So very happy with my experience here! I needed a quick repair on a family members car that I cracked a side mirror on while house sitting. I quickly found the nearest auto body shop and spoke with the owner of Renu. I explained the situation I was in and the owner gave me a very reasonable quote and barely even charged me for the labor. He ordered the replacement mirror the same day and made sure to put a rush on it. To top it off, he even dropped me back where I was staying so that the car can be fixed once the part was received. Once the car was ready that same day, I received a call that the owner could pick me back up to save me the trouble of fetching a ride. All in all the new mirror was replaced quickly and matched the original. I was ever so grateful for the exceptional customer service. I went to Renu Autobody to get an estimate, and I got to meet the owner named Sam. His quote was very reasonable. Unfortunately, I decided not to do the body work because I was convinced by Sam that it is just a minor issue that cannot be easily seen by the eye. Who does that? Most autobody shops would give expensive estimates and convince you to do the work because all they want is money. Sam is definitely not that guy! He was very honest and spoke to me as if he was my elder brother. He truly cares and takes pride in his work. And although we are not proceeding with the quoted repair, Sam offered to buff some areas in my car free of charge. You can just easily tell how good of a person Sam is. If in the future I have a major car repair issue, I would definitely go to Sam in a heart beat. I just wish I met Sam a long time ago. That is my only regret. read more

My car door was giving me problems, i was in an accident and had the driver side door replaced due to the accident. The auto body shop that did the repairs obviously messed up somewhere when hinging the door back on, because the door would not close right. I didnt want to take it back to the original body shop cuz obviously they didnt do the work right. So i was looking for an honest place to take it and found Sam at ReNu Auto Body. He was very personable, explained the issue, he found the problem right away, it was missing some pins. So he fixed the door and the best part was that he wouldnt charge me for the work. Sam the owner is a great man. My wife and I brought in a '01 Toyota Tacoma to get an estimate to repainted the camper shell. Not only did he have the lowest price out of a few other shops I had checked but I something about his character stood out to me. I could tell by some of his comments and recommendations that he was an honest man. The job he did was amazing! He not only painted the camper shell but took it a step further. He went above and beyond by washing/buffing out the rest of the truck so that the shine of the old truck and newly painted shell would match. He also painted the hatch because he saw evidence of rust and then took it upon himself to buff out the headlights. Someone spray painted my car with a single line on the passenger side rear door. The "big" auto repair shops wouldn't even take a look at it for a couple of weeks. I took my wife's Infiniti G35 into ReNu Auto Body back in December and they did a great job. They were quick, friendly and the quality was superb. Their prices were icing on the cake. I brought my wife's car to two other places first before coming to ReNu and it seemed the other places tried to add a few extra costs to the bill. Sam took his time to break down the invoice and showed me where the other companies were trying to make a quick dollar off me. In March, my car (Mitsubishi Eclipse) was involved in a hit-and-run. I went to get Sam's opinion about my car, I was told he is pretty honest and upfront guy about what you need to fix. I brought my Nissan Maxima to him because it had some front damage which I thought was pretty bad considering I thought it had some big frame damage. Basically I got a really great price and he felt trustable. It took about a week to fix it and I picked it up Saturday, he was busy washing it and he dried it before giving it back to me and It looked great the paint was good and the parts fit nicely. I took my father's 2015 Toyoya Tacoma in to get an estimate. He had damage on the front right side 1/4 panel and just past the passenger door. He also had damage on the rear tailgate, and the bumper. 10 days later the truck was fixed and it looked fantastic!
