What a pleasure was working with Dennis during the making of our kitchen countertops. He was reliable, timely and responsable through out the whole project. We highly recommend their service. Thank you Dennis and your company for a superb service

Red Diamond did a fantastic job with the cut/install on our kitchen marble countertops. Built nearly 100 years ago, none of the walls in our house are plumb so we had some funky corners to navigate and the install turned out beautifully! Of all the contractors we hired, they were one of the most responsive and quick to schedule. Dennis answered all my questions and accommodated some unexpected changes from us. We are very happy!

We cannot be happier with the renovation that Red Diamond did for our kitchen. Their patience and great work ethic was greatly appreciated. Our family would highly recommend them for any kitchen countertops/cabinets needs!

Feeling fortunate that a Red Diamond truck pulled up next to me at a traffic light when I happened to be struggling to find an installer!! I had had quite a few contractors bid my kitchen granite/tile job and was frankly blown away by the numbers that we're coming back. I'd shown the bids to a contractor friend who recommended that I continue looking because they were bidding excessively high. When Dennis showed up I was put immediately at ease. He was professional and spoke to me about the project in a manner that was easy to understand. His quote was substantially less than what the other companies were quoting and because of that I was able to upgrade to custom granite instead of settling for prefab. Dennis even let me pop over to his fabrication studio so I could document my remodel process. And the project was completed in a timely manner. I also really liked how involved he was with the project as a whole, even traipsing around town to different granite suppliers with me so I could find the perfect slabs and unfortunately for Dennis and his team I settled on a variety that is a little more difficult to work with durning the fabrication process. It was incredibly refreshing to work with a contractor who takes such pride in his work and I can't wait to work with Dennis and his crew for future projects around my home!!

I would highly recommend Red Diamond to my friends. The owner Dennis supervised the job and added his expertise where needed. The Taj Mahal quartzite installation went in beautifully without a hitch and the tile work by Erik was wonderful. He was thoughtful about the layout of our unusual marble mosaic above the range and was both precise and skillful at his work. We are so delighted with the result!

Dennis came and saved our kitchen, bathroom and hall countertops. Plus made sure we had our backsplash and fireplace tile done beautifully. He is absolutely the best priced company we had and great work. Had a little hiccup, but came back and fixed the problem the same day ( speaks volumes about quality, dependability and work ethics). Would definitely rehire and recommend to friends and family. We can't thank him and his employees enough.

Had to change it up and go with the leathered quartz in the master bedroom

The initial consult was professionally conducted, and we were happy to sign right then and there to get things moving. Everything, start to finish, went like clockwork. Communication was good, cleanliness was maintained from demo to last touches, and the employees were top of the line in their professionalism. We had Aleksei Alaev do the construction and installation work and he was just the best. Handled everything really well, and his work is top shelf. Clean lines everywhere, nothing rushed or half-done. Highly recommend anyone thinking of a bathroom remodel - call Rose! Edited to add photograph and also add that we did the painting ourselves, after Rose's team were done. So any imperfections in the paint are on us! LOL PS: We call this room the Bath Cave because it was built into one part of a framed in porch on our very old (1890) house. The window is just for light and will be covered with a privacy film too.

Would not recommend Rose Remodeling - we met with this company at the Home show and set up an appointment- the sales rep (Eric) came out on the 4th in the evening, took measurements, we went over what we wanted and he said he would get us an estimate - haven't heard a peep - don't waste your time as they will waste yours and not communicate - he also kept saying "this is going to be expensive" without even knowing our budget. My husband was concerned that the sales guy didnt act like he knew what he was doing when talking through what we wanted, measuring - then we sat our our table for 15 minutes while he scrolled home depot site showing us shower heads -- I told him he could just send us something as I was losing patience -- so he said he would send us an estimate and left - that was 10 days ago - not an email saying working on it, not a can't do it -- nothing. I appreciate small businesses and want to support them but not to my time and expense. I also understand (from my past experince being a home show participant) that there may be an influx of sales calls, etc..however that is not an excuse for zero communcations after an inperson sales meeting. Poor leadership, sales and attention to detail which unfortunately for the team doing the work could cause more problems. Recommend to owners to be honest - if your sales team doesn't want to do the work or can't - just say so - don't say you're going to do something and never deliver!!! Also, why waste your money at the home show if this is how your sales team operates? If they don't communicate before the project, imagine the lack of communication during the project!!! RED FLAGS! I'm leaving two stars as the sales rep did provide a good picture of work Rose has done in the past that now I can use to show other companies what I want.

I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, my wife and I thought well maybe we changed our mind as the cost came in higher with the footing work. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things. So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!
