Lychee Lush ($9), Oasium Gin Fizz ($9), Mocktail ($7)

Date: Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 Time: around 5:45pm Party of: 3 *Lychee Lush ($9) *Oasium Gin Fizz ($9) *Mocktail ($7) *Single Malt Whiskey Old Fashion ($15) - Yes Smoke ($3) *Matcha Lover ($15) *Korean Espressotini ($16) *Red Bull ($5) *Chicken Karage ($9) *Takoyaki - 6 ($9) *Oversea Bourbon ($50) *Single Malt Whiskey ($60) *Tax ($17.94) We wanted to check out a distillery while in Maryland. This was conveniently located, so we decided to drop by. It's a huge space and not that many people were here, so we easily just grabbed a table. Turned out it was also trivia night. We did not officially play, but there was only one person competing, so we kinda helped out. The vibe here is akin to converted warehouse. But with spots for IG photo ops and such. We made it during happy hour, so I tried the lychee lush. Very sweet and kinda weak. Not really my thing. I did get the matcha drink next and asked if they could make it extra stiff. It was much better. Fun place to chill. And my friend liked their alcohol so much, he bought the two bottles listed above. REVIEW #3893

DO NOT GO HERE! They are never open! They go through management all of the time. They DO NOT PAY THEIR PERFORMERS! They don't have food, during shows they have food trucks outside even though they have a full working kitchen. The staff is always under trained. The prices are over priced for all of the drinks. They're extremely slow with their service. It's THE WORST BAR/DISTILLERY in Howard county. You're better off staying home and having a drink with friends and music. This place has so much potential because the ambiance is so beautiful inside. The interior design is gorgeous and I want to love it but they have failed me and my friends so many times with every new management.

No food on Trivia night Service was prompt Clean atmosphere with a stage area and large wall TV screen. I'll have to try them again after they've been open for a while. Not sure how fitting the name is when they only had 4 of the tap drinks they literally were making it if it was requested. The orange crush tasted like old oranges or something just stale no flavor. The peach bourbon which they made while I was there was sweet had to get 2 shots to offset the sweetness. Only reason I would go back is because of the atmosphere and staff.. if I'm not mistaken they are fairly new too and I loved the signage above the bar

My classic burger was so good I forgot to take a picture of it before diving in

Overall- super cute vibe, yummy drink, reasonable prices, fun events, kind service, and decent food considering most breweries and distilleries around here don't serve much food I went with some friends for an embroidery event with third and Plum which was super fun! The bartenders were all super kind and down to earth. They were knowledgeable and let you sample cocktails before committing. They had draft cocktails, classic, and specialties. I loved the variety and the different price points make it more accessible. I had a draft lemon drop martini and an espresso martini. Both were delicious. My burger hit the spot and the bao buns were good too. The nachos were only okay. I appreciated the pictures they had with their menu and the fact that they had so much food when most breweries and distilleries around here don't. The place was beautiful. I loved the decor, the seats were comfortable, and there were lots of different fun places to sit. They have good happy hour deals and I'll definitely be back.

I always have a good time at Oversea! The drinks are original and unique and very good. Great guest services! I appreciate being able to be sat at the bar on a busy Saturday evening. Live entertainment is always a plus! It tends to be quite loud on those nights so follow their socials to know what vibes to expect! I've taken a couple of their mixology classes as well and they're great fun! Nice way to meet new people. They have a good menu, typical bar food; wings, quesadillas, burgers.

I could go on for days with this review, but I'll keep it in just a few short sentences . I was looking for a jazz lounge to go to and stumbled across this business via the internet . It was everything I was looking for as far as the ambiance was concerned . Good vibes , good music, people were there to have a good time . They also have a food menu. I order catfish and fries and it was seasoned to perfection . The bartender August was very hospitable and knowledgeable with the cocktails as well. They do live Jazz every Friday for those in the area interested . Will be coming back

I love Columbia! There's always something to do. I had heard about this place for awhile now and finally came on my own. I had heard there's no food and they usually have food trucks. When I was here (last Saturday), there were no food trucks, but they mentioned they have a small Asian style menu. I didn't try any food this time. I liked the chill laid-back vibe! The space is bigger than I imagined. Can come here solo, on a date or with a group. There was a live band. They make their spirits in-house! I tried the "Lady Lavender" cocktail, which was vodka based and very good! My friend had an old fashioned and enjoyed it. Zach and Amber were great bartenders. Thank you!

Came in for the live jazz music on Friday night. It was my first time coming and it definitely didn't disappoint. I had heard it opened up recently and had been meaning to check it out for a while. It's located in a kind of industrial area off Snowden River Pkwy. There was plenty of parking in the the shared lot. Looked like most of the neighboring businesses operate on normal business hours to after 5 there should be plenty of parking. Inside it's much more spacious that is appears from the outside. They don't have paper menus so you will have to have a cell phone to be able to see what they offer. Surprisingly they actually have food on the menu as well. All of their drinks are made with in house distilled products. They make their own Vodka, Gin, Rum, and Bourbon. I got a flight so I could properly sample their offerings. All where smooth and easy to drink. I have never been a Gin fan but there was remarkably flavorful. I preferred the Bourbon. They do offer the bourbon by the bottle for purchase there as well. I just had some nachos to nibble on while I was there. They don't stay open very late, closing at 10 pm. The upstairs views are great. You can even see into the distillery side up there as well. They have a Poole table, darts, board games, and a Nintendo switch upstairs for your entertainment. All of the staff there were friendly and more than happy to provide information about the distillery and their drinks. Would definitely recommend making a few visits and will be back soon.

Cool Bar & Distillery in Columbia. A reel came across my timeline a few months back and I wanted to check it out. My first bit of advice for Oversea is looks can be deceiving. It's in a business park and doesn't look like much from outside. But when you walk in it's actually a nice vibe. You could have a first date here, come to have drinks and a good time with friends, come solo and sing karaoke... like ... wow. My bartender was Eden and she was super nice. She let me know what nights were good to come for different events and explained the space to me. I ordered the Popcorn cocktail and a bag of Fritos. They normally have a food truck there but it's currently down. They do allow meals to be delivered which is nice. Back to the cocktail. I was slightly confused because the cocktail actually taste like popcorn. My brain and tastebuds didn't k ow how to feel at first lol. After the second sip my brain and tastebuds came to an agreement and I liked it. I had dinner reservations and had to head out. But Oversea is on my list currently places to revisit!

Wow what a surprise to find a distillery nestled Columbia. This place has in-house bourbon, beer, video games, board games, and live music in certain nights. I came for a quick drink out with the help crew and got an old fashion. It was a pretty good old fashion. I plan to come back and check out the other festivities. The prices of drinks are pretty good. And the have a 25$ bourbon vodka flight.

We went last Friday night to give it a try as it is pretty brand new. The space is HUGE! I absolutely loved the light sign above the bar; wish I got a picture of it. The bartenders were all super friendly and wanted to answer questions. I got the Pinky Martini and I liked it; felt pretty strong. My husband got a 2 separate whiskey drinks and both were far too sweet for his liking. It was cool watching them make the popcorn drink and it smelt good. Excited to see how they grow when they aren't in the soft-open phase anymore.

Truffle fries and popcorn chicken

Came for some jazz on a Friday night and it was great. Nothing like some live jazz to start the weekend right. The cocktails were great and reasonably priced. I am a gin girly so I went straight for whatever had gin in it. I was wondering why there were no posts of the food so I ordered and posted a few on this page for all to see. I'm such a visual eater. The food menu seemed to have an Asian vibe (with kimchi burgers and dumplings). So...I started with the salt and pepper shrimp. It came with six decently sized shrimp nicely seasoned. It was good but not as flavorful as the salt and pepper shrimp I usually get at Chinese restaurants. The popcorn chicken (which I wrongly assumed was Taiwanese chicken from an Asian menu but was woefully wrong) was as expected from a traditional popcorn chicken - think school cafeteria. The fries were nice and crispy but didn't have any truffle taste. Overall, the service was awesome, the decor was beautiful, the drinks were great but the food was lacking.

There's a reason it's not crowded on a Friday night.

Lemon drop rim is a LITTLE sour. Just a TAD. Atmosphere cool, jazz was nice. But the SOUR was SOUR.

Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced... this is the kind of drink that reminds me why I started my little espresso martini passport in the first place. It was giving luxury, it was giving intention, it was giving I need another one immediately. For food, I started with the crudo, which was super fresh and beautifully done -- light, bright, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. Then I had the scallops, and this is where they really won me over. Perfectly cooked, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth... just one of those dishes you don't want to end. The whole experience felt elevated without being stuffy -- gorgeous waterfront vibes, amazing service, and food and drinks that actually deliver. Definitely one of my favorite spots so far in Baltimore, and 100% somewhere I'll be bringing people when I want to impress.

The whiskey selection is impressive--this was actually my first time trying Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year, and it was incredibly smooth. If you're a whiskey drinker, you'll appreciate how extensive the selection is here. The bar menu is also surprisingly strong. I highly recommend the burger, and the crab cake is made with real lump meat--not imitation!!! The bartender was very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations throughout the night. Weekends can get pretty busy, but it's still a great spot for drinks and small bites.

Flawless potato salad, nothing to criticize with the Mac and cheese and the beans with perfect, meaty and savory but also sweet and not too mushy. The decor on the inside is eclectic and fun.
