In Green Bay for work. I've been looking for some good seafood in the area for about a month. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. Had a good time here with a free $50 gift card. We couldn't decide what to get so we split the ultimate feast and the surf and turf 50/50 so we had the best of both worlds. Nothing crazy amazing or fancy. Just what you'd expect. Lobster, shrimp, crab legs, sirloin steak and stuffed lobster. I did like their green beans with mushrooms a lot and the steak was cooked to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the battered shrimp but we both enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Worst meal BOTH my husband and I have had in years. The tea water was tepid, and at $2.50 for one tea bag it was expected to stretch for 2 cups of luke warm water. Then the green beans that came with the meal were inedible. I mean your teeth couldn't bite through the bean leather, and this was for both our meals, so it wasn't a fluke. They were totally dehydrated. The waitress did replace the beans with broccoli, get this...it was covered in red pepper flakes. It burned my husbands mouth, and I could only down one small piece. What did the manager say about this....."next time order your broccoli without the seasoning". Heavy spicy seasoning covers old produce, that is no secret. You lost two customers, forever. Not a seafood fan to begin with but reluctantly went for a birthday celebration. It wasn't as bad as I had imagined it would be. We had no wait on a weekday and arrived around 5:00. The staff was very good. The dining area was clean and seating was spacious. Ordered a shrimp pizza as an appetizer and it was really quite good. I had the fish and chips (just to be on the safe side). Aside from the fries being a bit soggy, that too was surprisingly good. Their tartar sauce is a bit more on the bitter side than what we are used to in northern Wisconsin, but not all that bad. Didn't hear any complaints from anyone else on their meals. Looks like shrimp and lobster are the most popular. Will return and expand my seafood horizons. read more

This use to be one of our favorite restaurants in Green Bay but however the last few times we have dined in the service has been horrible. We arrived just at opening for lunch service this last visit and was one of the first customers to be waited on... As other diners started to flutter in and they were waited on I noticed that even some of them were receiving their soups and salads before we had even gotten our drinks!!!! We had a 6pm reservation via OpenTable at the Green Bay, Wisconsin location. We arrived early at 5:40 and let her know we had an OpenTable reservation but were early. She checked us in and told us we had 16 people ahead of us, and it would be about 20 minutes. We waited, waited, waited... got to listen to the hostesses gossip about other employees and talk about how the manager doesn't know what he's doing. Finally at about 6:18 I asked how many more tables were ahead of us. I was told 14. I told her that was impossible because I'd been waiting almost 40 minutes with a reservation and was told 16 tables when we had checked in. Apparently the woman that checked us in, failed to do so correctly and we were thrown in the hopper of names of everyone else walking in. She did this to us and two other couples with Open Table reservations for 6pm. Another hostess realized, yelled at the original hostess and then another hostess sent me a text saying the table was ready. They sat two more tables before us, even after showing my text. By the time we sat down, we were annoyed. Quite frankly if we didn't have a gift card to use we would have walked out. The food was ok. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The drinks were awful! Way too much margarita mix and salt- ugh! Couldn't even finish it. I don't need to go back to Red Lobster anytime soon. read more

I was visiting my elderly parents. I haven't been here in years. We came around 11:30am on a Sunday. The hostess was helpful and patient placing us at a table to work with my mom's walker. We have been to this Red Lobster in Green bay at least a dozen times. But the last time was 2 years ago. The service was good.Food was garbage. Steaks the size of a burger and you could only taste the pepper on it. Then a side order( sounds like KFC) Green beans a full can with way to much salt on them. No potato unless you wanted another side order. Never in my 54 years of living that some kind of potato was on the plate when ordered. The food is so far off the chart as far as a rating. I drove from over a hour away to eat here. I will never do that again. The wait staff was wonderful and prompt; however the food was highly disappointing. Portion sizes have decreased drastically and our food was not worth the $60 bill. Sad shame such a reputable place had declined so drastically in a short period of time. "Oh yeah! RED LOBSTER!" Two things you have to remember are 1- this is Red Lobster we are talking about, and 2- this is Northeast Wisconsin. That being said, the Red Lobster in Green Bay (well actually Ashwaubenon), is one of the nicest Red Lobsters you'll find. The wait staff are outstanding, friendly and efficient. The food is good, and in the 16+ years we've been going here I don't think we've ever had a bad meal. On weekends the wait can get a bit long, but I guess that speaks to the restaurants popularity. I do wish that perch was a fish option, but being that Red Lobster is a national chain, and perch is a bit of a local Wisconsin thing, I suppose that won't happen. When my wife was pregnant with our first son, she really craved Red Lobster. We joke that at birth, 2/3 of his body weight was made up of shrimp Alfredo! read more

We went and gave red lobster a second chance which was a mistake. The waitress was really good but again the food was disappointing. Our potatoes were cold and the clam strips over cooked. The time before this we ordered crab legs and they came out cold and they had green stuff coming out of the shells. Will not come back!!! read more

I LOVE SEAFOOD!!!! It is what I crave!! I have had a gastric by pass surgery, but I can tolerate eating here because of how they prepare the seafood.. Baked, boiled, or steamed!! It also helps that this place has some pretty good waiters, waitress they guy I had understood why I was changing some of my order around.. I can't do fried anything very well ( makes me sick).. When he brought me my food he added now if for some reason you don't like how something tastes let me know we'll fix something new for you.. Nice staff, decent atmosphere. Food is nasty! Wow, I'm so appalled that such a place exist. Salty pasta, and pretty much everything else. I did enjoy the biscuits though. This is not premium food like they claim, and surely doesn't warrant the high price tag. For a seafood place they really don't know how to cook seafood, nor do they know how to achieve freshness. I went here with friends. We came early...4:45 on a weekend and got right in. I thought the prices were high but I don't do this very often so was glad. We all ordered and had salads which were okay, nothing fancy just normal. They didn't have any biscuits done so we had to wait but the server was great. Remember anything I say isn't reflective of the server. It was crabfest time. I ordered their surf and turf. It had a peppercorn sirloin with hollandais sauce, blue crab cakes, mashed potatoes and a side. I chose the baked potato...admit I didn't read the part about mashed potatoes. Food came fairly fast. Steak was cooked well. The sauce with the crab cakes was spicy and good. So the problem...salt, salt, salt. I thought the biscuits were salty which surprised me. The steak and potatoes were way to salty. I am not on a low salt diet so I usually do not notice the salt. I thought the hollandais sauce was not good. It was supposed to have crab but I tasted salty shrimp. I didn't eat everything and took home a bit of each. The next day I heated it and gave a taste to our dog. He ate a few bites and immediately drank his water. Never happened before. I ate half the leftovers and had the same experience with salt. Ate the rest later and still the same salty issue. Probably will not go again unless they have a drink special. There was one appetizer I wanted to try so may do that. Ok so my hubby and I are on our date night, we check in and notice 5 people standing around up front by hostess stand! Tell me why you need 5 hosts?? We tell the main hostess that we would like the next available even if it is the bar. There is 45-50 min. We wait 40 min and notice people that came in after is being seated. First thing was I had a shrimp tail piece in my soda before we even got our food. We had ordered the endless shrimp, first round I had the shrimp Alfredo which was good besides the shrimp being tiny. I and got the breaded shrimp which were the best dish I had received this night. Next was scampi (just garlic shrimp in butter) and Parmesan peppercorn shrimp. Which was the same breaded shrimp with Parmesan dumped on it and peppercorn ranch dipping sauce. My fiancé ordered the Sriracha shrimp which 2 of the 5 were undercooked still grey! This Red Lobster ruined my wife's 30th birthday party! !!! First of all, they don't cater to large groups at all, and I got the impression they don't care. We were coming with a group of 20 people, some of whom were out of towners there for her birthday. I was told numerous times by Red Lobster that they don't do reservations, and that I'm suppose to call ahead and let them know the size, and have someone check in early. We were on a schedule since we had to be at a Wine & Canvas across town at 7:00pm for the second portion of her party. So I called from work at 3:30pm letting them know someone would be there at 4:30pm to check in, and we needed to be seated by 5:30pm in order to have enough time to eat and drive across town. Most restaurants would be excited to have 20 people come in to order expensive seafood dishes, but not Red Lobster. We were told they couldn't promise anything and that I should call an hour beforehand to let them know (this was 2 hours before). I said no, I'm at work, and its 20 people, so I'm calling now. So my sister gets there at 4:30 to check in, and they wait as more from our group shows up. They showed no urgency to sit our group of 20, which had 2 cranky toddlers who were starving and wanted to eat. They didn't seat us until 6:10, and only after I kept hounding the Hostess about getting us seated (otherwise it would've taken longer). By the time they got around to taking our orders and the long wait on our meals, it was past the latest time we had to leave. I left Red Lobster at 6:55 which was right at the time they brought the entrees out. I DIDNT GET TO EVEN EAT DINNER!!!! I drove across town to keep the Wine & Canvas people there so they didn't close and leave thinking we weren't coming. My family stayed behind and had to shovel down their meals at record speed, not even being able to enjoy the food, so they could leave and keep our appt across town. Bottom line, if you're going there with a bigger group and/or you have other commitments later that night, DO NOT GO TO THIS RED LOBSTER. Their mindset is "Oh well, if you walk out, we'll just seat someone else". They want you to cater to their schedule, not the other way around. I won't be going back EVER! read more

There at least 3 times a month and love it! The service is always great. Everyone is friendly from the managers to the servers. Our food is served in a timely manner. We're tea drinkers, and our glasses are always replaced before we finish the first. No one ever seems perturbed when they have to pack up have our meals to go. My husband likes his catfish well blackenedand and as long as he remembers to ask for it that way it turns out great. I on the other hand like broiled flounder with extra lemon. Again, ask and you shall receive. Great place to go! read more

I'm giving this a 5 out of 5 star review because of the people (staff) of this Red Lobster. I was sitting a table across from an elderly gentleman taking out his wife to dinner. But this was no ordinary early bird couple going out for a Saturday night dinner. No, this gentleman was taking out his autistic wife. But this didn't mean anything to him or Red Lobster's staff. Their waitress was so polite right when she was leading them to their table. She helped her take off her coat, and settle into her chair. (This involved even pushing the chair in for her while she was in it!) It seemed like the couple were regulars, because the waitress knew them by name. Throughout my dinner with my father I couldn't stop from glancing over to their table. Every time I looked over I found the waitress talking to the gentleman, patting him on the shoulder ever time out of gratitude for what he does for his loved one. She even helped start up small conversations with his wife allowing her to join in on the dinner experience! It was amazing to see someone give so much care to this couple, even on a very busy Saturday night. The manager even came over and talked a good long conversation with the couple. I could see this made the elderly gentleman and his wife very happy since they probably don't get out too much. The 4 people in this story of mine has given me so much inspiration in giving back / helping those less fortunate. I really wanted to go over and pay for their dinner and thank them for the love that they taught me tonight. But because of my timidness and college budget I did neither. But that is why I am typing this review just a couple hours after my dinner. I want to thank the Red Lobster staff (especially the blonde hair waitress and the red shirt manager) and the couple for making my night. The outward care all three of them did for this one special girl makes me want to do the same in this new year. I started this year with no real New Year's resolutions. But thanks to my experience tonight at Red Lobster, I plan to find an Autistic family I can help this year. So would I recommend this Red Lobster? The answer is of course! I always enjoy going to red lobster, goof food, good prices. The only reason I gave the restaurant a 4 is the staff at times is very attentive, sometimes they are not for example sometimes they are by your table the whole time and some times you have to beg to get something. read more

scallops perfectly shaped like miniture marshmellows with the same consistancy when you bite into them. aka processed fake scallops. perfectly cut, dark green brocolli too salty and spicy to eat. overall, whatever was on the plate (food??) looked great but tasted terrible. we certainly will not be back. read more

Mary & I dined at Red Lobster off Lombardi Abe in Green Bay WI on April 17, 2016 and were very pleased with the service & flavor of food we selected. I had a delicious frozen marguerita that was very much like the delicious margueritas I have in Chicago. The waitress was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I ordered stuffed flounder and a 7oz sirloin which included roasted green beans and a house salad. The food was delicious but my steak was unusually tough for a sirloin cut. I however chewed on the steak and ate most of the it before I informed the waitress. She indicated she would have offered a different steak but I knew the wait for a new steak would have disrupted our dinner so I said nothing until she came to collect the dishes. I didn't expect any compensation I just thought it was something Red Lobster would like to know if the steak was tough. As a result of the info I provided, the manager talked to me, was very apologetic, and offered a reduction on my bill. His concern was genuine and I was very appreciative of the offer. Mary's meal of shrimp was delicious also and was problem free. We have been fans of Red Lobster for years and this experience further strengthened that bond. Thanks Red Lobster. So disappointed - my husband and I ate lunch there. We ordered off the menu selecting a create your own combination - choosing Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and Hand-Crafted Garlic Shrimp Scampi. When the meal came there was small a type of coconut shrimp but not the Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. I asked the waitress about it and she told me it was another type of coconut shrimp!! It tasted very spicy - waitress said sometimes it gets that way when a spice is added. The rest of the meal was fine but I was really looking forward to the Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. Not for children! Food at Red Lobster is what it is. Micro-waved and all. However, don't go there if you have children that need high-chairs. We made reservations, arrived early, and then waited 40 minutes without getting seated. The place was not busy and the bar area and many tables were empty. People coming in after us were getting seated within a few minutes. We watched more then a dozen people come in and get seated. The hostess said "because we had children with us we needed special seating." After 40 minutes we finally left and they were GLAD to see us leave! After a few words, the manager stepped out and insulted us. The food was o.k. but the service from our server was terrible, she left us sitting for too long taking care of others and forgot about us. When we went to pay our bill I had 2 gift cards one had $50.00 on it and one had $25.00 on it I made a mistake and thinking they were both $25 put both cards in the bill folder that you pay with and also left her an extra large amount for a tip. When I finally realized my mistake we were on the road a ways, but went back to get my other card because the bill was only $47.00 and I gave her $80.00 with both cards plus tip so they lied when we went back to get our card and said both cards had only $25.00 on them so I couldn't do anything at that point it was my word against there's, but I was hoping they would of been honest about it and they were not! so buyers beware of dishonest people that work there both wait staff and managers lied right to our face too late now for me but I will never go back there as long as I live this is terrible business and they lie and I was tired from shopping all day that I forgot the amount on cards and they took advantage of me and I will never forget this Terrible experience as long as I shall live!!
