We stopped in because it's been a while and we wanted to check out the shrimp and crab. From The time we walked through the door until we left we were greeted by all staff we encountered and they genuinely made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant including the bathrooms was super clean. Our waiter was also tending the bar which is where we sat and made sure all questions were answered and we never needed a refill on our drinks. I got the crab and it had to more than a pound - it was a LOT of crab and it was so good. It came with crispy potatoes and a side and i got the orzo rice. Husband got the coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi and fries and it was also really good. Cheddar bay biscuits are always a hit and it had me questioning why I haven't been here sooner. The food was good, but no biscuits until we were leaving! I expect my bread with my meal!!! Service was not great!

Met a friend for happy hour and decided to try one of the seafood boils. I'd asked another patron and she stated that it was just ok. I asked her why it was just ok for $50 and she stated that it lacked seasoning. I didn't see anything else on the menu that appealed to me so I went with the Mariner's seafood boil with Cajun butter and asked for more seasoning on the side. Let's just say that when my food arrived, it looked well seasoned but tasted like it was just steamed with no seasoning. I was given 2 cups of seasoning and pies it into the bag but still no taste. I ended up tasting the seasoning and it put me in the mind of Old bay seasoning which isn't at all what this native Louisianan would call Cajun seasoning. Overall, I'd return but only for appetizers and drinks because my Long Island was perfection!! read more

Did not have a good experience , My wife went with girlfriends about a month ago and said it was bad. I said lets try it again as i was craving them , well she was right . Our waitress Lillian said they were super busy , Did not see that ,as restaurant did not seem packed . However waited over an hour for food . She kept forgetting items and would say she would be right back , 15 minutes later she comes and said did u get it , no . ok will check again another 15 minutes . very frustrating. Everyone around us kept asking where is the food and they kept saying will go check now. one customer started watching a movie on her phone and when Lillian came by , the lady said where is the food my show is almost over. Restaurant seemed dingy and needs an update. I would not go back for a long time , New CEO needs to visit some of these places unannounced. I had the endless shrimp , but had to wait 20 to 25 minutes evrytime i wanted a refill . sat there for 2.5 hours and only had 1 extra scampi . I had the 6oz filet mignon, baked potato and seasoned broccoli. It was good just not great as I have had better at Longhorn Steak House and even Logan's Roadhouse recently. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all great, just wish the filet mignon would have been. The filet mignon was fork tender but the flavor was not that good. read more

We waited for service for 20 minutes and didn't see or hear from our waiter Thomas. Another table came in and got service right away. Everyone was just standing around doing nothing. The restaurant wasn't very busy for a Sunday at lunchtime. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was very upbeat and checked on our table regularly. My wife had the build your feast with crab legs, shrimp and lobster tail. I had the rainbow trout with garlic shrimp. All of our food was well done. They still offer large portions for the feast so my wife ended up bringing part of that home. read more

Took a LONG time to get our food and over priced. Took us a long time to go back, and it will be even longer before we go back again. My husband and I have been going to the Red Lobster in Burleson for a few years and it's always been a nice experience until last week. We went just after 11 so they weren't crowded at all. The food was good, but unfortunately the service was not. The waitress was not attentive at all. She got my husband's order wrong and when we pointed it out to her, she blamed it on the computer. However when the manager brought out the corrected meal, she said the waitress put in the wrong order. The waitress didn't come to check to see if he had gotten his order until after he had finished eating it. And she only checked because she said she didn't see his order sitting in the window. We asked for extra napkins and a refill of water, which were never brought. When we asked for the check, she said she would be right back, but ten minutes later she still hadn't brought it. She was busy talking to other customers and just walking around. Finally my husband hunted her down to ask for it again. Then another ten minutes later she finally brought it. She didn't wait for me to pay her, but went and started bussing other tables. There were also other issues with her service that I won't mention. Finally we just left the money on the table and walked out. I don't know if she was new or just didn't care about her customers. I came to Red Lobster to try the new crab boil bags. I waited to be seated for 10min no one greets me. I seat myself close to the bar. The waiter tells me he the bartender as well. He tells me the biscuits will be out in a minute. I got here at 7pm it's not busy at all, it's really dead. I didn't get the biscuits for an hour. I didn't get the drinks I order for about 20min. Im still sitting here waiting on my food and now it's 8:12pm. Ive been here for over an hour and still no food. They need to get it together, cause I don't know how Red Lobster will have a comeback with this poor service. read more

The food was just average. I had shrimp cocktail. I could have bought a bag of frozen shrimp and thawed and ate it. That is what it tasted like. Definitely not fresh.I had fried shrimp. I could have bought frozen breaded shrimp and put in air fryer and it would taste like this. I wanted good seafood not frozen. Service was ok. Our Bill was almost $60 so therefore a $12 dollar tip requested. It was not worth it for mediocre food. Atmosphere was ok. Not many people so it was kind of quiet, which was nice. Oh how the mighty have fallen. It's been a while since we've eaten at Red Lobster. Our favorite to order is the Walt's Fried Shrimp. It's different now. The breading and the spices have changed. Not nearly as good as it used to be, they've cut back the size of the order of shrimp, plus you only get one side now, not a side and a salad. I ordered the "loaded" baked potato. That was a joke. There was visible bacon on it, but no visible butter or sour cream. How is a "loaded" baked potato (that you pay extra for) dry??? The iced tea had no ice. The cheddar bay biscuits were still good, but that was the only thing. The service was iffy... the food disappointing. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I placed a pickup order for an admiral Feast & kids shrimp. It was horrible... I mean horrible. The kids shrimp was burnt, my oysters and fish fillets were burnt & OLD, my scallops were rubbery and OLD. I paid almost &50.00 for an "OLD" meal, when I could've gone to McDonalds and gotten a $5.00 fish fillet that would've been tastier. I don't know who's cooking but perhaps someone can get them a timer to let them know when the fish is precisely do done snd not overcooked and OLD!!! I am extremely disappointed in my meal. It had been a while since eating at Red Lobster and after tonight's experience, we doubt we'll ever be back. Service was not good at all, took about 5 minutes for our server to get our drink order, asked for lemons, never got them, didn't ask again, maybe she was busy because we hardly saw her. Never got any refills, never got checked on, while we waited on food or after it was delivered. Our food took over 30 minutes to come out! Ridiculous! We were ready to leave, but we had hungry children and we had waited long enough anyway. Perhaps, this is normal for them or our server really didn't care because there was no apology for the wait time. Food was not good, bland and tasteless. My husband had fish and chips, I had clam chowder, kids had chicken tenders, and mac and cheese, both with oranges as a side. The only decent tasting was our appetizer (which was brought out by someone else, not our server). There were probably 5 other tables, not a busy night. We wouldn't return or recommend. read more

We haven't been to Red Lobster in a while-usually avoid chain restaurants. However, our visit yesterday was really excellent! We both got shrimp your way-two different types each. I loved the coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi. And of course, the cheddar bay biscuits are still the best! Our waiter was very attentive and the manager was visible and helpful as well. Went in to red lobster this evening for the ultimate endless shrimp promotion and boy was I satisfied. Everything was cooked perfectly, there was a short wait, and service was amazing . I could tell our server Cooper had multiple tables but was still able to provide AMAZING customer service with a great attitude. A wonderful establishment with great food & great service! read more

Interesting but good experience at this location. Went here for a nice dinner with my husband, even though I'm allergic to shell fish. I want to thank our server for providing good service and for catching a mistake that was made in regards to my allergy. She was generous with the apologies and brought me a freshly cooked plate just in case mine had been cross contaminated. Thank goodness she recognized the error, alerted me, whisked my plate away before I could touch it, and made sure my next plate was fresh and free from possible contaminates. Thank for for saving me a trip to the ER! Not a romantic place to spend a Friday night! Our dinners were very good - I had the blackened tilapia and bay scallops, and my husband had the most beautiful lobster I have seen in a very long time, and it was cooked beautifully as well. It was almost worth risking anaphylactic shock to have just...one...bite...! (I mean, I had my epipen with me...). ;) We had oysters on the half shell to start, and they were amazing! My only complaint is my loaded baked potato was hard as a rock (undercooked) and I think they should've removed the upcharge at least for this error. Our server offered to bring another, but by this time, the out-of-this-world biscuits had already effectively blown up in my stomach! Anyway, check out the pictures of our dinner. First time coming here and unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I ordered the clam chowder while my wife ordered the surf and turf which was lobster and steak. My chowder was lukewarm, and I had to ask the waitress to warm it up, tell me why when she returned it was the same temperature? I honestly didn't want to ask again but luckily my wife asked instead and finally they brought up nice and hot. Later on, the waiter tells my wife that the fryer is down and that they had to replace her shrimp even though that's not what she ordered. Afterwards a different waiter returns and tells us that they can't make the Brussel sprouts because of the fryer so my wife decides on broccoli instead. I finally finished my dish, and my wife is still waiting for her order. We almost left because of the long wait but luckily, she got her food as we were packing up. Now I understand it's not the waitress's fault, but that kitchen needs to get it together. I do admit my chowder and my wife's dish was delicious, but I'm very reluctant to return here because of all that went wrong. read more

I love it here this location is quick to serve and go above and beyond to make sure that your dining is pleasurable. The food comes out quick It was nice to have the manager come over and make sure everything was going well and the food was good and everything was OK with our order. And even sit for a while and talk with us which was very nice and I will say that most managers just come by and it's like a routine and they're not really sincere but this manager went above and beyond she was great! read more

What an incredible lunch i had the other day at the Burleson location. Service was brisk and cordial, i was well taken care of during my visit. i was really impressed with my lunch entree, the shrimp tacos. i was greeted with a basket of Red Lobster's signature "Cheddar Bay Biscuits". Today, for some reason, they were more delicious than usual, very hot and buttery. As I mentioned, I decided on the 3 shrimp tacos for lunch. They come with a side of rice, but you can change your side. I decided on cole slaw. The shrimp taco were wonderful and packed full of shrimp and all sorts of other goodness. The dressing they used on the "slaw" in the tacos had the perfect spiciness to make each bite a delight. YUMMY! It was a perfect relaxing lunch. read more

We have not been to this Red Lobster for over 20 years ... and now I remember why. We came because my granddaughter wanted crab legs ... which were actually pretty good. We were seated for 20 minutes before anyone even came to ask about drinks. However, they were out of sparkling water as well as Cabernet. Our meals were unremarkable and came in pieces ... first the crab legs and entrees ... then the coleslaw ... and finally the tools for cracking the crab legs (10 minutes after the crab legs). Our server Tyree was very nice but we never did get refills on our water and everything just seemed to take a long time. Just before we left I heard him telling the table behind us that they were out of crab legs ... it's a seafood restaurant! We probably won't be back again. read more

I really like Red Lobster but the A team was not on duty tonight. Arrived an hour before closing. No one at front. The guest before me had tired of waiting and was trying to flag someone down with his cane. When the staff finally saw the gentleman he was very upset. I should have taken thus as a bad sign and left. When I was seated, it took 10 minutes to get the beer I had ordered with the meal, some excuse about restocking, um ok. Normally 3 biscuits are given but only 2 this time, ok. I ordered the CYO Ultimate feast. When my entree came, the kitchen had forgotten my second side order, the waitress had spilled sauce on my shrimp (thanks for the mess) and no butter for dipping for the lobster tail. I guess the mashed potatoes would have been good but apparently too much trouble. I would have told my waitress but she went to get biscuits and never came back. Sure could have enjoyed another beer with my meal but no waitress. When another waitress finally came around I was done and no I don't need another beer now, I could have used that 15 minutes ago along with my missing side etc. By this time I just want to get out of here. Came here this evening, it was so disappointing, biscuits were old , like as if they were cooked at noon and it's 7 pm at the moment, when the manager was brought to the table, he said biscuits were in the oven but will take 10 minutes for fresh ones . That I had a choice eat the old damn biscuits or wait 10 minutes and then snatched my basket of biscuits up ... and walked off , it is a high end restaurant, should not have to wait on biscuits... they should after so long throw out old and keep fresh cooking... my bill is $99.28 should be able to have fresh biscuits, lobster was way over cooked.. baked potato was hard ... not fluffy... oh well to each his own . Last experience at this Red Lobster went so well I went 30 miles out of my way to visit this property again. Before ordering I asked about a free food item I earned and a free birthday item. After asking Shari the manager on duty I was told only one free item per ticket. I asked if I could have the Coconut Shrimp wood grilled instead since my spouse hates coconut and is diabetic once again Shari shot me down. Luckily, my mom and sister shared my birthday with me and I was able to put the free item I had earned on their ticket. (It takes about 125 dollars to earn a free item. And there are no diabetic friendly choices.) We got to the restaurant around 8:30 and since there were hardly any customers looked like they had gotten into close the store mode. Even Shari walked around but guess she was to busy to stop by our table to see how we enjoyed our meal It just would have been made me feel better about our visit if she would have just stopped by since she didn't have the authority to make an exception for my free birthday item or using an earned reward with my free birthday item. I don't know how long this manager has been in restaurant management but I would suggest to any manager before you give that "close" white glove treatment so you can leave right at close ( and if the restaurant is still open), please check the restroom. Image is everything and a filthy restroom tells people a lot about your management style and quite possibly how your kitchen is run. This restaurant restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day there was trash and toilet paper all on the floor. My biggest gripe is with the kitchen staff. They were terrible slow, inept and careless. Definitely not the same people that prepared my order three months ago. The first half hour was a total cluster. I was really impressed with Andrew and his ability to turn an otherwise terrible dinner service into a birthday dinner experience I'll have nice memories of for a long time. ------------------------------------------------ At first I was a little disappointed thinking I had missed the day deal that was advertised till 6pm when I found another special (the 5 course meal) for 16.99. I actually stopped in for the soup an salad and was thrilled to see it would come with that special. My compliments to the chef, my meal was great. I thoenjoyed the fresh Cheddar Bay biscuits. Wouldn't recommen, service was really terrible! waitress took forever to bring us drinks and we had to ask for biscuits, silverware and another chair and high chair, my son in law had to literally stand up for atleast 10 mins before he asked the people next to us if he could use their extra chair, the food was so greasy OUR NOODLES were so greasy our biscuits turned into mush when we got home and my daughter ordered a baked potato and fries for her son and we got that once we got the check and the waitress just said "sorry it took so long" not even a would you like me to put it in a to go box or anything so I wouldn't recommend this place we use to be regulars before the pandemic and now it's awful! read more

Normally I like Red Lobster a lot. I wouldn't go to one if I was any where near an ocean. But I am not near an ocean. Wish I was. This Red Lobster needs A LOT of help! It is really gross. Dirty and dingy. Smells really bad. They need an update really bad. The carpet is gross. Walls at my table are filthy nasty. The menus are dirty and greasy. It is lunch time and there are just a few people here. The bad smell is just overwhelming. Now for the food: it was good. Not great. I have had better Red Lobster meals.
