Customer service 10/10! Food 6/10. I ordered to go and was so surprised when someone within seconds came out to greet me. They definitely have a high level of engagement which was great to see. As far as the food goes the mozzarella sticks and cheddar bay biscuits were the best part of the meal. I ordered crab legs and while they weren't bad they were very much on the smaller side, with me not being at home and using their to go tool (which was admittedly neat) I was not able to extract the meat from quite a few of the pieces which was a disappointment. The sides were okay, I liked the texture of the brussel sprouts but they were so heavily coated in a sweet topping they were hard to taste and the cheesecake I was so dense and flavorless I didn't finish it.

AMAZING SERVICE BY DEMARCUS & LUIS. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY WITHIN THE FIRST 5 MINUTES OF ME BEING THERE. Their customer service and quickness should be rewarded immediately. They were even great at the small things like my absurd amount of refills I like with my cold thirst quenching strawberry lemonade they have, they made sure I always had one filled. The food was prepared great and delivered with all smiles. I highly recommend this location and I will be reaching out to corporate about those two individuals kindness and attentiveness to me

Service and restaurant was great! Food was presentable and very tasty! Been wanting to come to try the new seafood boils and they did not disappoint! I also like that they have plenty of different options for my no so seafood lovers. The place feels inviting and clean. Coming back for sure!

Went in on a Saturday around 1700 and was seated right away. Wasn't too busy, so service was great. For food, my overall thoughts is you can find better seafood elsewhere for prob way cheaper. Spent $160 of 2 adult entrees, 1 kids meal and 2 adult drinks. Lobster roll was decent, lobster was kinda dry, but it tasted good. Accompanying fries was also ok. Shrimp, salmon and lobster combo was disappointing. Salmon tasted really fishy like it was old or mishandled. Shrimp was overcooked on the skewer and small. Lobster was ok. Kids Mac n cheese meal looked like it was a box of Kraft Mac for $10 smh. Yah won't return since salmon tasted funny, kids meal was nothing special, shrimp was a rip off, and drinks were expensive. Good luck, u might have better experience .

They greeted us as soon as we came in. We were seated immediately. The food was awesome. Caleb attended to us and was very friendly. He always had a smile and checked on us often. At the end, they sang happy birthday to me with some ice cream. The vibes were great. Will be back for sure.

I've heard stories of this place, and it had been a while since I've been here. My boyfriend's never had it so we had to try it. The food was alright but still good. Also, the front when you first check in was smelly. I couldn't tell where it was coming from but mainly in that area. I would recommend them doing a cleaning. It was quite with a larger table near us so wasn't to bad.

It's been a hot minute since I've been to a red lobster. This is usually the better tasting of the locations. Service was excellent! We were well taken care of. Our cups were never empty, lemons & napkins a plenty. It's Lobster time! That lobster was a tender roni. Sweet & succulent dip in that melty butter. The steak maybe needed to be a better cut or swapped out. Shouldn't have been so stringy but didn't complain as the lobster and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Not too crowded nice spacious table layout with room for large parties. Plenty of parking

Food is good and portions are BIG, staff is a little slow however its a decent restaurant overall to dine in! I was looking at the live lobsters at the entrance and a member of the staff gave me the honor of coming face to face with a live lobster when they pulled it out! The lobster bisque is a great appetizer while waiting for the main course!

130pm on Sat .place was empty. No yummy seafood smells We waited 15minutes for someone to ask if we wanted drinks. We had to ask for bisquits..got the 15 minutes later too. Waiter took our order. My husband shrimp and scallops were ok but his class were tiny peoples if batter and took hard and his French fries were hard too. My snow crab was rubbery , the meat shredded. I asked for crab crackers and a pick...I had to ASK FOR THESE. The crab tasted METALIC AND OFF. It had NO crab taste. We call the manager William Sotrlo over and showed him why we were leaving and he Gave us his CARD. Gee. What a crappy experience. The place was still empty at 3 pm..we got there at 130. Horrible

This Red Lobster is conveniently located near the mall. I haven't been here in at least 20 years. Came here for lunch with my family. We came at a perfect time and there was no wait. We started off with with some appetizers along with their delicious complimentary cheesy biscuits . We ordered Crispy dragon shrimp,Lobster Flat Bread, and Lobster dip and chips. For our main course we ordered Shrimp Scampi, Lobster, Fish and chips, and Chicken. Everything was great. Leilani, was our server and she was wonderful. She went over and beyond. My only complaint is that it's time to remodel and update. The booths were raggedy and tattered. The carpet had a musty odor and needed to be shampooed or changed. Thank you Red Lobster.

You can tell they take pride in what they do. The seafood was fresh fresh... not just fresh on paper, but you can taste the difference. I had the catfish and red snapper, and both were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Exactly how it's supposed to be done. We need to support spots like this. There are not many "You Buy, We Fry" seafood places left out here in the AV, and this one deserves more love and more business. It's hard to find now. Most local fish markets don't even carry trout in the Antelope Valley; however, when I called the shop earlier, the person who answered said that they had some in stock, and I was quite surprised. When I walked in, it seemed like there was a lot of foot traffic coming in and out, and the owner, who calls himself 'Fish,' was giving out free samples of deep-fried octopus with hot sauce. Quite tasty actually. He was really nice and personable. He was able to give me some trout and also another fish called 'whitey' or 'whiting,' which he cut into fillets for me to take home. The prices were reasonable, too. They have a big menu with lots of options where you can order any fish and they'll fry it for there for you. He then offered to give me the head, spine and tail of the trout for free- to give to my cat. I thought that gesture was really sweet of him. My little girl was quite satisfied when I brought it back home to her. Thanks, Fish! I'll be back.

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. Room for improvement with service, flies prevention, and the disclosure of the credit card fee.

The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.

More concerning, however, was a serious issue regarding safety and how my family--particularly my child--was treated by staff. During our visit, my toddler was standing next to her high chair when employees were running through the restaurant. One employee fell and immediately blamed my child for the incident. I was present and witnessed the situation clearly. My child was approximately four feet away and was not involved in any way. The employee tripped on her own, yet responsibility was placed on my child. If the placement of a high chair in that area posed a concern, it should not have been offered or placed there to begin with. At no point did any staff member, including the manager, ask if my child was okay (especially since they thought she was tripped over) Instead, blame was directed towards my toddler, which made me feel unwelcome and judged for simply dining with a baby. Also if she really was tripped over- they did not care about her at all. This shows: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR GUESTS. A server came up to us and expressed how she was the blame despite not seeing what had happened. These employees are running up and down. That is why she tripped. This is my my toddler (thankfully) was not harmed. I hope the waitress is okay though, clearly this company does not care about safety much- as she kept working after. We spent over $150 during this visit, and the overall experience left me feeling that this establishment is not family-friendly. This is particularly disappointing, as families should feel safe and respected while dining. Due to this experience, we will not be returning, and I will be sharing this feedback with all friends and family. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar situations in the future. Maybe a training on where to put high chairs, how not to run in an establishment, and how to speak with respect towards others would be a good start.
