What can I say? This has always been me and my son's favorite restaurant for their food and their drinks and this location was no exception. This is a great location with lots of parking. It was a very nice atmosphere in red lobster. We had a great customer service and delicious fresh food. The waitress was very polite and patient with us as we were deciding on what to order. we got the big plates of salmon, lobster, shrimps, extra bowl of crab legs, broccoli, white rice etc. The food was very satisfying. I can't say that price wise it was the best option but for what we've got in terms if service and taste was fine. I think you could find more less expensive places like this with same quality food but still I would put 5 stars. read more

Every time we come here, both the food and the service are superb. Tonight, the coconut shrimp was pure heaven! The flounder and salmon was excellent. The mashed potatoes were a little dry, though. I've been to Red Lobster a few times at this Aurora location and each time went just fine. The prices are okay for being a chain restaurant, and can get higher quality seafood elsewhere. But this is a convenient location and I always enjoy whatever meal I get. I usually get a shrimp meal which didn't differ this time around as well. I love the mash potatoes and who doesn't love those biscuits!? My hubby and kiddo joined me as well and for the life of me I cannot remember what the meal the hubby got was called but It had shrimp, crab, mussels or oysters ( I can never remember) and a pasta. He enjoyed it all and kiddo had mac and cheese as usual. we will be back I'm sure, but its usually a big time lapse in between visits. If you can survive the poorly run Host situation, you might get to enjoy some decent food. The service here is repeatedly poor, especially in the lobby. Red Lobster advertises a waitlist online, yet the host has a piece of receipt paper and a crayon to make it happen. I was told "there wasn't enough silverware so I need to go roll some" and "we weren't expecting to be so busy" as I sat with 3 other small parties (2-4 people) for over 25 minutes. A manager walked by repeatedly saying nothing, and ignoring the guests who waited patiently. Once seated, we noticed many open tables, and a restaurant maybe a 1/3 full. Thankfully our server was prompt and very accommodating. Another visit (back for the food), two girls at the host stand were bickering and giggling as we approached, and when we asked for a wait time, they quoted 30-35 minutes. We asked the other guests in the lobby (looked like only two waiting parties) how long they'd been there, and they replied "about 25 minutes, but we were told it was a 10-15 minute wait." We headed next door to Olive Garden where we were greeted and seated promptly. Excellent service and excellent food. Hoping Red Lobster can get it together! read more

Visited afternoon of Jan. 23, 2022. As soon as we walked into the lobby it was empty. However within 2 seconds the bartender walked over to us from the bar, greeted us and made us feel welcome. The bartender walked us over to a comfy booth at the bar. Our server I believe his name was Mike. He was great, cordial and a great listener. Our drinks were served quickly as well as appetizers and entrees. The food was delicious. We had made special requests for our meals such as extra parmesan for our salad and extra alfredo for our pasta. We got everything we requested, nothing was missing. Terrible. Red lobster contracts with Door Dash for their delivery. We were SO excited to take advantage of this service as my 93 year old mother loves Red Lobster and has been unable to leave her home to go there. We ordered three entrees, only two arrived. I contacted Red Lobster and they said to call Door Dash, once they hand the food over it's no longer their responsibility. What? I'm sitting here with a Red Lobster bag in front of me, 2 entrees of their food, now going cold, and they tell me it's not their concern? Call Door Dash they said. We spent in excess of $100 at Red Lobster and frankly they could care less. Door Dash sucks big time. A terrible service with zero accountability, but Red Lobster contracted with them. I'm contacting corporate Red Lobster tomorrow to file a complaint. Been to this location two times the last time I was here was on a Monday night. It wasn't too busy. It was the crab festival. I have noticed that the prices went up by a couple of dollars on everything! The food still tastes average but what do you expect we live in Colorado where the closest ocean is over a 1000 miles away. Anyways I got the sea side shrimp trio and it was delicious. This place was much busier than I expected it to be when I came on a Saturday @ 5PM. The interior was fancier than I expected it to be so I can imagine that this would be an OK date spot. I ordered take out which was ready for me in 20-30 minutes. They don't let you order until you're ready to pick it up in 20-30 minutes. What I didn't like was how you have to pick up your order @ the bar area and wrestle a bit for a spot at the bar to get someone's attention. It was also awkward because there were people enjoying their meals @ the bar and there I was squeezing in between seats to get a bartender's attention so I could pick up my to go order. They should have an accessible to go window that doesn't interfere with customers at the bar. I ordered coconut shrimp, cajun chicken fettucine and a side salad. The pasta tasted great but the chicken was on the dry side. The salad was standard & came with a variety of dressing options like thousand island and red wine vinaigrette. Every order comes with cheesy bread rolls which are served hot. The coconut shrimp were delicious and reminded me of the ones they serve @ the Rain Forest Cafe. I absolutely loved the coconut shaving coating on the outside and love how the shrimps are butterflied. It comes with a creamy pineapple sauce that I didn't care for. The breading on the shrimp is already sweet so I didn't like dipping it into a sauce that was even sweeter. read more

Servers are friendly and enthusiastic, but even with a large restaurant and big parking lot, there always seems to be a wait of 10-15 minutes at this location. It's odd, really. So do yourself a favor when gorging on those really good cheddar biscuits and get something lighter and healthier for your entree. Usually like Red Lobster, went for all you can eat shrimp on this day with friends. No wait, waitress, Olga, was fantastic, very attentive! I was not impressed with the food though, shrimp fettuccini was flavorless and shrimp under cooked, the grilled teriyaki shrimp was overcooked, the shrimp scampi was overcooked, but the siracha honey shrimp was amazing and so was the fried shrimp. Shrimp Fest requires at least one trip to Red Lobster. The service was exceptional -- better than many high end restaurants I've been to in the past year. Our waitress on the first visit was Shannon, who refilled my shrimp and iced tea at least 10 occasions. My drink was never empty and she kept a smile on my face. It was a great experience. I have been back tonthe same Red Lobster eight times in the past three weeks. Each visit has had a different waitress, but an equally enjoyable experience. My crab was no way near 1.5 lbs. and the last bit was over cook itself. It was so cold in the restaurant that I didn't finish my crab. My potato was burnt. I mean what else can I say. My opinion of the food is as stated before NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. I thought about complaining about it but I know that it was freezing and I didn't want to wait for them to fix it. Smh. Went to lobster fest had the bar harbor meal... Which contained maine lobster tail..lobster shrimp alfredo bake and a grilled shrimp scewer. It also came with brocoli and roasted red potatoes. I had salad with blue cheese dressing and it came with of course the biscuts. My husband had ghe clam chowder and it was tastey. The lobster and shrimp were cooked nicely not over cooked. Yes, they have added broiled and grilled, fish, and it is as good as many of I have tasted in very upscale and more expensive places. I have had the salmon, halibut and tilapia a number of healthy ways and they were all yummy. Cole slaw is crisp and not overdrenched. Their cheese biscuits are to some people, addictive....I was pleasantly surprised with the revival of this kind of place. The price is a bit high for what you get, especially when we there are better options in the area for the same or lower price. Food is probably a 3-star with regards to price. For one, the entrance is inconvenient. They've constructed it to serve as a drive-up, drop-off to mimic a high quality restaurant. But, it falls short. The parking lot needed to have to ice and snow cleared off. We had to detour to avoid a large frozen puddle. Exterior gets only 2 stars. Interior atmosphere needs a revamp, too. The dining areas are SO DARK. I felt like I could fall asleep, or was in a dungeon of sorts. Maybe they keep it so dark so that we can't see how dirty the place is. 2 stars for the interior atmosphere. We decided to celebrate my birthday at this location. Best decision we ever made! We arrived in the middle of the dinner rush, but we were quickly seated. Carla, our waitress, was super nice and very energetic. She offered refills without having to be asked and apologized for the minor wait in between courses. The manager of the restaurant even came over during our meal to ask us how we were enjoying ourselves. Excellent customer service! The food was also amazing. We splurged and ordered the lobster-spinach dip as an appetizer. The plate was kind of expensive considering the small portion, but very delicious. We savored every bite! We ordered the ultimate feast and lobster linguine for our entrees and were impressed by how everything was cooked to perfection. Not a rubbery shellfish in sight! We opted to take the leftovers home and feasted on the trio sampler for dessert. By far the best brownie I've ever had! Plus, we just couldn't go wrong with key lime pie and caramel cheesecake.
