent root canal on Christmas Day, Dr. Ali's office contacted me the 26th first thing in the morning with an opportunity to be seen immediately. Not only was the staff who called me incredibly friendly and accommodating, they spoke with such care and kindness, that my anxiety over the whole procedure was completely put at ease. I also had my three girls with me and wasn't sure I could find a babysitter on such short notice and I was assured that my girls were welcome to come and that they would help me keep them occupied and cared for so I could get my procedure completed. Upon arrival I was taken care of and put at ease. Dr. Ali was so incredibly kind and continually assured me comfort and no pain were his top priorities with my patient care. I just had the MOST AMAZING experience with Dr Ali. The pain I had for a long time was getting out of control. A different dentist told me to basically just live with the pain, to not get a root canal, and that I might be just experiencing stress. I actually went to 3 dentists who all took X-rays and found nothing. I swear - all they want to do is juice you up with another x-ray and charge you for it, knowing they won't find the problem. I was so frustrated that none of them could help, and I KNEW that there was a problem. I went to Yelp and found Dr. Ali. Long story short, the next day I was admitted for an early appointment and Dr. Ali did a "cold test" to determine that indeed I DID need to have a root canal (no one else had EVER done a cold test before). I wanted the root canal done immediately because I was tired of dealing with pain - which was increasing over the last week to the point where I couldn't sleep. I even took codeine for the pain and it did diddlysquat. Dr. Ali gave me half the number of shots that I usually get, and they hurt way less. He is very skilled with the needle. Then he used this plastic sheet clamp thing that prevented water and nasty tasting medicine and pieces of tooth from going into my mouth - I didn't even know that existed!! I was able to breathe and swallow normally during the entire procedure! Plus he uses a microscope device as he's working on the tooth that lets him see way more than the normal dentist. He was done within an hour and it cost actually a few hundred dollars LESS than what I usually pay!!! This is going to sound psychotic but I was literally crying while thanking him because I was so relived that someone was finally able to help me. Dr. Ali is the best!!! read more

I have to say this has been the best experience at a dentist or doctors office ever. I went in as an emergency because my tooth was killing me. My appointment was the next day but I couldn't wait any longer. Dr Ali's staff got me in between customers and told me not to worry that they would take care of me.
