Pineapple fried rice with BBQ pork

Good service and tasty dishes. Love the pineapple fried rice. My son loves the honey walnut shrimp here. The prawns are enormous. Mongolian beef has a unique and tasty flavor too.

This was our first coming in and we tried lunch time, we got there as they opened so wasn't busy yet. My husband took a minute to figure out what he wanted, so more people had come in by the time we ordered. We chose the lunch special of Beef Bolgogi Bowl and a special they were doing for Reno Food and Drink Week. Servive got a little slow as we saw most get served that had gotten there after us. However the food was quite enjoyable. So we will come back again to try. We know that there can always be off days with service.

Amazing shaken beef-.. I need to find how to make this..

11/23/25- Second choice as the deli was way too busy- Best second for today's choices- The shaken beef.. 5/5!.. super tender and full of flavors..love the bell peppers and onions.. Went with the fried rice- wow-- love the cauliflower.. (think my oldest will enjoy this week too).. Got the Chinese broccoli and our server was able to get some oyster sauce..!!! Very satisfied!

Very good fare, although caters to an older (not spicy, at all) palate. Portions are plentiful and the staff are wonderful.

Came here for lunch midweek. Service was good. Server was attentive. The restaurant only had about four tables occupied. I ordered the curry Ramen. It was pretty bland unfortunately. I wish it had more spice. I also inquired if it was chicken breast or thigh. I was told it was chicken breast , but it was definitely thigh. Probably wouldn't go back

Pork Belly Tougher than Brand New Bridgestone Tires

We sat down between 12:05 - 12:15 pm today. There was a long line at open. We thought...this has to be good. Right??? NOPE!!! A couple was sat next to us about 10 - 15 minutes AFTER us. The waiter took their food order BEGORE us. They got their food order 10 - 15 minutes BEFORE us. The Lunch Special Bulgogi Bowl was $14.99. It was NOT Bulgogi. No flavor and looked more like Mongolian Beef. Meat was tender though. I ordered the waiter recommendation of Pork Belly Ramen for $18.00. The broth was overly salty...expected. Three thick slices of Pork Belly that were tougher than Brand New Bridgestone Tires. I wouldn't feed this to animal let alone a human being. After talking with other bowlers at the USBC Nationals, they said the only food value is the buffet. We should have just stayed with Old Faithful Sky Terrace. Never disappoints and worth every penny.

Another 5-Star Review for Red Bloom, located inside the Atlantis Casino.... Sister and I had a great lunch experience. Our server was very attentive. I forgot her name. We dined on Pork Belly Bao Buns... very flavorful, 1/2 Roasted Duck... delicious, and split a bowl of PHO soup... hit the spot!!! We will be back!

We decided to try this place during the food and drink week. One of us ordered the dish for food and drink week, and the other ordered from their regular menu. We were seated right away, and our server toon our order not too long afterwards. About 20 minutes after ordering she said our food should be out soon. Another 20+ minutes passed and our food app arrived, followed shortly after by the entrees. Our server apologized for such a long wait and she offered to make things right to ensure that we were otherwise happy, which she did. The app was ok, meaning that the dough to wrap the meat was a little much, we prefer thinner, but the flavor was the. Ironically they fell apart when we dipped the in the sauce. Both entrees had decent enough flavor for us to want to come back and try more of their menu options.

Ginger Creme Brulee. The sugar crust done right, the creme tasty but slightly grainy.
    Gary M.

The surroundings were nice, filtered out the Casino noise. Service was very pleasant, but entree was late. Over all a good meal worth recommending.

The Asian food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We had the pork belly tacos, the tempura shrimp, the fried rice and the bulgogi short ribs. And a cocktail with dragonfruit in it. It was a sweet old fashioned. Service was good. People were friendly. Clean pleasant and full of ambiance

Pineapple Curry Chicken Fried Rice, Pork Belly Bao Buns, Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai, BBQ Pork Bun

Heard some good things about Red Bloom and decided to check it out, inviting our son to join us for dinner. We ordered a mix of dim sum and fried rice: Pork Belly Bao Bun: These were good--the flavors were there, but the pork belly could've been a bit juicier. BBQ Pork Bun: Not my favorite. The filling didn't quite hit the mark--just okay. Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai: Very solid. Nicely balanced and flavorful. Would definitely order again. Pineapple Curry Chicken Fried Rice: The star of the night. Served in half a pineapple, it had great curry flavor and had the presentation was fun. A definite reorder. Overall, a solid spot for Asian-style food. Would recommend and would return to try some other menu items.

This place is amazing! I'm from SF, so I know good Chinese food. Everything is fresh and the service is spectacular. I've been here quite a few times, and I've never been disappointed. Their Mongolian beef is VERY protein forward, their ramen options are top tier. Even though it's in a casino, it is easily one of the best Chinese food spots in town.

It was an overall good experience, but I was given the wrong drink, pictured, that looked good, but as soon as I took the picture someone came over and said it was the wrong drink, picked it up and handed it to the table behind me without asking if I had sipped or touched it yet. I hadn't, but what if I had! Ew. Made me not want to go back because I started thinking what else was getting served this way.

    Is this a buffet?

    nope

Where in the casino is this located? Any info just says main floor. I will be taking my aunt who uses a walker so I need to know where to park and how far of a walk it would be. Zero info on Atlantis website.

It's perfectly crisp 5/5 - Hamachi and Asian Pear and Aji Amarillo: fish is fresh, pear is good, and the cubed soy sauce all work surprisingly well together 5/5 - Ten layer Pork Tonkatsu and Black garlic: I love the hint of wasabi flavor, but you don't actually feel the spiciness of it. 5/5 - Chicken Skin Skewers: very crispy and thin on the outside and soft on the inside. 5/5 - Chicken Thigh Skewers: the chicken is not dry at all and the green onions helps bring out the flavor more 5/5 - Bone Broth ramen: pork is great, but the noodles, and broth tastes like a wonton soup . The egg yolk tasted different 3/5 - Battleship: the fries are thin and crispy which I love. The cheese balls and meat are good. The curry is good and it should come with a bowl of rice 5/5 - Gyoza: it's more a dumpling, a little too acidic but the meat is very flavorful 4/5 There was no wait this time on a Friday evening. I feel like the music is still too loud, but I enjoy the environment. The staff are always attentive and quick. This was a much better experience, than the first time I came here. Parking is fairly easy, with plenty of street spaces nearby, and an easy walk if you're already hanging around the neighborhood. The service was friendly and fairly prompt, and even for a weekday night the place was bustling, leading to a bit of a backup. Cool vibes all around, and it's neat to sit at the bar and watch the chefs do their thing. Though it does mean this is a little bit on the noisy side. Look at the menu, and there are tons of tempting options. As the name suggests, their specialty here is small plate off the grill or out fo the fryer. But they do serve really good-looking ramen, too, which I will make not to try next time I swing by. I at first went with a quick bite of grilled chicken thighs, which were just amazing! They were juicy, eprfectly seared, with some grilled green onions and an amazing sweet soy sauce. I also went with the yakionigiri, which are balls of rice that are grilled, brushed with sauce, and topped with a sort of mango slaw. A bit uncommon, but wow, these were also just so delicious! Also had a glass of sake, though they have a full bar should you want some other sort of beverage. Prices here are, I feel, a little on the higher end for small plates. However, I think it is definitely worth coming and trying this place out at least once or twice, just to expereince some of the good food. I'm sorry it took me so long to finally step through the doors, but I am certain I will be back again to try more of what's on the menu.

The menu didn't feel very varied--it was mostly the same types of rolls (crab mostly) with different sauces. That may just be personal preference, since I tend to like shrimp rolls (either cooked or uncooked). When we arrived, we were seated in the far right corner. There were other tables nearby, but because we were a large group, it took a while for anyone to take our drink orders. We even had two separate servers come by to ask for drinks. Once we ordered sushi, that's where things really went downhill. We were split across the tables (four people per table), and although we placed our orders at the same time, half of our group didn't receive their sushi until about 30 minutes after the other part of us. It felt like the order process wasn't managed well. Customer service was also inconsistent. We had to keep asking for items we never received, like refills, and we didn't get straws. Even though the restaurant was busy, I've been to other sushi places on busy nights and never experienced service this slow. The only thing I truly liked was the appetizers. The beef teriyaki was the best thing I had--really tasty. I'd recommend that, but only if you have a lot of time to spare, because the wait for food and follow-ups was a struggle. When we tried to order dessert, it took so long for someone to come back that a few people ended up giving up and not getting dessert at all. Overall, customer service took far too long, and the sushi was just OK--not especially flavorful or memorable for me. The rolls tasted pretty similar, and I don't think I'll be returning.

We were seated quickly. Now that can be attributed to the fact that we were early for dinner. We opted for a tabled, but there were plenty of seats available at the sushi bar. We only waited for a few minutes before the first wave of fish was delivered. Throughout dinner, we never had to wait long for the sushi to be delivered. The atmosphere was decent. It felt like it was more of a storefront than a traditional restaurant. But, it was a storefront and I don't care about that. I base my rating on freshness, service and cleanliness of the store. One thing that surprised me was the Kani (crab). I ordered it wondering if it would be real crab or imitation. It was real! I was happy and surprised. I ate my fill. So let's get the cons out of the way first. My son and I sat at the bar, and on the big screen against the wall, CNN FAKE NEWS was playing. Personally irritating, and I don't think they should be showing news shows from any side at a restaurant. We were in during lunch hours, and towards the end of our visit we were the last party there. That being said, clearing out our empty plates and getting refills wasn't very expeditious. I sat probably for about 15 minutes with an empty soda cup. I would understand if it was busy and at night. Disappointingly, lunch has its own separate menu, and you can't order dinner rolls for the lunch price, like you can at Ohana, Hinoki and other places I've been to and frequented. Now that, that's out of the way let's get to the rest of the review. I'm guessing the owners, we're super nice. We were greeted right as we walked in the door and chose our seats. Victor was our sushi chef. Great guy, and turns out some great sushi. The next time I go I will be sure to sit with him, but the other two Cooks were nice also. The entire restaurant, especially the bar area was spotless! I can tell they all take pride in what they do. My sin and I ordered probably 65% of the lunch menu. The quail egg shooters, whcih we ordered about a dozen total were SUPER good, and served in a modified Oriental soup "spoon" instead of a shot glass. Sort of awkward to eat, but doable and tasty. My personal favorite (lunch) roll was the "Crazy Dream" roll. SO many different flavor profiles. They had unique takes on some of the nigiri and appetizers, like the 'butterfly' and the tempura Jalapeno opposed to other sushi joints. So all in all, it was good enough for me to go back and give the dinner menu a try.
