Amazing service. Booked online and received a confirmation right away. The tech came to my apartment and worked on my bike in my garage, bringing everything he needed to fix my flat tire in my ebike. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me with a lot of care. He also gave me tips on how to avoid getting the same issue again and how to maintain my tires in general. This family owned business is amazing! Ulises (mechanic/owner) told me that his grandfather started the business and you can tell the passion for bikes runs in their family. During this Covid Pandemic, I have had Bicycle Reserve tune-up 2 of my vintage bikes. They are super detailed, honest and friendly. In addition, their prices are more reasonable than other bike shops. I truly do appreciate their kindness, it's nice not getting attitude for bike service. It's also super convenient for us since we have a little baby. Their service is quick and detailed, and it's nice not having to leave my bike in a shop for many days (I was able to make an appointment for next day service and they got the job done within an hour). I got help from a fellow named Ulises, and I gotta tell you what a great job. My bike was a piece of work (dragged it out of the garage). Needed a new chain (rusted) needed some tightening that though simple enough (right?) I couldn't do. The handlebars don't swing crazy anymore. Happily recommend the service. With the ongoing pandemic all of the local bike shops are backed up for weeks to get a tune up done. Instead of waiting to take it to a shop I decided to start looking for mobile repair companies and that's how I found Bicycle Reserve. The mechanic who worked on my bike was very professional and kind! After tuning up my bike (which was a little more involved than expected) he took the time to look at my brother's two bikes and fixed the bent back rims. For a standard tune up they charged 145 and to fix the rim he charged 40. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but the mechanic did such a great job. I am very, very happy with Bicycle Reserve. They tuned up my 20 plus year old 10 speed. Loved their representative was on time and very nice. He took time to show me how to use a bike pump. When the front tire continued to be flat, I contacted them, they came out, discovered the inner tube had a hole in it. They replaced it without a charge. I even asked their person if he wanted a tip and he said no. Outstanding customer service. I will always contact them for any bike I own. read more

I have really enjoyed getting to know my mechanic at my local shop over the past few years. But given the quarantine, it's hard to get an appointment for a tuneup at all the shops in my area, and that's if they're open at all. So Bicycle Reserve was a life saver. Beyond the current moment, it's pretty incredible to be able to schedule an appointment only a few days in advance and greet a mobile mechanic first thing in the morning at the end of your driveway.
