Lobster Fest is the time to order at Red Lobster. I ordered via Door Dash and chose the Create Your Own Lobster Lover's Dream then selected the Maine Lobster Tail as my Choice 1, 2 and 3. So for $67.18 I got three lobster tails plus two side choices which were a garden salad and fully loaded baked potato. I added the Coconut Shrimp Appetizer, a dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits and a Half-Gallon Cranberry Tea. All of my choices were delicious and the quantity was enough to provide me several separate meals. Not many places open during Christmas day for lunch so we end up at Red Lobster. Upon arrival, we were greeted by almost the whole staff, which was strange but very nice. After being seated, we were served by "April" who was extremely polite and very attentive to our needs. Ambiance was pleasant (maybe could have turned down the music just a little). We were served a basket of warm garlic cheddar biscuits that were amazing! I ordered my usual Caesar salad with my main entree. The salad was excellent; fresh with plenty of crisp lettuce, parm, and croutons. My main entree was very good as well. Plenty of delicious food for the value, which was fair. i got to eat lunch with my mom, great uncle and his partner, marking the third yelp review i've done with those same restaurant guests. food - the restaurant was featuring its seasonal lobsterfest, which i had previously seen advertised in a commercial featuring blake griffin dunking lobster in butter sauce. however, the lobsterfest features more items besides lobster legs, and being that the legs are on the high side of pricing among the features, i decided on a more cost effective feature, the lobster bisque. the soup was creamy and buttery, and though i would not have hated the contrary, it did not have chunks of lobster, but the taste was still subtley present. my mom also let me try one of the coconut shrimp she ordered, and it was very good, pairing nicely with the cocktail sauce with which it was served. and while i do not remember the order of both my great uncle and his wife, one got the clam chowder, which did have chunks and was also given a good review. the highlight to all of us, though, was as always the cheddar biscuits served as appetizers to our meal and refilled endlessly with the orders of my mom and the partner of my great uncle. and lastly, because i cannot forget the bev, neva, neva, neva, i got the hi-c fruit punch, which had a good taste and made for a refreshing contrast with the auburn hue of the lobster bisque. service - the service was awesome. our waiter was really kind, attentive, and accurate. and she did a fantastic job responding to the occasionally ill-timed, though partially hilarious jokes of my great uncle, who i've noticed over recent dining experiences with him is more effective in establishing a friendly banter with waiters than most anyone i know because of his lack of filter despite that trait also being what sometimes creates tense or even awkward moments with the wait staff. that said, the waitress responded really good to his quips, and her red hair added nicely to the eponymous theme of the restaurant. ambiance - the ambiance was good as always, with sea-memorbilia throughout the restaurant, and a tank of live lobsters at the front. and although i did not take a picture of tank when exiting the restaurant, mostly because tlc "waterfalls" was playing over the speaker and its chorus discouraged me chasing waterfalls such as the mini one cascading into the lobster tank, but luckily there is a picture of the tank on a previous review i saw on the page for the restaurant. read more

Don't go on Wednesday night. Crab legs were really overcooked...flimsy & could not open....(sat in water too long somewhere). By the time they were served the legs were cold. First off this use to be my go to for seafood, after being gone from Red Lobster for a few years, my wife and I decided to go back for our anniversary dinner. My mistake want happen again. Walk in party of two "we currently don't have any silverware we have plastic ware is that ok, or dishwasher is broke, me yeah ok let's see where this goes. After about a ten minute wait in an empty restaurant we get drink orders, what appears to be cheddar bay biscuits come to the table they look like ice cream scoops of dough not cheddar bay biscuits gummy and not cooked through. Order new menu items Crabby mushrooms good, bacon wrapped scallops good. New crab boil in in a bag, comes to the table not in a bag at all so that experience gone, your supposed to be able to shake up the seafood in the bag to distribute the flavors over the seafood, Nope already in the not even covered in butter just roasted garlic on top of crab legs, potatoes not covered shrimp not covered, again no bag. Food was ok but not seasoned butter was flavorless, needless to say I spent $50 on this crab boil I'm going to eat it. I think we caught them in a dad day. To top off the evening I asked for a Pepsi zero to go sorry we are out of Togo cups. Needless to say it was not the best experience. For the price the new crab boil in my opinion is not worth it. We went for dinner on Valentine's Day and it was extremely busy. They got us seated right away~ our server came to our table right away, took our drink & appetizer order and brought out the bread very quickly. I always start a review at 5 stars and go from there. Well, you lost a star when I was told to be there at 5:43. I was there at 5:40. At 6:03, I finally went in to get it. After another 5 minutes she finally came back with my order. No apology, no explanation. Just, "here ya go." That cost you another star. It took me all of 3 minutes to get back to the hotel as it was less than a block away. Food was cold. There went your third star. After I stuck it in the microwave, the food was very good so you ended up with 2 stars. read more

One order was delivered incorrectly, but we didn't complain, we were hungry and on a time crunch. The ambiance was terrible, old and run down. Not the servers fault. We remember Red Lobster as being clean and lively. This place was old and dingy. Good music though! We won't be back to this location. UPDATE: We were contacted by restaurant. They were extremely responsive to our post. They were honestly apologetic about our experience and took care of us, asking that we give them another chance. No wonder they are open on Christmas - anybody with any taste would go anywhere else, if any place is open - go there, literally anywhere - McDonald's would be better with both service and food quality. Placed a to go order. Shrimp, crab legs and two lobster tails. I was told it would be ready in between 18-28 minutes. We live about 30 minutes away so we left immediately. We arrived and was told they would get started on the order immediately. Ok, so at least it will be fresh. Hmmm, while waiting a guy brings out an order for another person, they said no, that's not my order, to which they went into the back and brought out the other person's order. The guy took the original bag, which had a slight tear in the side, picking the bag up from the floor and returning to the back. Same guy comes out and says "you got an order?" I said yes - told him what I had - he goes to the back, then comes out, says I can come pay. I do. He gives me the torn bag that he had brought out 15 minutes earlier. I figure, it's cold, it's been on the floor yet I've been gone for over an hour at this point and people are waiting, figured I can microwave it. Pay but did not give a tip when this guy asked. I get home about 1hr and 45 after placing the order , During the process of placing the order, I was asked three times if we wanted drawn butter (with each tail and with crab) - every request was answered yes. They repeated back the order, including "... with drawn butter for each item?" To which I replied, yes. Guess what?! No butter- yes, I could drive back yet another 90 minutes (or longer) but figured I'd cut my losses, go grab a bean burrito from the fridge section at quick trip and call it an experience. I was on a business trip here and was looking for something light for dinner. Seafood was the first thing that came to my mind. The closest place was this Red Lobster. We got quite a lot in Dallas where I live. They are all quite good. So I thought it was not that risky to try it here in Tulsa. You'll see. I ordered a salmon and shrimp entree. I don't think there is any New Orleans in the food. I was expecting something Cajun or at least something spicy. But nothing was to be found. Quite disappointing. One thing I don't like about when I see it is when they put the food on the plate in the kitchen they don't wipe off the sauce on the edge of the plate before they take it out to serve. It is just a sign of sloppy plating. It is not a Chopped contest on Foodnetwork, so they should have a second or two to wipe off the excess sauce left on the edge before getting it out. Maybe it is just me being too picky and neat. See the shot I took. My friend ordered an Atlantic salmon with two sides (broccoli and green beans). But when it came out, one side was missing. The restaurant was not busy at all. It was Monday night. Seemed like they put some new hires or apprentices in the kitchen for the night. One thing I was upset about was they ran out of tilapia or trout. Red lobster is a seafood place, I think. But my favorite fish was missing. Basically it was just salmon and catfish left for me to choose from. Since I was not in a mood for big red lobsters, I decided on salmon, which is my favorite also. I have to say the service was good. The wait staff was friendly and courteous overall. We still tipped pretty generously since they didn't have control on the food. We split a bottle of red wine . My daughter got the fish with lobster on top . Delicious . I got the shrimp skewers in garlic sauce . So yummy . Dirty silverware, had to ask three times, kept bringing more dirty silverware with baked on food debris. We were party of six celebrating wife's birthday. We're asked to leave after our meal, without even being offered dessert. Hostess asked us to leave so they could have the table for other patrons waiting to be seated. Youngest person in our party was 60 and we were not noisy or demanding. The food was good, but service poor and overall dining experience was lousy. Three stars rather than 4 because of the general cleanliness. The food was a 4. We had a friendly waitress and efficient greeter. The front and side parking lots were full so we had to park around back. But even with a fairly full parking lot we were seating immediately. For the general cleanliness, our table still had some residue from the previous party. Too many places used a wet or moist towel to clean their tables but neglect to dry it with a dry towel or napkin. Tends to leave residue as mentioned. Of note, after we were seated, the couple that was being seated at the booth next to us asked the person seating them to re-wipe their table and stood and waited while she cleaned it. Oh, and the menus could use a really good cleaning as well. So, on to the food. They had 3 fresh fish choices on my Dad's menu and 4 on mine. I didn't see his menu so I ordered the cod - which they didn't have, hence not on his menu. The good news was that they had $2 off fresh fish from 11 to 3 and it comes with two sides and a salad. So it's worth coming in for lunch if you want the fresh fish. The larger portions are huge! They Caesar was okay, nothing special but not bad. The cheese biscuits were good but I wonder what they would taste like with honey? I had the Tilapia and it was very good. Slightly over-seasoned on portions of it but not enough to do anything but scrape of bit of it off. It was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The baked potato was also cooked correctly and was a great side for the fish. The broccoli was a bit hard for me but the flavor was good. When you order a meal, you can add sides (lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, etc) for not too much more. If you're thinking about an appetizer, that might be a good way to save a few bucks. I ordered the scallops ($6.99) and there were four of them served over a bed of rice. Both the rice and scallops were cooked correctly and had a nice flavor and texture. Would I eat there again? Yes I would, but would hope they start to pay more attention to the little things like clean tables and menus. Enjoy! read more

Such an amazing experience. Our server Jacob was super awesome. The service is literally 75% of the experience. The food could be just okay and the service be amazing and you still go back for the amazing service and with Jacob we got that. Although we also got some amazing food right along with it. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms which are my absolute fave. I can't come here without ordering them. If you've never had them they are an absolute must! And how can we forget about those biscuits. I can never just eat one or skip them all together. I can literally eat a good 7 all by myself no problem. The new shrimp dumplings are to die for. Everyone loved it, it's quite cheesy and the bread that comes with it is crispy and buttery. It's a generous portion because everyone tried it and there was still some left over... but it was finished quickly! parrot island coconut jumbo shrimp- the pineapple sauce that comes with them is SO GOOD. IT's a wonderful combo together. The shrimp are huge and juicy but they have a wonderful sweet crunchy outside crispy calamari with vegetables- very good if you like fried food for the meal I ordered the Ultimate Feast... because it's amazing.
