7 of us went here today to eat and it was not busy so we had no problem getting seated. The staff took our order quickly and served our drinks. The inside was quiet and music playing lightly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a side of bacon Mac and cheese. Once we ordered though the service slowed down dramatically. The burger was not that good I would not recommend it. The bacon Mac and cheese was not that good either I would not get that again. Trying to get a refill on tea was very difficult. Not the best place to eat.

I should be doing a million other things, but I had to make writing this review a priority to let the Red Lobster franchise owner and others know about our horrible experience. I had ordered a family meal and an additional appetizer (for pick-up). I placed our order in the Red Lobster app for pickup later in the evening as we wanted to have a special dinner with our family. Our scheduled time was 6:30 pm. My husband goes into the Red Lobster, the hostess was sitting in the lobby, laughing and playing on her phone. My husband arrived to the bar area at 6:26, a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. He didn't receive our food until 6:45. There was literally nobody at the bar area except one person: Max. Max finally greeted my husband, after 11 minutes, and got his food. He handed it over to him in the big paper brown bags that RL uses for to-go orders. My husband looked in the bag because the outside was wet and soaked. Max had given him a bag with a container of shrimp scampi that wasn't closed and leaked liquid in the bag. My husband closed the container- and then took everything out and cleaned off the spilled buttery liquid from various containers in the bag. Max gave him a new bag for him to put the containers in. No apologies. No effort to help. No care. As my husband finaally arrived with the food he explained why I had to wait over 15 minutes for an order was proactively placed for a scheduled pick up time. I decided to call Red Lobster myself because surely the manager should know of the lack of quality control and service. No expectations- just wanting to share as a growth opportunity. Well, the girl that answered the phone was laughing as she answered, and I told her I'd like to speak with a manager. I had my phone on speakerphone so my husband could hear. The girl thensaid, the general manager? I said yes, sure. After a few minutes, the manager says hello. I asked his name, and he said, "Max". M-A-X". That was a little awkward to me. (Meanwhile, my husband's jaw dropped and mouthed-" that is him...that's who literally gave me a soaked bag". Max, is the general manager! During the conversation, Max was rude and lacked empathy. He didn't apologize AT ALL. He said, "Well, I gave him a new bag". I told him the food wasn't even ready at the scheduled time- he said it had been sitting on the lamp for 11 minutes.. I asked then why didn't you greet and give it to my husband? There was no other customers there! Max just didn't care. He was checked out. Moving on- when we got home, the family size scampi had little to no butter (as it was obviously all spilled out). The cocktail sauce was all spilled over the outside container. There was no butter, no sour cream for our family baked potatoes. The food was cold. This was a total waste of over $100 something dollars we spent. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste, waste, waste. Red Lobster- I truly hope you get this message. I told Max I was going to contact the owner- He was like.."ok"... He does not care about the well-being of your business. I understand that maybe Max had a bad day. Maybe he was at the bar because someone called out. Who knows. We understand things happen. We are pretty reasonable folks. But the way we were treated is truly despicable. I don't expect much from Red Lobster. I think we can all say the consumers are aware of the struggles Red Lobster has with quality and service. Well, I believed the new CEO had been doing a wonderful job in fixing those problems. But here we are, Fredericksburg, Virginia....still not caring. Not caring about the franchise, the company. They just don't care. Well, at this point, I don't either. I won't be returning. I will spend our hard-earned money somewhere else. Oh, let me also mention this- I did not include a tip on my pre-paid purchase. We tip cash after checking our order and based on the service. Well, no tip lost here. Thanks for that?

I still enjoy Red Lobster. Over the years, fancier places have popped up, but It was a treat to get it when I was growing up, and I still like it. Every so often, I crave those Walts shrimp and a cheddar bay biscuit. My sister and I stopped in to the Fredericksburg location for lunch today, and they did not disappoint. I got the shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, salmon, and main lobster tail. Everything was prepared well. The food was tasty, and the service was fast. The restaurant is a good size and looks decent inside. 4 Stars

The Marina Bowl is flavorless and messy filled with a bag full of butter. Less butter more seasoning high cholesterol don't get!!

At the front silverware is being placed on hostess booth to fold(unsanitary). A lot of products were out. We were sitting at the back of the restaurant. Waitress about the food she wasn't to answer questions about the menu. The boil was over cooked and not seasoned and no waste bucket was given for the boil.

Tried to order three different beers, and every one of them was "not available today," which is restaurant talk for "the truck's late and so are we." Artie the bartender just gave this little shoulder shrug that said, "Partner, I don't make the rules, I just open the bottles." The place itself helped the afternoon along. The building is laid out so you can see just about everything from your stool: bar, tables, who's coming in the door, and whether your food is on its way. Sightlines were wide open, nothing cluttered or cramped, and the whole joint looked super clean, like somebody actually cares what it looks like before the crowd shows up. So we did what any sensible, thirsty people would do: picked two other beers, ordered some apps, and decided not to take life--or the tap list--too seriously. The beer we got was cold, the food was hot, and Artie turned out to be the kind of bartender you come back to see more than you come back for the menu. We'll be back, too. Lewis would've gotten a whole column out of that shrug. The food was excellent, too. The fish bites alone just about made the afternoon; if the beer list had completely fallen apart, we still would've called it a win on those.

Since learning that, we have made our own oyster tradition and seek to have them in January because it can't hurt! I saw that Port Oysteria was participating in FXBG restaurant week which is happening now and thought it was a great opportunity for us to try someplace new and get our oysters. While we did not order anything from the restaurant week specials (there was only one at lunch, and a couple more after 3pm) my wife and I did enjoy a nice lunch today. The chargrilled oysters were just right for us to share as a starter and very tasty. My wife had the fried oyster po-boy and I had the blackened grouper sandwich; both were delicious. The coleslaw was good as was the Parmesan mashed potatoes. There is a good beer selection on tap and an interesting cocktail list. Our first beer choice was out, but our backup choices were good. Service was good but the restaurant was not very busy. The atmosphere is interesting with moody, dark painted walls and bold murals and a mix of '90s grunge and alt-pop music in the background. We definitely want to go back for dinner sometime and try more of the menu.

Wasn't sure I wanted to have fried food at first but so glad I decided to try it anyway. It turned out to be one of the best food trucks we'd had. As prices go it was a great deal at $10 - given the substantial amount of food I still had one piece of fish plus a bunch of fries left, enough for a bonus lunch tomorrow. Only thing for improvement: they should substitute paper containers for the styrofoam boxes which are not suitable for piping hot fried food like this as parts of the boxes were totally melted through by the heat.

They did a phenomenal job creating such a magical atmosphere--I honestly wish they could keep the decorations up all year . While waiting for our table, we grabbed seats at the bar and ordered cocktails. I had the prickly pear margarita, and she ordered a cider sour. Both were fantastic, though I wish the bar had mentioned the holiday cocktail menu earlier. I didn't learn about the festive drinks until we were seated and our server, Lindsay, walked us through the winter specials. The "Sweater Weather" cocktail sounded amazing (white tequila and coconut milk ) and is definitely something I'll be back to try. We stuck with our go-to appetizer, the goat cheese bruschetta, which was delicious as always. For entrées, we went classic brunch: the hangover burger and the shrimp and grits. My girlfriend loved her burger, and Sedona's shrimp and grits remain one of my absolute favorites--perfectly seasoned and cooked. Even though we were full, we couldn't pass up the seasonal dessert, tiramisu. It was the perfect size--just enough to share without pushing us over the edge. Lol. Another successful meal at Sedona! The service is consistently top-notch, and our server Lindsay was hands down the best--knowledgeable, attentive, and with an amazing personality. We loved her so much, we wished she could've joined us for brunch. The manager also stopped by a couple of times to check on us, which we really appreciated. First, let's start off with the wait. I'm used to waiting for a table at Sedona especially on a Saturday, but today the wait was extra long. Once we sat and ordered appetizers it took over 40 minutes to get our apps. To make matters worse our nachos came out with the cheese not even melted and with barely any protein. Seeing as this was not the first time I ordered nachos I was extremely upset. To address the issue I had to leave my outside table and walk inside to the hostess to see if they could locate my server as she never came and checked on us. We didn't see her for over 50 minutes :-/ The only star of today's lunch were the Thai glazed wings. My husband ordered the land and sea and steak was overcooked. My devils pass pasta was okay, but extremely greasy. The manager did stop by to offer something for the nacho issue which we appreciated. Sedona you need to work on hiring more staff to make things run smoothly. You seem to be understaffed in the kitchen and on the floor. We left feeling extremely disappointed and will not be returning for a long time. Also forgot to add that the strawberry tres leches cake is extremely dense and flavorless. Did not enjoy and do not recommend.

I went there for my Senior prom in 1990 and although it is still cozy and inviting -especially fireside-the clean, classic decor could use a bit of a perking up. No minor issues like decor can obscure the wonderful service! A LOT of servers in this area consider waiting tables just a job to be done and gotten over with and customers a nuisance.
