Both of our meals looked good when I opened the to-go boxes, although I would have had a hard time spotting the cauliflower at first. I started with my chicken, which was served over the salad, and it was delicious. The chicken was moist, the salad was flavorful, and the spice blend added a great kick without being overpowering. Both of my sides were good too. The eggplant was nicely cooked with a custard-like texture, and the cauliflower was roasted well with a tasty sauce on top.
