Love Love love this place for sure.... Food is always on point. My favorite is the lobster pizza, sweet chili shrimp and ultimate feast.

Huh probably won't go back the server was great but the food not so much for what they charge If I want seafood I'll stick to bonefish.

This is the closest Red Lobster to us so when we want to have the shrimp Alfredo Linguine this is the place we will show up to. Unless we are somewhere far and there's another one close by lol. Those warm rolls with a Caesar salad is just perfect for me. But I do like to order the Alfredo linguine because I load that up with their tapatio sauce!! Went for dinner on 9/10/16. Server was nice, but ill-prepared and slower than frozen molasses. Ordered drinks, which seemed to take about half a decade to appear. Even ordering a Coke took 15 minutes, and had to ask for it twice. Everything except the salads seemed to be made with a pound of salt, including the inedible biscuits. Never again. read more

This is a safe seafood choice because their meals are all consistently good. I ate here with 2 others and we all enjoyed our meal. I had the 4 course feast with shrimp and scallop Alfredo. It was delicious, as was the rest of the meal. read more

I'm not American , I'm not European too but, i always thought that European cuisine was better than American cuisine. that's was my opinion before I discovered Red Lobster. I remember one day, i was so hungry and my friend proposed me to go eat at Red lobster I wondered why he recommended me this restaurant. i was curious to see Red Lobster so, I decided to go there plus, it is located near of my house. First of all, I really appreciated the cadre because, everything was very clean.The service was very fast , helpful, and friendly.When I ordered my food 25 minutes after, everything was ready.i really appreciate the food because it was fresh.In addition, they make their own cocktail and trust me it is scrumptious. Everything was like I wanted. Red Lobster has change my mind about American food now , I know that if you want to eat delicious food you have to choose the right place "Red Lobster". Now I 'm still like European food but, I,m not think anymore that European food is better than American food.The all I can say is you must go to Red Lobster it is a nice place. read more

I think it's more like 2 1/2 stars, but I'm not willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The pros: Our server, Diana, was a gem. She took great care of us, made us laugh, and was attentive. We were served promptly, too, so that's a pro. The cons: We were served promptly. How, may you ask, can this be a pro and a con? Well, when food comes out too quickly, it makes you think that it was prepared ahead of time and nuked. That's kind of what I think happened here. My mom and I both ordered the ultimate platter, and the crab legs came out SUPER dry. They were like dehydrated dry. That's not normal for something that should have just come out of a bath of boiling water or a steamer. That was not a good thing. Our server was quick to get them replaced and informed the manager about it, but all we were given was a weak apology and a come back some time. Yeah, you can wait for that to happen, but you'll be disappointed. Another con: the place smelled like one too many drinks had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned up. Before today, it had been a long time since I've been to Red Lobster. Now I remember why and I won't be quick to return. read more

Tonight was so crazy with the server that could not fill a water glass or my coke. Endless shrimp but only got 1 more round before I was done. She was all over the place and wanted to tell me that I wasn't clear on what I ordered. Then got the check when I ordered the appetizer I said we want to order the 2 for 8.79. She charged us for 2 full appetizers. Went to talk to manager when server came up to me and said can I help I said no waiting for your manager when she said you can talk to me. I told her to get away from me. However the manager refused to let me pay for what we ordered I just wanted it corrected. Not only did the manager listen to me she is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure to talk too. Thank you for the kind words and thank you for just listening to me. We went to this location for my birthday. Being a little skeptical of going to a Red Lobster (chain restaurant) I wasn't sure what to think/expect. That being said I was exceptionally surprised with my experience. The drinks were good, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding! We both had menu items off the lobster fest menu and it was plentiful and reasonably priced. Our waiter Nathan was superb. Very welcoming and attentive as well as giving good suggestions. Loved the Washington apple shots he recommended. Food and drinks came out fast and we had an overall very enjoyable experience. Definitely will come back to this location. I really like this Red Lobster on Alameda and Havana. It's moderately priced, the wait staff is outstanding, and the place is always clean. My food is consistently hot and tastey, and I go there often enough that they know my name. I typically dine there for lunch and am most often alone, but they still treat me with respect and seat me anywhere that I want to sit. Many other restaurants don't appreciate people dining alone and stick them in a corner. But this restaurant is outstanding. I realize not everyone thinks a Red Lobster is the greatest, but I will tell you that it's good food for a low to moderate price, based on today's restaurant prices! We didn't even stay long enough to eat our food, we had already ordered but told them to cancel our entire order so we could leave. We were there celebrating my mom's birthday and the first thing we noticed was a hair in my wrapped silverware as well as spots on the silverware which are things I can ignore. What I could not ignore was the fact that it took 20 minutes for a martini and a mojito to come out, I'd just like to say it was not busy at this time as it was 4 pm before the dinner rush. The martini was ordered up (no ice) and had a huge ice cube in it. When we asked for it to be corrected, the waitress took it and returned in about 2 minutes stating it was "fixed" not that the bartender had made a new one. We knew it was the same because it also had an insane amount of olive juice in it to the point where the martini was cloudy. We didn't order a dirty martini. Anyways, we were disappointed enough we decided not to spend our hard earned money here so we left. read more

My fiancé and I eat out a lot and enjoy the food at red lobster however, when we typically go the service falls short whether it be us not getting biscuits to empty drinks etc. I'll tell you what tonight was a different story. Diana was the best server we have EVER had period. She made us feel like we were regulars; anticipating every need we had. I thought she was psychic at one point! Drinks full, extra sauces, attentive; The timing of the courses was on point spaced perfectly for us to enjoy each others company. Diana has it all and red lobster is so very lucky to have an employee like her. To be fully honest I would have left my meal happy if I were served a pair of gym shoes! That was not the case food came out hot, fresh and delicious. Ordered the three lobster tacos for $12.99. The tacos were small, each one held 3 small/sliver of lobster....less than you would find in a claw. There was a small amount of sauce which was too spicy for lobster. The tacos were ordinary in every way...a level slightly higher than Taco Bell. Skip this dish. read more

red lobster in aurora is hands down the worst restaurant ive been to of all time. i actually worked here for a short period of time, training was HORRIBLE, staff was very rude and impatient. also, everything was dirty and unorganized. i want to stress to others not to come here because the staff does not care about the customer experience. read more
