The flavors were incredible, and every pizza tasted as authentic as it was delicious. The ambiance was one of my favorite parts of the experience. The rustic, farmhouse-inspired décor with its European charm made it feel less like a restaurant and more like being welcomed into a friend's home for dinner. It was warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. The customer service was exceptional. A special thank you to the manager and the entire team for accommodating our party of 10 and seating us so quickly. My husband and I had a flight to catch, and they went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy a wonderful meal without feeling rushed. Everyone at the table enjoyed themselves. Their hospitality, efficiency, and genuine kindness made the experience even more memorable. Well lookie here. Every town has it's fancy pizza. Pizzeria Bianco is this place's fantastic offering and showcase. The Biltmore location takes reservations, so we went there on this particular day. It's a nice, well-decorated, quaintly themed vaguely Italian restaurant, with good natural light and some cute candle lights too! Love it! But of course, we're not here for the decor. As Tobey Maguire so eloquently puts it as Peter Parker, it's "Pizza time!" We ordered the Sonny Boy and the Wiseguy. Two of their most popular pizzas, although, since there's really only 6 pizzas on the menu, we didn't have much issue ordering. Texturally, these crusts were picture perfect. Big billowy dough at the crust and paper-thin where the toppings were placed. Neapolitan influence on the dough, and I'm living for it. Textures were crunchy, soft, and perfect. Flavors were sweet, acidic, bright, and savory. At its price point, I couldn't ask for more. Comparatively to other pizzas in the same category, this is almost exactly the same price. The spaghetti was good, perfectly al dente, and the sauce tasted fresh. The margherita pizza tasted standard, nothing outstanding. I walked in and sat the bar - first customer of the evening so I didn't wait! I knew it would be awesome because the bread & olive oil served was wonderful on its own. For the pizza, I had a half & half of their signatures: *signature Rosa (parm reg, red onion, pistachios, rosemary) is a stunner. so delicious - this is a white base (no tomato) so all the flavors really stand out. *Sonny boy (tomato, fresh mozz, soppressata, gaeta olives) is like a pepperoni pizza on flavor 'roids. I also love black olives and the gaeta are like super charged in flavor too. Also, the texture is pretty incredible. Of course we will be back again and again and again we love our local pizzeria Cons: I tried to call in to see how busy it was, but there was no option to speak to anyone it was just a phone tree circle with an option to leave a voicemail for a manager. When we arrived, there were a lot of open seats and we asked to sit at a bigger table because we wanted all of our food out at once and they said that they needed to go ask a manager when they came back. They offered us another two top table that was slightly bigger , even though there was plenty of four top tables available. The food came out extremely slow. We wanted it out all at once, but they were literally making courses for us, which is cool and all but like not what we were wanting. I think it's because we were at a smaller table. Pros: Everybody was really nice and friendly The food was delicious as always we loved the salad. The fresh ingredients really came through and shined. The pizza of course was delicious even though by the time we had our pizza come out we had to leave the restaurant. We appreciate the commitment to quality. Excellent pizza and mozzarella. We made reservations on Open Table for a Monday lunch around noon. We got there early, and were seated right away. There were plenty of open seats, so I also think it would've been fine to visit without a reservation too. The olive oil and accompanying bread was really tasty, so we were off to a great start. The mozzarella was delicious, and we liked it even more than the pizza. Simple greens were accurately described--very simple with a light dressing. Only order this if you want some greens, it's nothing memorable or unique. Rosa pizza (added sausage) was also great and we loved the texture of the crust. The cheese was a bit sharp. We'd love to come back and try another pizza. Tip: they were willing to accept a half and half pizza, so if you're wanting to try 2 different pizzas, but only have an appetite for 1, ask. Stopped by this Pizzeria Bianco after the Cardinals game since this one is open on Sundays and it's tucked away in a general shopping plaza. For dinner time, we only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The service and waiter were great throughout the evening. We sat at the outside patio area. I appreciated the compact one-side menu which just enough options to choose from. For how famous PB is, the prices were definitely reasonable. The Sonny Boy was really good and the soppressata was exceptional. The flavor was really fresh and I really enjoyed the red sauce as well. The Rosa was more interesting with a strong cheese flavor but accented with the pistachios and red onion. I do wish that red onions were more evenly distributed because you really need them in each bite to add that balance of acid. However it was a very good combination. The crust is very crispy with a little bit of heft and the thickness is fairly thin. read more

The drink was a chance - I was heading to the airport immediately afterwards so I wanted a mixed drink before my long flight. This drink was light and had a cola taste to it. Pizzeria Bianco continues to deserve all the hype it gets, serving incredible wood-fired pizzas and -- unique to this location -- the freshest handmade pasta I've had in AZ! My go-to has quickly become the Rosa with wood-roasted mushrooms added on. The creaminess of the parmigiano reggiano, the nuttiness of the pistachios, and the earthiness of the rosemary and mushrooms create the best combination. It's one of the more unique pizzas on the menu, and Pizzeria Bianco nails it (and the perfectly chewy dough!!) every visit. I also tried pasta for the first time and was stunned by how good the Pappardelle was. The pasta was thin with a nice chew, and the bolognese had the brightest tomato flavor and didn't feel oily! I was also impressed by the freshness of the basil mojito mocktail. Years ago, I saw a food documentary and a world renowned food editor said that this was the best pizza he had ever had on earth! Once he said that, Pizzeria Bianca was in my crosshairs! This has been on my bucket list for several years and I'm so excited that my husband and I finally got the chance to take the time to visit Arizona and try this delicious pizza. We came on a Sunday afternoon, it was not busy when we arrived, which was nice because they seated us right away. Our waitress was really sweet, she let us plug in our phone by the bar because my husband's phone was dying because it was the wrong plug for the rental car. We had already been studying the menu before we got there so we ordered pretty quick. We were undecided between the Rosa and the biancoverde so the waitress went and talked to the kitchen and they were able to do half-and-half so we could try both! And of course we always try everyone's Margherita pizza to see how well they do with the basics. The Rosa is the pizza that made Chef Chris, famous according to our server, definitely the most unique pizza we have ever had in our lives! It is a delicious first of pistachio, rosemary, and red onion! Not pizza is an olive oil base, no red sauce, but honestly, I would have liked some red sauce on the side to dip it in just to have the acid to cut through the richness of the cheese and the oil. The biancoverde also did not have a red sauce and was very good, but just a bit overkill on the arugula, I don't think it needed that much. The margharita pizza was really good, definitely the best one we've ever had. It was a perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and basil. Most Margherita pizzas are very naked with just a drop of cheese and it makes you feel like you are just eating crust and sauce. I washed mine down with a local beer, I went with the cactus bird, juicy wheat, very light citrusy flavor. Everything was so excellent, sadly, we were underwhelmed with the little gem salad. It's not that it didn't taste good. It's just that $12 for lettuce and cheese is crazy. If it was much larger or had other vegetables in it I would understand $12 for that salad. Overall, we had a great experience, we love that they had indoor and outdoor dining. Since we are exceptionally grateful that they let us get two flavors on one pizza since we were from out of town. We got three different pizzas in our group so we could try different ones. Even though all the pizzas were different styles, they were all amazing and tasty. The sausage had sweet onions on it with no sauce, the arugula had no sauce but three cheeses, and the last one had a tomato sauce with meat. I was honestly very disappointed. I had been looking forward to trying Pizzeria Bianco for awhile now after seeing an awesome TikTok video someone made about it and how delicious it all looked. So I met a friend there for lunch and shopping and she arrived first. It was a Friday and although the restaurant has lots of indoor and outdoor seating options, not even 1/4 of the seating was full and yet they sat her at the smallest wooden table in middle of delivery path, right under a fireplace mantle sticking out protruding into our space as well. The chairs were super uncomfortable as well but as we started ordering an appetizer and our two different pizzas, we quickly realized not only was it awkward, there literally was no room for all of our food. Seeing all of the empty larger sized table nearby we asked one of the servers if we could be moved. He said he had to ask the manager. Odd. So we waited for quite some time and in the meanwhile my friend asked another worker for a pizza box and put hers in it and on the floor -I kid you not, as we still had no room for all of our food. He finally came back and said the manager said no, they were keeping all of the other tables open for larger parties if they came in. Both of our jaws dropped, like what? Mind you not one of them was sat the entire time we ate. The place was empty, no rush or anything. Other than eating out of boxes on the floor lol and putting our empty plates on the table next to us rhat was empty, the server was friendly overall and always quick to bring us food, sides, extra napkins, refills etc. The bathrooms were unisex, which I truly dislike because we all know men often make a mess and leave the toilet seat up- and lucky me whoever used it before me didn't flush either. So yeah not pleasant. The appetizer and salad was really quite good but we both thought the pizzas were just decent. After being treated that way I don't think I'll be back that truly was ridiculous.
