Service is good and it's a nice place to eat. They painted it in the maroon and gold of the Duneland schools. Lots of railroad signs. If you want a sandwich you can get it made cold, toasted or pressed in a panini press. Ingredients-wise, though, you could probably go to Jewel and get the same bread and meat. It's not like they're serving Boar's Head here. Two sandwiches, water in cups and 2 bags of chips cost just a little over $20, so it's decently priced. read more

A deli sandwich in my opinion should be a little more than three thin slices of corned beef. Food and service was good. Only negative: We thought we ordered pepsi or coke to drink, but when we got our cups, the fountain machine sells some off brand soda. Was not the best, but was OK. We did notice after we ordered and paid, there is a refrigerator with Pepsi or Coke products in bottles that we could have bought, but we did not realize the fountain was off brand as you can't see it from the ordering place. The restaurant seems very unassuming but it was actually amazing! I loved the interior; it was simple and a bit retro. There were plenty of options, even for my vegetarian friend, and we all were happy with what we got. Even though we did an hour long hike to a beach, the sandwich still tasted amazing and held up well! Don't walk by this one! read more
