Their nail techs have always done a wonderful job and I feel as if the pedicure is always consistent tech to tech. There are different tiers of pedicures and I generally get the second tier that includes a mask and hot stone massage. I feel as if they are meticulous with shaping and cuticles. my family has come here for years because this place is very reliable if you want a good quality manicure & pedicure. i usually get my dip powder manicure with Lee because he's great with shaping, design & he's super fast and really accommodating to what you want for your set. there's also a huge selection of colors for all nail product types here (powder, gel, reg polish) him and the other nail technicians are also helpful if you're not sure what color or shade would suit you and their recommendations are always right. the place itself is also very clean, their manicure stations and pedicure chairs are never dirty and they do use the appropriate hygienic practices salons should have (like the foot bath plastic sheets, clean nail brushes, etc). i can also say confidently that they have the best prices. other salons upcharge for their services but red persimmon's base prices are always reasonable. read more

Horrible costumer service I did a walk in it was my second time here. The first time I came I waited about 40 minutes to receive service I called ahead or time and the man that answered told me I didn't need an appointment to just walk I , we'll that cost me some time, still went ahead and got a pedicure from an older lady. I didn't ask for much so it was a nice . TODAY 8/19/2022 was my second time here. I brought along my wheelchair bound brother teenage to get a pedicure with me. The woman who helped me was nice no problems with her but then this older very skinny lady( which I'm sure is pictured a few reviews down ) started working on my brothers feet, very rough, I saw her pull his leg once or twice, she also got upset him wheelchair was in her way but the other mail tech told Us he could leave it there. He told me he wanted to get black finger nails and she told us no "men dont get color" I don't understand why it would be any of her business. Her job is to do what the costumer ask not to lecture us about what happens in her culture . She wasn't friendly at all, Rude, very unprofessional I was also refused service because they had an appointment waiting so I guess I will get eyebrows and manicure at a more professional shop. I came here to have my gels removed. I was impressed with the overall aesthetic of the salon. There were some very cute decorations and everything was very clean and looked nice. They have plastic dividers hanging over every single pedicure chair to create a divide between the nail technician and the customer, which I thought showed their dedication to health and safety and cleanliness. The only place where I could see some room for improvement was the service. The technician who did my nails was very rough and made me feel like I had ruined her day by coming into the salon. Her attitude toward the gel removal was somewhat careless and I believe it shows in the finished product. She did not remove the gels completely, didn't smooth out the nail, and she left my nails looking terrible. Overall I was just disappointed with the service I received here. I love this place have been going for many many years. I go to hannah and get gel manicures and standard pedicures. Lots of color choices as well. The staff is also very kind. They provide soft drinks and water to customers as well, as which I think is great!! ALSO, for the people down below saying they got infections, the things you've listed are signs of allergic reactions. I've been getting acrylics for many years here, and suddenly got the same reactions as you, and realized I became allergic to the powder. I had gone somewhere else, and it happened again. I looked it up and it was allergy. It had nothing to do with sanitary reasons, because this place is very clean and they disinfect everything. Lee convinced me to try dip powder and I will never go back to gel, now I just do gel top coat on top of my dip powder for extra shine (ask Lee he'll do it for you). I've been to every nail technician at this location. Jana, Lee (Manager), Hannah, and Tammy are the best! More recently I had Mike do my sets and he does a fantastic job as well. The nail tech asked me where I am from. I informed her Pakistan, she just colored my nails and went. I felt racial discrimination. She didn't buff my nails and she didn't apply any lotion or oils. While getting manicures, I do it once a while to add a pop of color, my nails feel super dry because of so many coats and lack of moisture. When I politely asked her to apply the lotion after the polish, she told me to do it myself and began cleaning the salon. With a $15 manicure I gave a $3 tip and she was making fun of me and what she could do with $3 with her coworkers. Will not recommend read more

Did the nails so fast that didn't put effort on making them look good, they are terrible looking and my nails hurt , I asked to make them slimmer longer and they are so wide and short , and ended up charging me 55 dollars for this, I was ok with leaving tip because I felt bad for the old lady but now after a few minutes of having the nails on, almost an hour my nails started ti hurt really bad which upset me even more. read more
