It is right downtown in a cool location on the second floor of a building, with a restaurant below, which gives it a slightly tucked-away charm. Inside, there is tons of seating and space, so it feels relaxed and inviting rather than cramped. The staff was so nice, which always makes a coffee stop feel more welcoming. I really liked my iced mocha, and they also had a nice variety of other drinks and pastries on offer. Overall, a lovely little cafe and one I would happily visit again.

They mentioned that the wait time to receive the drink was 10 minutes, which was understandable with how busy they were, but to my surprise I actually received my drink in half that time. The drink tasted great and if I was still in the area I'd go there again. I definitely noticed for such a small space, the staff were efficient and moved quickly to get everyone their correct orders. They are an open space with lots of various seating and I always feel relaxed when I walk inside. They have light airy decor and uplifting music which just helps the ambience.
