Great seafood! The Australian Red Shrimp was extra special! And, the coconut shrimp is always a great choice as well.

Honestly, the cheddar bay biscuits are always pros reason to go to red lobster (always expect them to be overly salty too), but this time we went to visit, I'm really not inclined to go back. The food is wayyyy overpriced, the presentation is nothing like the menu. Kind of like how McDonald's has really tall juicy looking burgers in the commercials but when you order it, it's wrapped in paper that makes the burger sooo flat that you Dan barely see the meat included. But in comparison for food with taste and value being accounted, Mickey 'Ds wins this one. The salmon here was so dry due to overcooking that it was left basically untouched. The sausages were superrrr salty. Just salty. The quantity of food given is reasonable if the quality was decent. Also the Brussels sprouts are not cooked correctly making them very bitter and the sweet potatoes were burnt :( sad experience and unattentive waitress. read more

Thursday, November 11th, was my "birthday celebration" with our older friends of whom we haven't seen in over a year. My husband and I got there earlier than the others, and while we waited, our server was kind enough to serve us some warm biscuits. We unwrapped our silverware to find grease spots on all of them, especially the knives, where the metal meets the handle. We unwrapped the rest of the silverware on our table and they were all grease-ridden. My husband asked another server for replacements and we were given 2 sets, which were even worse than the others. The napkin used to wrap the silverware was filthy!!! We asked our server for clean silverware and although it took her a while, she delivered! The rest of our party arrived. We ordered our food, visited, ate while we visited some more. Our table for 6 was not rowdy by any means. We were all "old" after all. A few minutes after our table was cleared, and the check was handled, we were asked to leave because they had a larger party waiting to be seated. Although the hostess was very apologetic, we didn't know how to react to such boldness! We had no words! I suppose we were all shocked? As we were all getting up to leave, the hostess apologized again and again and slapped 2 $10.00 gift cards on our table. One of our guests reached for it and gave them to my husband. I turned 60, and was the youngest in that group. In all my life, I have never been asked to leave a restaurant!! Will I go back to Red Lobster? Probably not. If I were to go back, it will not be that particular restaurant on 51st St., Tulsa. Will I ever forget the experience? Never!! read more

Red Lobster is a known commodity across the country. It has average seafood at average prices. The menu and quality is fairly standard nationwide. However what can set this or any restaurant apart from another is service. This is where the one star originates. While the wait staff was acceptable the manager of all people was unacceptable. We were seated over an hour. We were seated in a table closest to the hallway in main dining room. This was a very visible location. So my wife and I independently noticed that the manager stopped at every table and booth in the dining room including the tables so close to us that I could have reached out and touched him with no effort. That is every table but ours. It wasn't that he just greeted the tables and continued walking. He literally paused and chatted a few minutes. An oversight? The fact that we were the only customers of color made that impossible. We felt unwelcome and disrespected. read more

Service was not up to par. Forgot to bring my side. My friend had rice as a side order and it was cold. Not a pleasurable experience at all.

We sat there for about 10 minutes before we got greeted. Our waiter had a terrible attitude. By looking around most of the workers had a terrible attitude. It was very clear that he did not want to be there. When we said we needed a minute to look the menu over he didn't come back till about 30 minutes later. We sat there with our glasses empty pretty much the whole time we were there. He dropped off one of the starters we ordered and never came back to the table after that. It was a horrible experience. Red lobster at this location was very phenomenal. I was in my 4 door long bed ram that I absolutely love, and it has a front bumper replacement and I did not stick out in front of the red fire lane. Also, the parking lot will accommodate a dually pickup. I ate here a 2nd time, and I was pulling a trailer and parking space was very adequate. I highly recommend this place. read more

My friends and I dined at Red Lobster last night for a Yelp event. The food, atmosphere, wait staff, managers, and company were great. Each time Red Lobster adds a new entrée or appetizer to their menu, I get excited to try it out. Last night we were able to try out multiple with the Yelp Rendezvous. My fiancé loved the buffalo bites, I personally loved the chili shrimp, though we thought the cooks prepared everything very nicely and there was not one thing we did not like. We thought it was a unique idea to put fish in a bag and serve it in the bag to the table. It was delicious. We will be going back to Red Lobster soon. My fiancé and I enjoy good crab legs and shrimp. Both always satisfy at Red Lobster compared to the competition in town. Also, we want to commend the people in charge of the remodeling both inside and outside. A job well done on the changes and improvements. Every time I come to this Red Lobster, I always get good service and good food! Being pregnant and craving lobster and crab, this was definitely the place to go! I ordered the Ultimate Feast and I was worried it wasn't going to look like the picture in the menu. I know it may not be as pretty but at least be the same portion size that they advertise. Thankfully I was not disappointed when I received my entree. It was so good and just what I wanted! The crab legs were a teeny bit overlooked but still good. I definitely recommend this Red Lobster but I can't say the same about the other locations. We also ordered the White wine and Garlic mussel appetizer. I wasn't too impressed with it but it wasn't terrible. I'll probably try something else next time though. I just thought it was going to be a little more flavorful. read more

My mom is staying with us while she recovers from knee replacement surgery. She wanted some shrimp tonight and decided on Shrimp Linguini Alfredo from Red Lobster. She really liked the dish, but the side salad that came with it was another matter. She said it was one of those that came out of bag vs. fresh cut. So not very good. I had to wait a few minutes at the bar where you pick up carry out orders. No one was there. But it was just a few minutes and he brought my order up. I was really surprised that there was NO carry out parking spots. I had to park on the side and walk around. The lower rating is more about the lack of carry out parking and the salad. The place was busy and I bet we would have enjoyed it if we ate there. read more

We dined there on Sunday at 4 pm with a group of 10. The restaurant was fairly crowded for that time of day but we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The manager came to the table to introduce himself and the 2 servers, he also checked on us several times. While dining with a large group I always expect at least one mess up on an order, not here. Everything was fresh, hot, delicious and correct. Both of our servers were very good and the manager impressive. I ordered the coconut shrimp with pina colada sauce and it was pretty epic. The portion was huge and the sauce is amazing. The shrimp were not slimy like some restaurants. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. The only negative was we used the call ahead seating. The table wasn't ready when we arrived and the hostesses seemed confused. They got the table together pretty quickly though. It wasn't an issue in our case but a busy Friday or Saturday might pose a problem. read more

We had already decided on our food so we went ahead and ordered. Our salad got to the table before our drinks and biscuits. Finally Got our drinks. We both got the 3 dinner combination. I met a friend at the 51st St location in Tulsa for lunch today. The waitress was very disorganized and it was obvious she was having a bad day - it happens to all of us so no harm done. I ordered the stuffed flounder, with clam chowder and a baked potato. My friend ordered a salad, popcorn shrimp and a baked potato. She enjoyed her food I, however, did not. The sauce on my entree was so salty it was inedible. I tried picking it apart but there was too much sauce to get rid of the saltiness. I love salt.....I salt everything.....so when I say it's too much salt then it would gag most people. Anyway, the server was really nice about and offered to have another entree made, which I declined because we were about to finish up. Things happen.....our nice lunch was still intact. Then the manager came over with an empty plate and told me to scrape my uneaten entree onto said plate so she could remove it from the table. She also brought the check. I was charged for my baked potato side and a bowl of clam chowder. So I ordered a full meal, ate only the sides because I sent the inedible entree back and was charged $5 less than I originally would've been. Ridiculous. read more

I'm sorry but I have been going to Red Lobster since I was very young and from what my family and I have experienced the last few times we have been there is... Cold seafood. Over cooked steak, cold and dry. The lobster tails were over cooked to the point to where we spent less time getting our crab meat out of same size crab legs you would find at a $10.00 Chinese buffet. Get it together Red Lobster!!! We used to use this as our Special Occasion place. Never again. We've marked this location off the list for good. Let's start with the one server for the whole joint. We sat for 20 minutes before we spotted our server again. She was on autopilot. Granted, her autopilot was polite and had a smile plastered on her face, but it was as though she didn't hear the words coming out of our mouths. Then the food came- we asked for the Admiral's feast. The "Flounder" was actually Tilapia. Tilapia without the fat lining peeled off of it. Yeah, we weren't fooled. I also found a bone in my Lobster Artichoke dip. Would have asked to see a manager, but after an hour of almost no service we were ready to run from the location. The dining experience was fantastic tonight. My husband and 1 year old son took me here to eat for my birthday. Our server (i wish i remembered her name but sadly i dont) was amazing. Our drinks were never even half empty, we didn't have to ask for ANYTHING she seemed to have anticipated every single one of our needs. she was courteous and fast paced and great communication and attitude toward our child. Ive been a server for a while; therefore i am very picky about the level of service i recieve and also understa.d that sometimes serving little ones with hot plates can be a challenge, but she went above and beyond my regular dining expectations. The food was amazing and the grill cooks were fast and the presentation was perfect. The reason for 2 stars is the food quality and price. It was too salty and not much flavor but salt and oil. I had the salmon and shrimp. For the quality of the food it's very expensive. Will never come back ever again. I have never in my life not been able to finish a meal because of how bad it was. I ordered asparagus, lobster mash potatoes the sirloin steak and some crab stuffed shrimp. First the steak was barely medium rare but it actually tasted good, the asparagus didn't have one drop of seasoning on them but I applied salt and pepper and they tasted good not too overcooked which is what you usually get in other establishments, the mash potatoes were so bad first the sauce was basically a bowl of butter so much so that after just a few minutes the sauce hardened the mash potatoes themselves were bland and not cooked all the way some parts were hard, then the shrimp OMG I can't even explain how bad they were so much so that after forcing myself to eat two of them I almost threw up on the way to the restroom. My body immediately rejected the food and I spent a few minutes in the bathroom. I think the shrimp had actually gone bad and they tried just over cooking them with soooooo much butter. Basically this isn't the first time I've eaten here but it will be the last. On a positive note my wife just had crab legs and a pasta, pasta wasn't great at all but the crab legs turned out great. The waitress was good and they took my meal off the ticket. My main concern is that I'm sure the shrimp were old I'm more afraid of myself getting sick because of this meal than anything. I would be extra cautious when eating at this restaurant. Not to mention my wife's meal was still $40. Oh and the lemonade is Light lemonade so it was awful. read more

Was there on 02/14, they were really busy for valentines day but despite how swamped they were the food came out as expected and the wait wasn't bad. Comparable to everywhere else you could've gone to eat at. Lobster fest is amazing, they've really outdone themselves with new dishes. My waiter was courteous and came to my table often despite having multiple other big parties. I work in the restaurant industry and I know how stressful it is, kudos to the staff but especially to the culinary manager, you've got a good kitchen who can keep up with demand. I believe my waiter said his name was mike, outstanding job Red Lobster. Your heart of the restaurant really have a good staff. The food was outstanding, I can't say it enough. I saw managers walking around and checking on tables which you don't see very often these days. It was nice to feel welcomed despite how much of a rush they were in. My only complaint is there's not much of a lobby when they're that busy and on a huge wait. I wish the awning out front stood out further. It was windy and I would've liked to stand away from it but the lobby was jammed. Overall i would come back to this location again before I went to the other location that's near the mall.
