Going downhill! I don't like salad but they wanted 2.00 to sub a piece of corn. 2.59 to substitute asparagus as a side. Waitress not really interested in making me happy. Didn't offer to bring manager. Not even going to waste time talking about the overpriced entrees! Went couple nights ago for dinner (1/4/2014). Since we've knew that we're going to eat with a lot of people, we chose to dine in at a much larger table in a decent section. I've came with my brother and six of our friends. We've even made reservations for two more friends that are coming, but then found out that one friend was on his way to Austin, Texas. On the other hand, the second friend joined us ten minutes later and he thought the other was also going to join us, then he found out later that he is heading to Austin. I reckon that if he would have knew that he is not coming, then would not have come. We've had two different waitresses serve us and each was friendly and attentive. Now it was a good thing that we've showed up at a certain time at night, because they've given us all of their garlic biscuits that they were about to throw away after closing time, so we ended up getting a lot of them as one of our sides for our entrees, and a bunch of them for us to take home. The two biggest food items in the appetizer section of the menu are the shrimp nachos and the lobster dip or whatever they're called. If you don't like vegetables and you're deciding which one of these two food items to get, then get the shrimp nachos, they're pretty good and that's what I've got. The second person in our group got the harvest lobster, the third person got the pasta, fourth is lobster pizza, fifth is coconut shrimp, sixth and seventh both got 4-course-meal, and I don't know what the last is. Overall, everything has gone fantastic, we have created wonderful memorable moments, we've had so much fun having an excellent group conversation the whole time we were in the restaurant, we talked more than we ate though, and most of us finished it all off with desserts. read more

My husband loves all the food here. I cant say the same because im alergic to shrimp and lobster, but the chicken is good similar to other places. But according to my husband he enjoys eating here a lot. Another thing that I liked a lot is the bread they give before the food comes. Waitress was friendly and service was good. read more

I've had not so good experiences before with Red Lobster....but, I was so pleasantly surprised!! To start, our server Michelle, was excellent! Despite having 3 different servers, the service wasn't prompt or adequate. There was no communication between the servers. Also, the quality and portion of food seems to have declined. I ordered a "trio" that looked great in the menu. What I received was a very small salmon filet, the smallest lobster tail I've ever seen, and 5 shrimp. It was arranged on a small serving of rice. It looked downright pitiful compared to the exceptionally dishonest representation in the menu menu. read more

I got an email from red lobster for a promotion of free appetizer and dessert with the purchase of two lobsterfest entrees for valentines day. I called to check and they said it was an additional 13 dollars for the dessert and entree. I did not go and it messed up my 17th wedding anniversary plans. Bad move Red Lobster. read more

This place was such a disappointment. We ordered take out. When we got home there were no lemons, no butter/sour cream for the baked potato. They literally threw a baked potato in the takeout box and that was it. It was not cut or anything. Geez. Do a better job Red Lobster. read more

My family and I have been to many Red Lobsters over the past decade in multiple states. Of all of them, this is the only location where the line does not go out the door every time we come here, both on weekends and weekdays. The management here runs this restaurant extremely well, and the service is excellent. We have had only one occasion where we didn't want to wait for a table (Mother's Day crowd). We hardly ever have to wait for a table, and when we do, it's for less than 10 minutes max. The food is consistent and meets our expectations every time. For a midrange priced seafood restaurant chain, Red Lobster is a great choice and I highly recommend this location. We come here for birthdays and Father's Day celebration, and always leave satisfied! read more

Went there over the weekend I haven't been in awhile. Unfortunately our server was completely out of it apparently and we had a lot of problems understanding most of what they said or getting their attention. Our wait time was extremely long because they didn't put in all our order and waited over half an hour for our drinks we decided to order since food was taking so long. That being said the manager noticed what was going on I honestly hate to complain so we hadn't said anything to her yet but she came over without even being asked after she went and checked on our food and came over and explained and asked what we would like to do. And even went and made our drinks for us herself. At the end of our meal she even came and offered us desserts and she took care of our entire meal for us. Didn't charge us a dime. I actually felt bad because I hate getting things for free especially something that expensive. Other then everything taking so long which was no fault of hers everything tasted very good love their food and will definitely go back not many managers are that nice and care as much as she does for their customers just hopefully will get a different server next time. This place has really gone downhill. Got takeout for my son's 18th birthday because his mom is not able to go out and really wanted some good seafood. Bad idea. Very disappointing. The baked potatoes were pretty good but the shrimp and lobster sucked. Very expensive mistake that won't be made again. People must not know what decent seafood is anymore. read more

Took my twin daughters out hopefully for a good meal as I had always had at Red Lobster. All three of us had the "Overboard Platter" which contained a great deal of food. Service was excellent as well as the crisp salad, biscuits and beverages. However I now come to the bad part of our visit. The shrimp and lobster were dry and very, very bland. Bake potato was excellent. Thought it might be me but, my daughters agreed with me. I've eaten at Red Lobster since they started in business and it has always been 5 star with my wife and I with our five children so I'm sadden to place a 2 star on this meal but facts are facts. Just talked to manager Tim and he apologized and said to ask for him next visit and he would insure good service on my next visit. I paid over $100.00 for the meals and all I ever want is what I pay for. read more

I visited this Red Lobster a few days ago with a larger party. The service was good, the food was just short of alright. Half the lettuce in my salad was slimy or black. However the reason I am writing this review is that since we were a larger party it took slightly longer for us to dine. Meaning that we saw several tables come and go. The whole time we were here we did not see one table being cleaned, let alone sanitized. People were sat at dirty tables covered in crumbs from the people who sat there 30 minutes prior. One still had a bill with someone's credit card information on it, and the person who sat them left it there while the customers looked over the menu. Another still had a used glass on it. It was not like they had a rush where they had no where else to seat. And the manager was in close range the entire time. I will not be dining at this location again. As some one who works in the restaurant business and is servsafe certified, this is disgusting and unacceptable. read more

Thought this Red Lobster would be better. The biscuits were warm and tasty. The salad was good. The service was a lot better than other Red Lobsters I had been to where they forget your appetizer or bring my bf frozen in the middle fish. The problem I have is with the serving size. The menu shows a picture of 2 regular size crab cakes with this hugh piece of salmon. When it comes out there is this tiny piece of salmon and 2 itsy bitsy crab cakes. I don't think they were 2 inches across, more like a 1 1/2 inch crab cakes. The salmon tasted okay. The crab cake tasted more like fish than crab. The baked potato was one of the tiniest I have had. The other side I gave to a friend. It was plenty enough food for me. Not outstanding, but adequate. The main problem is it never looks anything like the picture or the commercial and the crab cakes tasted more like fish cakes. If you can't eat a lot it's fine, but if you have a large appetite don't go there expecting it to look like it does on the menu. The portions are just extremely tiny. They need to take pictures that don't misrepresent what you are actually getting. read more
