I was craving seafood for a while so after a long drive from COH we stopped here on our way home. Our server was Juan and he was the absolute best server we've had in a long time. He was very friendly, attentive and just plain great. My husband and both ordered the build your own feast. And oh boy they give you alot. Th lobster tail was cooked to absolute perfection. As was everything else we ordered. The only downside is that they don't offer salad as a side dish nor with your meal. But other than that everything was great. I am here as I am writing this post. I dont think I will come here ever again. I got a seafood boil, the corn was a bit warm. The food has not hot. The spice is not there. I order also a margarita. My wife and I dined at your Restaurant on New Year's Eve. When we went in we noticed it was very cold and asked the waitress if something could be done about it. She was very pleasant and apologized and said she would ask the management about it. Someone else came around asking how everything was and again we asked if anything could be done about the cold air blowing on us and again he apologized and said the temperature was regulated and he couldn't do anything about it and went on his way. Needless to say we had our jackets on and were still very cold and ate as fast as we could to get out if there. We noticed everyone else in the Restaurant was with their jackets on. You walk in and there's no host to be found. This is the third time I've come in w no host at the hostess station. They use the hostess station as a storage area. This time I waited so long for someone to notice they had customers I just left. Last time I came for my daughters birthday, we walked in and the night manager was standing near the hostess station speaking to an employee. She looked up at us and continued her conversation. Raw, bloody chicken!! (check my picture). Go eat somewhere else! This night was so bad, I can't imagine how the service can get any worst. Here is the outline of what happened for the night... 1. We said a group for 7. Some girl told us the table is ready so we gathered everyone in, only to be told all of a sudden it was not, so we had to wait back again. We had to wait for a long time and asked multiple times to get a drink refill. 5. Our meals didn't all arrive at the same time. In fact, one meal came over an hour later and it was pretty much the same plate as some of us. They could have literally made a big batch at the same time and split it between our plates. 6. The chicken was bloody red! No, we didn't notice it as while we were eating because we were talking with everyone, but towards the end, when we actually paid attention to our food... It was bloody red!!! 7. Yes, the waitress apologized, but didn't even offer to take it out of our bill or offered free dessert or anything. It's not that we want a free meal or anything, but it's the thought of customer service. 8. We were there for a birthday. Unfortunately, it was the birthday girl who got her plate over an hour later. Anyways, when we asked for the birthday treat for her, it took about another 15 minutes and we had to ask the waitress twice for it. She replied with, "Oh ya, the birthday girl." I swear she forgot everything we told her. Was it busy for her? No. There was a big group as well that she was handling when we came in, but they packed up before we even gave our order. She only handled our table and one dude by himself. How can she forget everything? Even if she did, how could she not notice the other things? Utensils, refill, never once asked us how we are doing or how was the food. I don't know I don't know if she was having a bad day or she simply need to do her training all over again. Then other people showed up in the section we were in and service went down hill. I understand she got a bit overwhelmed and later the hostess said it was the waitress first day. The problem was she made a mistake and she never came back to fix it. She messed up at another table and forgot an entire order. She went there and apologized. It took us 45mins to get shrimp skewers. She didn't apologize and disappeared again. I had to find someone to get my order on the table kiosk to pay so I could leave. On Monday, my wife and I stopped by for lunch. They currently have endless shrimp so you know it a must. We went during lunch time and it was really quiet. Just the way I like to enjoy my meals. We had an awesome dinner for pickup a couple days ago. Lobster Lovers Dream: a tender and tasty main lobster tail, a larger Australian rock lobster tail, delicious and rich seafood fettuccine, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. Two complete dinners for $87 plus tip. It was delicious. We had also ordered a couple key lime pies, which they forgot to put in the bag. It happens. I went back and they were comped.
