I love Chinese food and haven't found one around my work until today. Looks like this place has been around awhile, has old school decor. Had the lunch special Kung pao 3 delight. Came with Soup, egg roll, and rice. White or brown. I heard other ask to substitute for noodles, may try that next time. The portions were fair to above average for lunch special. I did eat the entire thing but was full. Fresh and delicious, could have had a little more heat to the spice of Kung pao. I will be back to try other items. I ordered beef w/bell pepper. The bell pepper had a bit of a sour taste. But I kept eating my dish. Never said anything to the waiter , Juan. Until I noticed pieces of bell pepper had rotten spots on them. I pointed this out to the waiter - and he just stared at me... no words.. no apologies... I asked him if he understood me.. he nodded his head, yes. He walked away with no concern or no reply. He passed me again, I asked him again if he understood as perhaps someone could get sick. He says he understood. And said "go talk to the manager ". He walked away . I had to walk my plate to the manager to relay my concern about the food. Plus I told him how rude the waiter was. I love Red China Bistro!! I usually order delivery once or twice a month and always enjoy my food. Today I stopped in for lunch and had the sizzling rice soup and pan fried dumplings. Both were super fresh and flavorful. The sauce for the dumplings has just enough heat and sweet! The restaurant is clean and bright with plenty of room in their booths. I know this place can be touch and go sometimes but I genuinely like their food. It's a step up from typically quick Chinese food. It has more flavor and quality behind it that makes me crave it! This past visit for dinner was no different. We walked in and got sat within 5 mins. Once seated we were attended too just as quickly. The owner was as always friendly, nice and super kind while taking our order. Food came out, hot fresh and great quality. Nothing was lacking flavor! My family and I have been visiting Red Ginger for the past few years and have dubbed it the best Chinese food in Corona! Inside there is a full bar, casual dining, and a family dining room with lazy-Susan tables. We always opt in for the lazy-Susan and order our meals family style, where each individual orders an entree and we all share. This always works out great since we each get to try a bit of everything! My go-to items are the Sesame Chicken, Broccoli and Beef, and Mushroom Chicken. Red Ginger also makes delicious Fried Wontons and Egg Flower soup! The best part of Red Ginger is the delivery! It's great to have an in-home option that isn't pizza, and doesn't have to be ordered through the hassle (or cost) of third party delivery sites. We decided to cater our Christmas Eve dinner with dishes from Red Ginger, for a group of 15! I'm so glad we went this direction since hosting was stress free with zero cooking and our food was delivered within an hour of ordering. When we received our order we were missing two portions of the Candied Shrimp. Luckily after a quick phone call, their manager showed great customer service and offered us a voucher for a future visit. read more

I've been going there for a long time and I'm not going back. The food used to be consistently good and tasty, but. It so much any more. Today we ordered the lunch specials, which, according to the menu, come with your choice of soup, salad or egg rolls. We know the soup is no longer offered with lunch, so we ordered salads because their egg rolls suck. Guess what? We were given egg rolls because the tangerine salad is no longer offered. We did order two servings of soup from the full-price menu and requested crunchy noodles to go with them, and we didn't get any of those. The entrees were ok, but a small amount of the entree with a huge portion of rice. So two small portions of entree, two giant mounds of rice, two servings of soup and two of the world's lousiest egg rolls for almost $30. I've given this place many chances based on the good service and good quality of food we experienced in the past, but those are days gone by. See ya, Tom! I've never dined inside, but they also offered cash delivery if you call the restaurant directly, which is cool since not many places do that, I've also gone to pick up my order and it's usually not very busy whenever I go inside but they do have booths and tables and it's clean inside and there's always the same nice old man helping everyone out my favorite thing to order is the chow fun and the general chow chicken. read more

The "very spicy" orange chicken was a joke. Not spicy and the pieces were way too small. The flavor was mediocre. Beef and broccoli also had a weird flavor. The egg rolls left a lot to be desired. C2. Kung Pao 3 Delight Let's start with this!! Ok so you know what's better than Kung poa? Kung poa with chicken beef and shrimp together! It was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Veggies tasted fresh still had a nice crunch to them! 62. Shrimp with Szechuan Garlic Sauce This was something we have never tired before at any restaurant so I don't have much to compare it to but the shrimp was cooked perfectly, not chewy and it was cleaned!! It wasn't really spicy. I have heard that Szechuan is a bit spicy but there was little to no spice. Like I said never really had this anywhere else so take my take on this with a gain of salt. But it did have good flavor 45. Mongolian Beef Ok this really was my favorite entree we picked!! So so so much flavor!! It had a chard taste with fresh veggies!! Great sauce to complete the whole dish! This place isn't too far from where I live so when ever I get a hanker for some Mongolian beef I am coming straight here!! 105. Vegetable Lo Mein Lo Mein is like your classic one but the noodles in my opinion where light and not greasy at all. They had great flavor fresh bok choy among other veggies but I do love me some cooked bok choy! I would recommend this especially if you are a noodle person. C1. Twinkle Walnut Shrimp This is there sweet walnut shrimp. Ok so I love me some good walnut shrimp but this one really surpasses my expectations. I have had this plenty of times at different Chinese restaurants and this one honestly is the best I have had, just for the simple fact that it isn't too sweet. It wasn't as crunchy but I also believe it was because I got it to go! So might have sweat a bit in the container and cause it to get a little soggy but still had a slight crunch. I am sure dine in!!! Could have more of a crunch! And be that much better 35. Orange Peel Chicken Lastly the classic orange chicken, same thing happen to the orange chicken, I feel like a got a bit soggy from being in the container but it was good!! It's very very difficult to understand the guy that answers the phone. And unfortunately they are giving much less Chicken in every chicken and charging more. Food was just So so, called in the order was told it would be 40 minutes. Waited out in my truck was told I would be contacted as soon as it was done. I noticed there was a bag full of stuff on the counter. Waited another 10 minutes finally went inside and it was sitting on the counter, took it home, opened it up because it was sitting on the counter for so long, and hadn't been told it was ready. It was only warm and not hot. When I got home, I ordered Mushu pork burritos the tortillas we're all stuck together, and they went very light on the plum sauce, otherwise everything else was pretty good. The menu was 90% English so my mom & dad had low expectations like how e think of Taco Bell compared to a Mexican grill.
