Crab was so dirty green stuff inside & dirty on outside. It wasn't cleaned all sauces was disgusting. The shrimp and the drink was the best thing. It was only about 6 people inside the place and the food took over an hour. Customer service was bad. She didn't bring bread nor did she refill our drinks. I will never return here again. A waste of $70 & I only got 1 platter & two drinks.

Although it's been years since I've been to a Red Lobster, I was excited for tonight's dinner. With that being said, I won't be back again. I started off by unwrapping my silverware only to discover two dirty forks and a dirty knife. It instantly killed my vibe, but quite frankly my fault as I keep telling myself to bring my own flatware to restaurants. I then ordered the lobster bisque soup for an appetizer- First, the soup came with a spoon and lo and behold DIRTY! There was a dry piece of food (red) that was blatantly visible so I don't understand why the staff didn't catch this before bringing me the plate. I kindly asked for plastic flatware and they obliged. Second, as I started to lightly sift through my soup, I realized there were no chunks of lobster so my husband asked the waitress if there was any lobster meat in the soup and she said that unfortunately decisions were made to remove actual lobster meat from the soup due to how expensive it is and that it is only "lobster flavored". Quite disappointing seeing as the menu described it as "lobster bisque" not "lobster-flavored bisque". I find that to be quite misleading and as my grandpa said, "tacky". Luckily I immediately handed the soup back to the waitress and the soup was not added to the bill. I ordered the fish and chips for my main entree and it was okay. It's just that nothing that evening exuded freshness. The biscuits were the only item on point.

Wait staff is friendly. No wait at the door at all. Lobster mashed potatoes are absolutely amazing. Cheddar biscuits are awesome too.

We stayed for about 40 minutes and then were told the kitchen was temporarily closed because it was so backed up and it was probably going to be 2 hours before we would get our food. We decided to go elsewhere but that we would come back when the have a chance to work out some of the kinks. Well today was that day. First off the vibe is good. Plenty TV's for gameday variety and a happy excited energy flowing through the place. We were seated right away and our waitress quickly brought our drinks and took our order. We got a Cowboy, a Chili the Kid, the three sliders, a kids chicken tenders, and some cheese fries. The Dogs and the sliders were all delicious. The tenders were a bit bland but they had a nice hint of heat and the breading was nice and crunchy. We wish they had a regular ranch instead of the miso ranch as an option. The cheese fries came out cold and it looked like they just put a Kraft Single on top and stuck it in the microwave. They were a bit underwhelming. Over all the prices felt a bit high... $11 for a hotdog seems steep and I felt like I could eat 2 of them.

Off its first appearance, the restaurant appears as your classic no-frills, get-what-you-asked for establishment. There is lots of outdoor seating, very fair pricing, and a surprisingly extensive menu; I doubt you'll fail to find something you enjoy here. Overall it seemed like a location that would be bumping in conjunction with Baylor college nights, post church service, or otherwise Waco-oriented affairs. My only complaint was really the smell. We came near close when some workers were cleaning, however there was an apparent chemical stench within the patio, between the inside seating and outdoor seating. My partner ordered the sausage po boy, while I ordered the fried chicken plate, wish mashed potatoes & gravy + green beans. The wait was rather long, which can be attributed towards the chicken's cook time - which might be front scratch. After we got our plates, I certainly couldn't complain. The chicken was decently sized and decadent with flavor. Consistent, strong Cajun spicing littered the tray and chicken, while its interior was extremely juicy and filled with flavor; additionally, it still maintained structure and provided a nice crunch on the surface. The mashed potatoes were equally as enjoyable. The gravy complemented the potatoes well, and established an equilibrium through texture. The green beans however, were not my favorite. They initially appeared fine on the surface, but became watered down and lacking in flavor the farther down the bowl you went. I would not be surprised if these beans were canned. I would certainly find myself eating here again. Its biggest appeals are the prices, genuine quality of food, and disposition. It is not perfect, but it is more than satisfactory. If you cannot get over the minor inconveniences that you may run into here, then you probably shouldn't be eating Cajun anyways.
