I had a plastic ceiling electrical box that was cracked, and I wanted to replace it with one suitable for a ceiling fan. Red Line came out and provided a reasonable estimate. They also performed the work right there. It seemed like the structure of the building created a bit of complexity for the electrician (i-joists rather than solid lumber, plus the ceiling drywall was almost double the thickness one would expect). The electrician completed the work, cleaned up, then educated me (with photos) about what he had encountered. We had a requirement to install 200-240V 30A outlets in a commercial condo. Jessica was very responsive in communications, and Igor stopped by to give a detailed and reasonable quote. During the work day Igor arrived on time. Initially there was an issue to open the electrical panel, but Igor visited the building's electric room and figured out a way to open it. He started to work on it immediately. I think he is very experienced and pays attention to the details. He wired carefully to minimize the damage to the walls and ceilings. He also scheduled the city inspection in the afternoon so everything was completed in the same day. We are very pleased with the work quality and communication from Red Line Electronic. I got 5 electricians to come out and bid for upgrading my old 125amp panel to a new 200amp panel. Igor came out and did a very thorough inspection of the job and educated me about what was needed, what the job would entail, and his recommendation. He clearly knew his stuff and gave me a ton of advice on other electrical questions that I had. His bid was competitive, but not the lowest or highest - I feel it was very fair seeing all the effort put into the job. I selected him and they got the job scheduled and did a good job of communicating all along the process. They coordinated the proper inspections and the inspector said that Igor had done a really good job and passed inspection with no problem. On the day of final install Igor worked all day and was very communicative with what would happen. Igor initially came out in response to our needing a quote for upgrading our electrical panel in order to utilize a full-home generator for power outages (which are far too many near Dash Point St. Park & the incompetency of PSE doesn't help). Simple, right? Wrong. Igor gave us a veritable schooling on a lot of things we should have known, but didn't. Knowledgeable, professional & efficient, he made our decision on whom to choose for an electrician easy to make. While we were at it, we decided to have him replace & install five different lighting systems in the house. Everything went according to plan & in a day & a half it was done, everything worked perfectly & he instructed us on how to use the interlock system to make use of the generator. We will have him back out in '23 to redo the entire jury-rigged garage lighting mess that the previous owner installed & install more lights in the house. I hired Redline Electric Services based on their positive Yelp reviews, their work did not disappoint. Our house is over 30 years old and had some electrical issues. Igor was very thorough and took his time to explain what needed to be done, and why. We had a GFI outlet that was occasionally tripping. He explained what he thought was the root cause of the problem and gave his recommendation. He also replaced a standard outlet in our laundry room that was currently not a GFCI outlet or per code, and another standard outlet in our powder room. Our current outdoor outlet was fitted with one designed for indoor use only, so Igor replaced it with an appropriate one. He also replaced a hallway ceiling "hard wired" smoke alarm.
