I went to red lobster and my wife said why and my answer was why not. When I tried red lobster maybe 20+ years ago I loved the unlimited shrimp and lobster tails. Of course, since then I've been to many places and I said why not try it again. People still come here and it's not closed yet. Unfortunately, the quality is not as good as newer establishments. As you can see from the picture, the fries doesn't look very appetizing. The waitress asked if I wanted their clam chowder and even she couldn't recommend it good enough, the answer "it's okay" said it all. But since I was in the spirit of trying, I said a small one. After one spoonful, I had to push it to the side. I don't know if the quality went down or this is how it's always been. I guess for the price, this is how good as it's gonna get. I guess I won't be coming back since I doubt if they will ever try to improve.

I wasn't sure how good RedLobster Togo was going to be but I was in the mood for seafood and didn't feel like dining in. So I ordered the Ultimate Feast, it was amazing! The lobster was juicy and delicious and everything at the perfect temperature (not a far drive from home). The biscuits were delicious and they gave me a generous amount! The portions were fair and so was the price. I would definitely come back for more takeout or to dine in. The inside looked clean and quiet, a nice setting for a quiet dinner. The RL staff member who helped me with my takeout order was also very nice. Great experience!

First time in a while...and was dissatisfied again. Food/Drink: Fish was over cooked, shrimp was underwhelming, and tartar sauce tasted like vanilla yogurt. Appetizer: Salad had stale croutons, and New England clam chowder was blah, and biscuits were decent but so much smaller than the last few years. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, quiet. Prices: Extremely expensive, and not worth it at all. I had my wife and I and 2 children, 3 entrees, 4 salads, 4 sides, and 2 drinks and we were up $100. Parking: Plenty of space, shared mall type lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and Large. Atmosphere: During the weekday Dinner rush, pretty slow, but in and out pretty quick. Staff/Attendants: She wasn't bad overall but did forget a few things, and refills were sparingly at most. Very nice and talkative. I would prob not go back again this year! 2/10

It's been years since I been here. I had the endless shrimp. Well the price is now 28 bucks lol but the shrimps are a lot bigger than they had years ago. My food was great. I had 2 extra plates of shrimp. I was happy that they had a IPA that I liked.

First off our server was awesome. Host was not friendly and was walking around on his phone the entire time obviously wishing he was anywhere else. Place was a disaster walked past 5 dirty tables to get to ours. Ok finally seated. Decor is old , dark and from the early 90's, sort if expected I guess? Menu is super limited, we came because my son loves lobster and we were celebrating. Needless to say, some delicious biscuits, two meals (one of which was pathetic and one was ok) and two $3.99 sodas and a hefty $80 bill later, I left so disappointed that here you are reading my complaints! Go to a real restaurant and spend your hard earned money at a place that cares and isn't about to go bankrupt. I knew better but I wanted to see one last time...

Best biscuits in North America, and possibly the world. Now owned by John Oliver and his Last Week Tonight crew, after being bought at auction out of bankruptcy, this location serves only biscuits. It's unconscionable what has happened to Red Lobster, the latest victim of corporate greed. But at least in this one isolated location, there is a tiny ray of sunshine. And it's shining on your plate, illuminating that delightful and delicious biscuit.

First time at a red lobster- Came on a Friday night around 6:30pm, was very pleased in not having a wait at all! Victoria, was a wonderful waitress, very friendly! Food was great but portions were small. They have fun mocktail options I would come back.

What a change-up from our last experience. My husband said upon his first visit to Red Lobster in his life that it was the best seafood he's had. Clearly it was or could have been a fluke because I enticed him to go last night and his dish was quite unsatisfying. The crab legs came out ice cold and the second batch came out steaming hot but shredded and chewy - overcooked. Although my kids loved their chicken, the fries were underdone. Unfortunately I did get sick from the sauce put on the Brussels sprouts that was said to me last visit was not gluten free. The salmon on my dish was phenomenal the previous visit but this time was simply mediocre. I'm surprised after the cold and chewy crab legs, the manager did not come visit the table and at least apologize or give a discount. We paid a hefty price for an okay meal. I always give a place the best out of three so hopefully our third visit in the future will be a good one. (If I can get my husband to go back!)

Service has been good the few times I've been here. We were greeted and seated quickly, tables were clean, and our waitress was friendly and helpful. Our drinks were also served quickly and everything came out fresh. Love the pina colada here - very refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. No need for dessert. Food was flavorful and served as requested. Ambiance is warm and cozy. Perfect for a cold and gray day like yesterday.

Ordered take out for a quick meal. I pulled Red Lobster up through google maps and ordered on the app not realizing it would order through grub hub that way. I thought I was just ordering through the website since pick up was the only option available. Well.. when I got there and went to the bar to pick up my food he informed me he didn't have a order for me. I started to panic but the guy behind the bar stayed calm and assured me he would check in what happened. He walked away and came back with my bag of food. He explained about the grunt hub mixup and all was good. (Except I'm pretty sure this means I paid more ugh...) Anyhow.. food was delish.. salmon topped with shrimp and salsa, green beans and ceasar salad, fried shrimp dinner too. And as usual the cheddar biscuits were ridiculously good.

Jenna knew I was a man who would need extra napkins, and Jenna knew it before I did. Do not ask me how Jenna knew. Jenna does not explain Jenna. THE SEATING (5/5) Jenna sat us at a table. Was it a good table? Friend, every table is a good table if Jenna walks you to it. Jenna could have seated me in the dumpster and I would have said "great light back here." THE SALAD BAR (5/5, but really Jenna/5) I approached the salad bar with the confidence of a man who has approached many salad bars. But this salad bar had been touched by Jenna. The croutons were dry. The chickpeas were plentiful. There was not a single sad, weeping cucumber in the entire assembly. I looked back at Jenna. Jenna gave me a small nod. We both knew what we had done. I went back four times. Jenna did not judge me. Jenna has never judged anyone. Jenna, if you're reading this, I went back a fifth time when you were in the kitchen. I think you knew. I think you always knew. THE ENTRÉE (Jenna) Ordered a burger. Jenna said "good choice," and Jenna meant it -- I could tell, because when I asked about the fish, Jenna paused. That pause said more than any Zagat guide ever has. Jenna will not lie to you, but Jenna will let you find your own way. That's not service. That's parenting. THE REFILLS (Jenna/Jenna) My Diet Coke never once dipped below the halfway line. I tried to catch Jenna in the act. I stared at that glass. I looked away for one second -- one -- and it was full. Jenna operates outside of linear time. I don't want to alarm anyone, but I think Jenna might be the only thing holding Middletown together. THE CHECK Jenna brought the check. I did not want the check. I wanted to live at this Ruby Tuesday, in a small cot behind the salad bar, and be near Jenna. But Jenna, in Jenna's infinite wisdom, knew it was time. Jenna said "no rush." JENNA SAID NO RUSH. After everything Jenna had done, Jenna gave me time. I tipped like a man who has seen God, and God's nametag said Jenna. FINAL VERDICT * Food: Good! * Ambiance: There's a Ruby Tuesday in it * Service: JENNA * Would return: Only for Jenna * Parking: Ample, and Jenna had nothing to do with it, but I bet Jenna would if you asked Five stars. Ask for Jenna. Demand Jenna. If they say Jenna isn't working, leave. Go home. Sit in the dark. Wait for Jenna.

The waitress never once asked how our food was, never asked if we wanted another beverage, never asked if we wanted dessert, and when we asked for additional sauce, she acted as though we were inconveniencing her. As soon as it appeared we were finished, our plates were taken away and the check was essentially tossed onto the table. We didn't make a single complaint during the meal. Normally, I'll simply eat the bad meal, pay the bill, and make the decision to never return. No scene, no argument, no bad review. But then came the part that really surprised us. We paid our bill by card, but planned on leaving the server a cash tip, which is something I personally prefer to do because I like knowing the server receives their tip directly. Apparently, because there was no tip written on the credit card receipt, the waitress came back to our table and loudly said, "You didn't tip." In a restaurant full of people, being publicly called out about a tip was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing. And the irony is that we had not complained once about the cold food, the service, or anything else. Needless to say, there won't be a next time. On top of the experience, the restaurant itself felt dirty and run down, and there was a noticeable odor. The two fish tanks--without fish and apparently without much attention either--certainly didn't help. They looked and smelled like they had been forgotten about a long time ago. Maybe the food and service are better on another night, but based on our experience tonight, we won't be finding out. Sometimes the best way to lose a customer isn't one big mistake. It's a whole series of little ones--and then making sure they feel uncomfortable before they leave.
