THE PROBLEM: I purchased a 2008 Gen 2 Hayabusa motorcycle with only 3300 miles on it. It ran perfectly on the test ride, but after taking possession of it (and waiting for it to finally stop raining in the Bay Area), I found that it fell on its face above 7k RPM. I later learned that this engine has (8) Injectors, (4) of them acting as Secondaries, that only begin to flow 2% of fuel after hitting 6k RPM with 40% throttle. This means that if you're not somewhat of a daredevil, you may never really open up these secondaries. This is the same as storing your bike with old gas in it. THE FIX: I Found RC Fuel Injectors!!!! In my experience, the crew at this company was nothing short of 5 Star Rock Stars. From working out the shipping and upgraded insurance needs with their representative on the initial phone call (I wish I remembered her name, she was a pleasure), to their amazing turnaround time, to getting the Pre and Post (Great News) Performance Details from Kiyoaki over the phone prior to receiving my injectors back. The Bottom Line Was.... A few of the injectors were performing fairly, but well below their spec, but two of them were completely blocked. I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis with a 4.6L engine. It has 196K and I thought it ran well. The mileage was down to 11.2 MPG and it had a rough idle. I contacted Manny and he suggested I send them in for cleaning and get them all working properly. He was right. Five them were dripping and none of them were working properly. For a very reasonable price $232.00 they made them better than new in just 24 hours. My mileage is now at 16.6 MPG and that was on city streets not the freeway. Fantastic experience with RC Fuel Injection, I will be back here for all my future injector needs! This was my first time getting my fuel injectors cleaned. I dropped off four Honda S2000 injectors on Monday morning at 10AM and they were ready to be picked up by 4PM that afternoon - talk about fast turnaround! The price (dropped off) per injector was $25 and the bill came out to $100 total. Putting that in perspective it was going to cost me $40 in OEM replacement parts alone (for new O-rings and cushion rings) - so in reality I feel like I spent $60 to get my injectors cleaned, like $15 per injector. And boy I'm glad I did. I don't know if this will cure the misfire issue I've been trying to solve but the customer service was great and the service was extremely fast + very reasonably priced. 10/10 read more

Upon receiving my injectors, the shop called to inform me that 3 of the injectors has cracked on them, turn out the cracks are minor ones an will not affect functionality. I was told they will return the injectors due to the cracks And I was only be charged for the return shipping. Next day I received the injectors and there's a report sheet showing they did the cleaning no charge, AND AND, they also installed a fresh set of O-rings for free.
