What a well designed and spacious bar! I had a great time celebrating a friend's birthday AND watching F1 racing on a big screen! The live music band was awesome, I was grooving! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were clean and organized. A good decent amount of beer and drinks to pick from, my favorite was the fruity-sour non-alcoholic beer, I highly recommend it! Parking is plentiful. I highly recommend this brewery to gather with friends, I hope to be back in the future!

Outstanding food. Great ambience. Friendly atmosphere. Pizza was perfectly cooked and the wings are grilled over a fire. Delicious.

We got three pizzas to share the pepperoni, the saucy, and chicken bacon ranch. The pepperoni had such an awesome feature. The pepperonis were cooked into the crust, all along the outside nice and crispy. You know that perfect pepperoni that's cooked to the point where it turns into a pyramid. I guess more of an igloo? This was some absolutely delicious pizza. I would definitely drive down here just for this again. It's also an event space which seems like it would be pretty cool. The organization we were meeting with has held a couple young professionals events there. Not sure if it's attached to a brewery or it is a brewery? Seems like the perfect place for a 21+ event. I guess you could even throw a pizza party for the kids?

We ordered the In Crust We Trust pizza. If I'm being honest, as someone who used to prepare deep dish pizzas, I was a little underwhelmed that I paid $24 for a small pizza. But the dough was deliciously springy like a focaccia, and the toppings worked well without making a soggy pizza! The service was good, straightforward and to the point :) with our toddler near the end of his rope for the evening, we ordered our food to go and it was ready in about 15-20 minutes. We added the cannoli bouquet and it was soooo good

We love trying new breweries where we go and this seemed like the best one in Columbia we haven't been to. I had high expectations but they by far exceeded it. This may be the best brewery we have been to. They have so many offerings and we loved everything. Some of the stuff is barrell aged and expensive but worth it. We also loved their taco offerings which includes some fun vegetarian options like like spicy fried mushrooms and fried avocado as well as our first ever bison meat taco along with mahi mahi, chicken tinga, and carne asada. We did not expect it but it may be the best tacos we've had. We had their seasonal strawberry margarita which may have been the best margaritas we have had along with an excellent local rose wine. Ambiance is nice and upscale for a brewery and our service at the bar was very quick and some of the most attentive we have had. We certainly look forward to returning.

The place was packed on a Friday evening and we eventually got two seats at the bar with the help of a friendly patron. The place is large, loud and lively. One of the side rooms is weirdly as bright as a school room. Speaking of weird this brewery is located in the back of an office park... The staff was friendly and hustling. I must say most of their beers are not my favorite. Too many sours and other beers that feel like they are trying too hard to be exotic. I tried their Shore pilsner and even that was a bit odd. I like lighter beers like pilsners, kolsches and hefeweizens so if I lived here I would try some of their non-beer options because I would be back for the food.

I wasn't originally planning to get food but could not help myself when I saw they had a Chicago style hotdog. It was tasty despite being a bit of a mess to eat with the topping piled high. The bartenders were pleasant and efficient with checking in on us and clearing plates as needed.

Those of you who…read moreread my reviews know I typically review either really good or really "not so good" restaurants. I'm breaking my own rules, because I feel the 3.9 rating is pretty accurate, with one 5 star + exception. This was a business lunch and a convenient location so there we were. The duck fries as an appetizer were good but needed to be seasoned with a little more salt. I had a strawberry salad with some grilled chicken that was good with the greens, but dry as the desert with the chicken and borderline inedible. Here's the twist!!! My two compadres both had the grilled cheese and lobster sandwich. They both looked at me sheepishly and said, you f ed up!!! William was kind enough to break off a substantial bite and let me try it. Angels sang, children wept, and I almost passed out! It was the kind of perfection we all agreed we would have eaten 5, maybe 6 of these unnaturally awesome sandwiches until we passed out! 3.5 Star service, 4 Star ambience, and some 10 Star bites! Cheers, JimG

The staff are nice, but service and the kitchen seemed a bit slow on a Sunday early afternoon towards the very end of brunch despite the area we were seated only had a few tables filled. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was nothing special - feeling like a flat, single-note dish.. Perhaps it was that the hollandaise sauce lacked the acidity (usually from lemon juice) to brighten the dish. Or, that the nod to Maryland - the Old Bay honey - drizzled around the edges of the dish wasn't enough to elevate it to something that is savored with each bite. The Fluffernutter Blondie is a good dessert choice if you love blondies and peanut butter. Although, it was a bit drier than I'd like, the texture was still soft.

Take out is quite easy with food awaiting at the greeting desk. The crab dip is unique and quite delish. Served with garlic knots, the crab dip is baked together in a cast iron skillet and finished with melted parmesan. I've had several dishes which are delightful. The Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta is a wonderful combo of blackened chicken and shrimp, pasta and Nawlins cream sauce. For more NOLA yummies, the Louisiana Red Jambalaya is sautéed chicken and shrimp with Andouille sausage and jasmine rice. The Shrimp and Grits envelope andouille sausage, smoked bacon, blistered cherry tomatoes, and sherry cream for a comforting Louisiana dish. The Mushroom Rissoto is portobello, shiitake, and cremini mushrooms tossed with truffle oil, topped with crispy fried shallots and grated parmesan. Lastly, I can recommend the Southern Chicken Piccata which is topped with lemon butter, cherry tomatoes, garlic and capers. Roasted potatoes and arugula salad are on the side. For desert, the cookie sundae is nothing more than a big chocolate chip cookie, with vanilla ice cream and a chocolate-caramel sauce. But simple things are the best. Perfect for splitting.
