A $52 Lobster tail was burned and the size of it was that of a shrimp. Rice was hard and undercooked. The Cold slaw had so much mayonnaise mixed in. Felt nauseous after eating. On October 1, 2025 we went to lunch at redlobster at McCain for my sister's birthday. Right out of the gate we were seated on the opposite side of the bar area, which is clearly a high traffic area. Clearly they had shampooed the carpets recently. The stench of mildew was so strong it was overwhelming. Our food came out, barely room temperature. I ordered a salmon bowl, from the lunch menu, the salmon wasn't fully cooked through into the center. The center of the salmon wasn't done, it was slimy. The rice was crunchy. The brussel sprouts were burnt. The "so called salad" was just some "romaine lettuce" with some dressing drizzled on it. My mom's baked potato was ordered "loaded" didn't come out loaded, was less than hot, couldn't melt the butter and sour cream that was on it. My sister's Birthday dinner "Create your own ultimatefeast" was also a disaster. The "shrimp scampi" and the baked potato were cold as well. This establishment is disgusting, dirty floors, restrooms were filthy, floors were sticky and one of the handicapped accessible stalls was out of order. The building, I checked and it was built in1981, underwent a renovation in 2014, is old and dilapidated, carpets are stinky disgusting and worn out. The booths are from the 1980's and are well exceeded their age. Everything in it is old and outdated. The entire structure needs to be demolished and reconstructed. Something seriously needs to be done about this location. This is such a stain on the Red Lobster brand. As for me and my family, it's a Hard "No" until something changes with this establishment. read more

I love crab legs the platters are the great . My only complaint is they always try to seat us at sqwantchy small booths if the restaurant is half empty seat me at spot that will hold all the appetizers soup bowls bread and plates . Etc . Worst experience ever!! After returning the burnt mussels, I was given a plastic spoon to use because they didn't have any clean silverware. Very Very disappointed with Red lobster. However it was very accommodating of the manager to not charge me for the the burnt mussels I returned due to the fact they weren't edible to eat I'm assuming because my meal was burnt and there weren't any clean silverware that the dishwasher and chef must have Covid and was unable to show up to work.. read more

Today was the second time within 2 weeks my family and I tried to go to Red Lobster in North Little Rock to eat and the wait time was simply ridiculous. Both times the restaurant was not busy and first time we asked to be seated for 5 and the server walked away and did not come back so we left. There was no one there and it was during the day. The second time, we went on a Saturday during the day and there were customers waiting outside so I knew it would be a wait (there's a wait no matter what, it seems). When I asked for seating I was told it was going to be at least an hour (or more). Ya'll, it was NOT that busy in there. This area is busiest during the night and I honestly do not understand how they keep up with the night flow if they cannot handle the day time flow?? Something is deeply troubled with their management. Honestly, ever since the female manager that was heavier set left and went to Longhorn this location has gone downhill. Actually were seated in about 20 minutes but put our party of five at a 4 person booth with a chair at the end. When my father-in-law asked about one of the larger tables we were told no servers for that area. So we cramped in into the booth. I could not put my legs under the table due to all the legs. I recently did take out for the first time here. The ordering process was easy, the food was ready when they said it would be, and the staff was very friendly. I received enough food for 2 meals in one entree, and even received 5 biscuits with one meal. I would have given the rating 5 stars for the service I received, but the food was so bland. There was just almost no taste to anything except the biscuits and slaw. The Alfredo sauce had almost no taste at all, the shrimp were very tiny , very firm, and no taste. Also got scallops which I love, were cooked perfectly, but had no flavor at all. I am only leaving a review in hopes that this will improve as everything else was great. read more

For Father's Day, Jun 16, that evening, the kids took me to the NLR location for supper. After a 40 minute wait we were finally seated, Shon being our server. Supper went well, and the food was great; we all enjoyed our selections. But this review is about Shon, who did a superb job with his professional and amiable demeanor, and for all he did to ensure we were well served. First Shon took our three dinner orders, with add-ons, by memory! He didn't write anything down, just knew all our orders, and repeated what we'd asked for, and got it right. When served, everything we ordered was correct, and was delivered to our table in the order we requested! And GET THIS; he had either 5 or 6 other tables ( I believe RL was short staffed) besides our own. From his initial intro to our "to-go" boxes, Shon was professional and easy going, totally on top of his game (I know he's a basketball buff), and hopefully the next occasion we get to eat there, Shon is out choice!! My rating this evening should be 3.5, the food being higher and service being lower. Prices have really increased and a new thing we were informed about, the side salads cost extra now, bummer. Our waitress was not at all together, thank goodness the manager helped out a little, but I still needed one more glass of tea that I never got, and I tip on the service I receive, not some obligatory standard. Very clean. Staff was friendly and interested. Our server, Earnest H was outstanding, and personable. I'd suggest waiters being kept up to date on what is available on the Catch of the Day. Only salmon, trout, and tilapia were available. So know that and manage expectations. Under promise and over deliver. Baked potato was lukewarm??? My substitute was the grilled salmon. It was perfect, and a huge portion. Personally, the menu is too diverse, and the prices a little high for the quality. I understand they are struggling. Too many competitors who are delivering a little bit better for a tad less. Get top chef to do a show by the cooks creating new recipes. Feature the winners recipe. read more
