Ok first the food is not too bad it is pretty good on the other hand they try to hide everything and blame it on the owners. On the menu they had the Camarones cucaracha a small and a large I ordered the small and she charged me for the large which is $39 which in my opinion a lot for some shrimp and when I told her she said the owners changed it and there's only one size yet the menu says otherwise, also the water they don't tell you it's bottled water which will be charged. Lastly, the menu says gratuity will be charged 15% for a party of 8 or more well I was a party of 6 and was still charged the 15% not okay to be hiding prices and then pretend you don't know would I go again probably not read more

The last time My order was, Dozen of empanadas de camarón, coctel chico de camarón y pulpo , camarones empanizados, aguachiles, chicarrón de pescado, consomé, sodas, water, agua frescas, $192.26 for 6 people, had got tacos de camarón but everyone was done eating and we cancelled them, then they still brought them out and they were cold, they were free. The empanadas were toastier than usual, I prepared my coctel and on the second spoonful, a black hair came out, my hair is blonde, they took it and brought me a new one. Food isn't great, it's ok. My favorite spot in the antelope valley, the sauce on the camarones encabronados and mejillon/langostinos are always fantastic spicy but just the right amount, we tried the shrimp cheese empanadas for the first time and they were super delicious a bit to greasy but overall great flavor! They gave a bunch of small sauces for the empanadas, salsas, chips and limes, i only gave it a 4 star because when i had originally ordered i asked for extra sauce for the camarones encabronados and they didn't put it with the order so i had to order a side of it for an additional 5.50 and it was half full so that was unfortunate. We have been here a couple times before every now and then. The food is good, the service always seems to be rushed. Today we went in, it was a little busy, we're sat down after a while right next to the bathrooms. But we continued to order anyway because there was no other tables. They brought the food and drinks. Waitress did apologize for the wait. Today was unpleasant because there was a roach on our table. We tried calling the waitress, she came over after a while. She apologized and said it was because they come in trough the back door since the trash cans are out there. We switched tables, finished eating. She did give us a complimentary beer. I still give this place 4 stars because the food is good. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the service isn't that great it's just slow. Occasionally there's some mishaps. I guess it depends on who is cooking I don't know. I ordered the mussels and 4 out of the 12 were beyond cooked. They were burnt and not edible. I tried to eat them anyway but they weren't good. The crabs we ordered were much less than what we normally receive. This is the second time this week we ordered the crabs and the last order we asked for garlic crabs and they gave us the Diablo sauce instead. Everyone makes mistakes. HORRIBLE SERVICE and Mediocre food. I'm giving 1 star because I can't give "0". The waitress was rude and tossed the menus on the table. With an almost empty restaurant of mostly men she wouldn't give us a chance to decide on food by rushing us asking constantly if we were ready to order. After placing the order she never returned until we were finished with our food. We asked for the check and as soon as our card was placed on the receipt another waitress came out of nowhere like ninja and scooped it up to process the payment. I'm not kidding! It took no more than 2 seconds! They were all super attentive to the other male customers though. The employees didn't even look at us either. At one point we we thought they were trying to have us leave soon because of our own safety. We were very disappointed with the service and the quality of food as well.
