It came with Apple/Strawberry Juice Blend, Strawberry, Non-Fat Yogurt, and. Banana. I requested that it be prepared with a thick consistency. Unfortunately, it was not prepared up to standards and as anticipated. The thickness was on the thinner, looser scale. The taste of the smoothie was also slightly lackluster. He didn't even glance in my direction, laughing with a colleague instead of attending to the customers waiting in the front. His attitude was dismissive, and when I inquired about how to earn points on my order, he looked at me as if I were foolish. His curt response, "You already did it," left me feeling bewildered. This interaction took place during the morning shift, and it was evident that both the male and female employees needed a serious refresher on customer service. They are the face of Jumbo Juice, and their lack of professionalism tarnishes the brand's reputation. I strongly encourage management to coach them on how to better engage with customers. After all, a warm welcome and helpful attitude can make all the difference in the dining experience.
