The menu is healthy and packed with protein, vegetables, grains. It's a great place to go if you are with people with different dietary restrictions and allergies/intolerances. Vegan, gluten free, pescatarian, vegetarian. You can easily build your own meal here which is fantastic! I chose the Chimi chicken bowl. It had Rice, Black Bean, Corn that had a sauce with it, guacamole, grilled vegetables, and chimichurri. Tasted great! Couldn't finish and saved the rest for the next day. My sister got the po-Kay tuna. It had rice, beets, corn with the sauce, black beans, and pickled vegetables. She also enjoyed! They text when your order is ready. This is why I don't trust hype. This place is hyped, supposed to be fast casual, and healthy, etc. Well, it's overhyped. And it's slow casual. It does seem pretty healthy. But it's also very expensive for what it is, and overly hip, and not very pleasant inside or out. It's loud, and there is no distancing of tables. There's outdoor seating, but you're right there in the traffic. The chairs and tables are hard and heavy and have sharp corners, and you would think they would be stable being so heavy, but they are tippy. Service was good- well, friendly when I ordered and helpful when I told them I was there for the first time, but then the food was very slow to come out for what is essentially a small rice bowl thrown together. Got the sweet potato fries, and a rice bowl with steak, chimichurri, elote, goat cheese, and guacamole. Garlic and other toppers if you want them. The ingredients are pretty good. The steak, what there was of it, was flavorful. The guacamole was very good. The goat cheese was good. The elote was good. The sweet potato fries were pretty good. But they were all good not great. And the portion size was small. They have Buckeye Soda, which is actually from Root Naturals, which is pretty good. They have lots of coffees and smoothies and alcoholic drinks, so maybe it's for a different crowd. It's hard to find. That is, it's pretty obvious roughly where it is, but the signage sucks. There's a little sign tucked in one corner, and there's a big sign out front, but it's black on rust so it's hard to see. I just parked near what where Yelp told me it was and walked around looking. Essentially, the food was good not great but the experience was not much fun, and I can get more food, that's just as healthy and tasty, for literally half the price at many "build your own" places around town. They have self-ordering kiosks which were relatively easy to use and even included hand sanitizer nearby so the touch screens don't become germ buckets. Make sure to look at all the options when you order as they have second pages on the bowls where you can find guacamole and other goodies. The food was made fresh which took a little while but it was worth it. Food: Between the chorizo and steak bowls, the steak is definitely the winner. It has large chunks of tender beef, not the dry ground up stuff you'd find any other places. It was served over finely cubed sweet potato, chopped kale, and served with a omelet on top. We got guacamole and hot sauce on ours which added more dimension and texture to the already tasty bowls, highly recommended! Overall the food tasted clean and fresh, definitely fit the healthy vibe the whole place has going for it. The portion was perfect for filling you up without making you feel heavy or gross. Loved the food here! I built my own bowl and tried cauliflower rice for the first time. Huge fan! It's way lighter in my stomach and tastes just as good. For once, the portion of chicken in a build-your-own bowl was fulfilling! It was very well seasoned too. I was super pleased with it and the huge scoop of hummus. Their flavor game was on point. What I really like about this place is the atmosphere. It's casual, yet kinda hipster. There's fake plants built into some of the seating area and a few seats are positioned so you can sit Indian style while plugging in your electronics into the outlet right below. It was a beautiful evening, so the large doors were open to allow access to the patio and let the breeze in. What a unique spot with absolutely killer food and strong coffee. Always love a place that has a check in reward and the coffee was amazing! My colleagues on the way out got the cold brew and said that they could chew it - so it was strong and gravely appreciated. One of the better touchless and contactless ordering systems - while the menu seemed overwhelming, it wasn't hard to navigate, and I'm a sucker for a tuna bowl. I absolutely fell in love with my lunch. I got a tuna bowl with beets, extra guacamole and doubled the protein plus added the spicy sauce. It was really tasty. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and it was a decent amount of food but didn't feel gross right after I ate. It was also super fun getting to mess around on the BMI machine and the machine that did the vibrations - I was with a large group and everyone had a blast. Whether or not the vibrations worked, we had a good time. Nice as well was the canned bloody Mary's. Usually the mix is a little off but these were very good! I've had a couple of their bowls and my favorite so far has been the chimi chicken. The pistachio chimi churri is very unique and has a nice balance of nutty and sour flavors. The grilled veggies were absolutely delicious and they really put a nice amount of garlic in there that really carries in each bite. It's really hard to travel on the road for business and not gain weight. Most restaurants will ruin even a salad or vegetables with all kinds of oil and butter mixed in. I really like this place! Quick, delicious, very reasonable. I made my own bowl with cauliflower, grass fed steak, corn and bean elote, and tried several of their sauces. Yum yum. Big portion I could not finish it all. The ambience is nice. It has the feel of a café with people working .. there is a fireplace. Lots of comfy seating. The staff was very nice. I'm giving it four stars I didn't try their coffee and their drinks are very limited. I would like to see more on the water/sparkling water side, ollypop health soda. Ordered delivery (duh), and had dinner on my couch. I ordered their bone both called immunity broth cause I'm sick and it sounded good. Oh man! I also ordered their vegan Powerbol which has kale, a mix of veggies, falafel (3), hummus and blueberry guacamole. Oh the guac and humus are heaven and you can tell they're homemade! I was recommended to try Rebol for lunch, and it was described to me as a fancy & healthy Chipotle. I tried to get this delivered but for some reason my address was out of their delivery network even though I was only 8 minutes away. Ended up getting my coworkers and my bowls DoorDash'd but that nearly cost $50... I recommend picking it up next time. The entire menu is pretty impressive with different proteins and add-ons. I was impressed with Rebol's company message of setting a standard for all healthy ingredients and truly nutrition filled foods. I spent awhile deciding what to order. I ended up getting the BYO bowl with pasteurized raised chicken AND paid extra for the red pepper falafel (super filling and a LOT of protein which is what I was going for), half Cauli-Rice half Sweet Potato, Hummus (it mixed SO well with everything), Sweet Beets, Herbed Goat Cheese, and Grilled Vegetables. For sauce I ordered the cashed chimichurri and the cilantro aioli. Let me point out that my bowl was FULL. It was really colorful, and tasted just as good as how it looked! Had a very nice breakfast here while traveling to the area. It is very much what I would consider to be a hipster type place with organic this and gluten-free that with the prices to match. The food was overall good enough to pull the rating higher but if I was paying for it out of my pocket, I would have likely reconsidered the rating. I picked my base for the bowl which was rice since it was suggested to me from the staff. Then I chose the shrimp and that was really good. Topped it with grilled vegetables, blueberry guacamole, and some more veggies with yum yum sauce. My overall impression of the meal was it could have been better. It missing something to make the bowl taste better, maybe it was what I added to the bowl but the flavor wasn't quite there. I was expecting it to taste a little different than it was advertised on Instagram. The overall price of my meal was roughly $10, not that bad for a fast food concept. Came here for dinner around 6:45 pm on a Wednesday with a couple friends. There was a little bit of a line but we were able to order on the self serve kiosk. The vibe isn't is different. They seem to promote healthy eating with fresh ingredients and supplements. The menu has lots of options of gluten free options. I got a build your own nan bowl and a side of fries for about $17. I enjoyed it and it was filling! There were many toppings to put in the bowl and make it your own. The flavors of the sauces were very good and I liked the flavor of the goat cheese. My friend found out that you can actually get $5 off your first order via an app AND there's a free coffee offer on Yelp, so I used both and paid only a few dollars for my whole order! I got a bowl with rice, chicken, sweet potatoes, and more! Everything was delicious and worked together pretty well even though there were a ton of things in there. One thing I was hesitant about was the goat cheese, since I normally don't like cheese that are too strong. This goat cheese was manageable and helped make my bowl a little creamy. The blueberry guac is also pretty unique, though I wish there were more blueberries in it. On the side, I got a bone broth. The employee had some trouble getting a full cup for me since it was at the bottom of the pot, and sadly as a result my bone broth was very salty. Not sure if I want to give the bone broth another try after the first experience. The bulletproof coffee I got was good, something I had never tried before but ended up enjoying. For those of you who don't know what bulletproof is - it combines butter, MCT oil and coffee together to offer a keto-friendly, high healthy fat drink to kickstart your morning. It was tasty, subtly pumpkin and a pleasant flavor although it had no sugar. Rebol markets themselves as "the healthiest fast casual in the country" (which was a definite plus for me since the flavor definitely didn't disappoint). I tried one of their breakfast bowls and went with two sunny side up eggs. The "Bol" comes with a sweet potato hash, kale, onion, a beautiful scoop of herbed goat cheese and a protein (that I declined as I didn't feel falafel would blend with my morning palette). The Bol was so tasty and filling! I have been showing all my friends and family the photos (my sister and mom got their eggs scrambled and my sister tried their hot sauce and enjoyed it).
