**July 2026: Saturday Night Visit** I had heard so many positive reviews about Pizzeria Bianco, so I was really excited to try it. We ordered the Wiseguy and the Rosa online and requested a 12:15pm pickup. This location is in a suburban part of Phoenix, and parking was easy, which was a plus. Unfortunately, our order wasn't ready when we arrived and we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes. Once we got it home, I honestly wasn't that impressed. The Rosa had a more interesting flavor profile, but the dough on both pies was tougher and chewier than I expected rather than light and bouncy. Overall, it just didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Next!

Finally made it to one of the most talked about pizza place in the valley. Service was very good. Food arrived fast. The pizza was ok. Very limited options. I think in today's world we have so many great options for pizza. I would not travel the 15 miles to go here again. I've had better pizza much closer to home. I'm glad I experienced it. Checked it off my list of must try's. NEXT!

Service - 5 stars Pizza - 5 stars Mozzarella Salad - 5 stars Vibes and Ambiance- 5 stars You'll feel as if you're in Italy and afterwards or before you can walk around the little historical houses around or even take a trip to the science center. The most delicious place to have a cute date night! Enjoy!

Margarita was absolute perfection!! Perfect crust, great flavor to the sauce and the right amount of cheese. The wise guy pizza (sausage and onion) lacked a bit in the sauce department- seemed kind of dry, maybe would have benefited from a béchamel or other creamy white sauce, or may have been better as a red pizza. Staff were all great!

Came here for lunch recently when I was in the area. After looking over the menu, we ordered the artisan spaghetti and a margherita pizza to share. The spaghetti was good, perfectly al dente, and the sauce tasted fresh. The margherita pizza tasted standard, nothing outstanding. What we really appreciate about this place is that the menu is straightforward and concise. This is one of those instances where less is more. Overall, service was fast and friendly. The décor inside leans more towards a vintage rustic vibe with a spacious dining area. They also have a good size outdoor patio.

Came as this was highly recommended to me as a must have while in Phoenix. Glad I came. Had a fresh handmade mozzarella as an appetizer which was absolutely perfect. Loved the heirloom tomatoes and basil. Very fresh and colorful ingredients. For the pizza we had the Rosa which has Parmesan and pistachios. Service super friendly and attentive. Decor and vibe was cool. We loved It all.

Fantastic pizza. About a 10 min walk from my hotel, went based on some of the reviews. One of the best and most interesting pizzas I've ever had. I went with the Rosa, which the menu says is parm, red onions, pistachios and rosemary, but it was so much more. Very addictive flavor, though I can't pinpoint it. I also started with the greens, had to justify the pizza, and it was also surprisingly good. A few olives added a lot to the lettuce, which also had a nice vinaigrette.

4 years since I've watched Chef's Table & so many missed chances in LA to try, but it was all worth it to finally try it in AZ. I walked in and sat the bar - first customer of the evening so I didn't wait! I knew it would be awesome because the bread & olive oil served was wonderful on its own. For the pizza, I had a half & half of their signatures: *signature Rosa (parm reg, red onion, pistachios, rosemary) is a stunner. so delicious - this is a white base (no tomato) so all the flavors really stand out. *Sonny boy (tomato, fresh mozz, soppressata, gaeta olives) is like a pepperoni pizza on flavor 'roids. I also love black olives and the gaeta are like super charged in flavor too. Also, the texture is pretty incredible. The crust shatters first - then gives way to this yeasty, chewy interior with just a touch of crispy, bitterness from the wood fire. Addictive as hell. Damn.

A meal at Pizzeria Bianco carries the weight of the name behind it--Chris Bianco--and it shows in the execution. This Town & Country location is welcoming but run with precision; there's a seriousness to the operation that translates directly to the plate. Sitting at the bar, the focaccia sandwich (with anchovies added - not for everyone) lands exactly how you want it to--balanced, intentional, and deeply satisfying. Paired with a glass of Verdicchio, it becomes a simple but dialed-in experience. Side note, Verdicchio roughly translates to "greenish" in Italian, a nod to the grape's subtle green hue and fresh profile. It cuts through the anchovies' elusive fishiness with surgical precision. Service is efficient and no-nonsense, with clear attention to detail. There's an initial edge--the kind that comes with a place that knows its reputation--but it softens quickly if you meet it with patience. Come in grounded, and the interaction becomes far more human. It's not inexpensive, but that's part of the contract here. You're paying for consistency, craft, and a kitchen that takes itself seriously--and delivers.

Of course we will be back again and again and again we love our local pizzeria Cons: I tried to call in to see how busy it was, but there was no option to speak to anyone it was just a phone tree circle with an option to leave a voicemail for a manager. When we arrived, there were a lot of open seats and we asked to sit at a bigger table because we wanted all of our food out at once and they said that they needed to go ask a manager when they came back. They offered us another two top table that was slightly bigger , even though there was plenty of four top tables available. The food came out extremely slow. We wanted it out all at once, but they were literally making courses for us, which is cool and all but like not what we were wanting. I think it's because we were at a smaller table. Pros: Everybody was really nice and friendly The food was delicious as always we loved the salad. The fresh ingredients really came through and shined. The pizza of course was delicious even though by the time we had our pizza come out we had to leave the restaurant. We appreciate the commitment to quality. When we said that we had to go, they took our payment quickly and got our to go boxes ready with a bag, which was really nice of them to do.

Simple food done right. When you start with good ingredients, you get good food. We love the bread, greens and pizza at Pizzeria Bianco. You can eat it and still feel good. Service is always good. Attentive and times perfectly. Great seating indoors and out. There is also a bar area with seating.

Excellent pizza and mozzarella. We made reservations on Open Table for a Monday lunch around noon. We got there early, and were seated right away. There were plenty of open seats, so I also think it would've been fine to visit without a reservation too. The olive oil and accompanying bread was really tasty, so we were off to a great start. The mozzarella was delicious, and we liked it even more than the pizza. Simple greens were accurately described--very simple with a light dressing. Only order this if you want some greens, it's nothing memorable or unique. Rosa pizza (added sausage) was also great and we loved the texture of the crust. The cheese was a bit sharp. We'd love to come back and try another pizza. Tip: they were willing to accept a half and half pizza, so if you're wanting to try 2 different pizzas, but only have an appetite for 1, ask. We also ordered balsamic and chili oil to go along with the pizzas. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not charged extra for this.

Surpassed the hype. Brought my wife here on an anniversary trip. Lauren the bartender was amazing. Everything we ate was out of this world exactly like what you get in Italy. I would give anything to know where and what kind of tomatos they use. Olive oil is amazing and clearly imported from Italy. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Ask the Community - Pizzeria Bianco

Can I order a custom made pizza or only the ones on the menu? How much customization of the standard pizzas is allowed? Thank you.

Providing there isn't a long line, such as an hour plus wait, you can choose the existing pizzas on the menu and ask for half of one and half of another. For example half Sonny Boy and half Wiseguy.

What are the vegan options? I see on Yelp it says there are vegan options.

In terms of pizza, just the Marinara (as we don’t offer a vegan cheese) There’s also salad, a roasted vegetable antipasto platter and spaghetti pomodoro. There may also be specials - you can enquire with your server…

Does one location have less of a wait then others? Aren't both locations in Phoenix?

The phoenix location definitely has shorter wait and a whole other house next to it with a bar to sit and wait indoors.

Do they allow dogs on the outdoor patio?

Yes...I dined outside and saw a dog on a leash with the owners dining al fresco

    Do they take reservations?

Yes, have RSVP for 2 before

How can I get a reservation? There is no availability on open table and it said that this restaurant doesn't participate but on the company's website the link goes to open table. Tried calling several times with no answer.

You'll need to show up in person to get on the waitlist. They don't seem to take reservations at all.

Do they have a corkage policy?

    What is corkage?

Does the Camelback location have outdoor seating?

    Yes!

Going there on a Saturday night before a concert at chase field, how long of a wait can I expect?

I would suggest you make a reservation- it is hit or miss on the wait times and depends on the size of your party.

After looking over the menu, we started off with Francesco's frittura to share. This dish tasted fine, nothing outstanding. For our main entrees we ordered the brown butter seared scallops with sweet corn risotto and the shrimp fradiavolo. Both of these entrees were outstanding in their own respect. The risotto was subtly sweet and not heavy or rich. Additionally, the scallops were nicely seasoned and not overcooked. The shrimp fradiavolo was mildly spicy and the spaghetti was perfectly al dente. Since we always have room for dessert, we ordered the tiramisu to share. It was nice and fluffy, and not too sweet, which we prefer. Overall, service was friendly, patient, and attentive. The ambiance was comfortable and intimate with lots of indoor seating and some outdoor patio seating. I highly recommend making reservations in advance if you plan on coming here. Their happy hour concludes at six pm, but in true fashion our flight got delayed. Their hh menu is valid outside and in the bar seating area. We nonetheless pushed our resy back and arrived around 6:40pm. This restaurant has a very cute vibe and I loved the mural near the bar in traditional concrete. The decor and accent walls were all fun, and I really liked the main area. The staff was super attentive and the bartender serving us on Friday, August 28th was the best. Welcoming, informative, and kept it real with us. My partner and I landed on the pappardelle short rib pasta and toto sapore pizza. The pizza was one of my fave pizzas I've had in quite some time. The mixture of meats including sausage, soppressata, and salame parme was perfect with the right amount of spice. The pasta was al dente which was greatly appreciated and it was a lovely meal all around. This spot is worth checking out if you're in the area and wanting a great dinner in a calmer vibe (with some bomb music).

I always go for the Roasted Salmon as it's a perfect balance of colors and taste. There were mixed in cauliflower and a bit of broccolini. I would definitely love to have more broccolini though. I ordered this as part of the summer menu which it comes with a choice of their daily soup (which was a creamy chicken soup on a Saturday), Sicilian meatballs, Cacio e Pepe, Simple Salad or Charcuterie plate. I went with the charcuterie plate which had a array of foccicia bread, pitted green olives in an olive mix of rosemary or thyme theme taste, sweetened figs over a soft cheese spread, pecorino cheese I think, candied nuts, a jalapeño forward pickled veggies such as carrots, cauliflower, prosciutto, speck (another type of prosciutto).
