This hotel, at the SpringHill Suites (Columbia, Maryland), was very nice during my entire stay. It met all my needs, with only two minor annoyances. These included: * All exterior doors to this hotel were non-functional for entry with a key-card during my entire time here. In other words, one could not enter from either side door or from the back; one could ONLY enter through the lobby. I'm not sure why the other doors were not working. * Unlike other SpringHill Suites locations I have stayed at, this particular hotel removes their free coffee from the lobby sometime after breakfast hours are over. This is annoying for guests (like myself) who like to have coffee in the afternoon or evening. In addition to the nice things I expect from all SpringHill Suites locations, the most pleasant part of my stay at this hotel was interacting with the staff here, especially Ahmed. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and I enjoyed chatting with him. He's definitely a five-star employee for this business! So, in summary, aside from two minor annoyances, I had a flawless experience here at this SpringHill Suites hotel.
