    My car has had so many issues since I bought it brand new in 2021 (Its a 2021 Hyundai Fe Hybrid) Please see the images below. There are also codes that did not register, as well as a recall, and a leaking oil pan that was just fixed under warranty. Imagine how expensive it will be to maintain this car after the warranty expires? Maybe save yourself some money and purchase a different vehicle. Purchase date: June 2021 Date of first check engine light: August 2021 As of 3/28/23: Still not resolved Update 3/28/23- After spending the whole day in the shop, my check engine light came on again 3 days later. I called in and the service department told me they would need to keep my car overnight for a few days and to stay by my phone because they would call me and come pick my car up and drop off a rental. It's been more than two weeks and nobody has responded to me, or called to inform me what's happening. I've called several times and have even brought it to the attention of the service department manager, Randy. I will continue to update this review as my situation progresses. It has now been more than a month and a half and nobody has called to update me of anything. The loaner car that they gave me has no radio. The worst part about this is I've had 50+check engine lights, More than 16 registered codes, 2 recalls and they still have no idea what is wrong. My mother was life flighted to the hospital in Denver on the night of 9/13. I got the call about an hour after my check engine light came on at about 9pm. I could not find a ride and was scared to drive my car 3 1/2 hours in the dark with a check engine light on and bad call service so I had to wait until the next morning. By the time I got to the hospital she was already in surgery and was never able to speak again. She died on 9/15 and I didn't drive up because I was scared my brand new 40000 car was going to leave me stranded in the dark with no cell service. I will never get that day with her back. We never got to say our goodbyes. This company had every opportunity to fix my car in the year that followed up to this and they chose to let me get up to 55,000 miles before offering to finally keep it overnight.

    Should've listened to everything on the news. Only ended up going here because my car was stolen and they had to put a new ignition in. I got an oil change a week ago and today the plug came out while driving in a remote area on highway 50. Oil drained everywhere and I needed a tow.

    I came in looking to buy a new vehicle, and the man I was working with, Arb, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was estimated at a $27,000 trade in, and I of course wasn't expecting to get that, but at least in the ball park. The "business manager" came out with a proposal and said they cap trade ins at $15,000. He then proceeded to say it was mandatory to purchase these warranties on the car I was looking at. Note that the vehicle I was looking at was $24,000 MSRP, so I shouldn't have had to worry about a lot of fees, if any at all. At the end of it all, he said I'd have to pay $16,000 to walk out!! This place is a total scam, and they hide it behind friendly faces. Also, I test drove the car and the odometer read 5,500 miles. When they tried to sell it to me, they marked it at 4800. Scam after scam, this place is a joke.

    This place absolutely does not no anything to help. I bought a car there Feb 2nd 2022 that had a crack in the windshield not a small crack at all. **see picture below** I have not kidding, called them eight times went to their store in person twice, and spoke to three different people every time to try to get this resolved. On top of it all being polite. None of them have called me back. None of them have responded to my messages I've left. And my windshield is still not replaced obviously.. And to top it all off it was in our agreement when I purchased my car that they would fix my windshield, and I have it in writing. I would never recommend this place to my friends and family. Unless they drastically change who is managing this operation.

I was literally two minutes from driving off the lot. Then it all fell apart. Three red flags that made me walk: - Credit Union Roadblock - The dealership refused to provide my credit union with a bill of sale before the transaction date, then immediately pressured me to switch to their financing sources. - Warranty Scare Tactic - They claimed that an extended warranty purchased from an East Coast dealership wouldn't be honored in the Western U.S. (This is false--Toyota warranties are honored nationwide.) - The Deal Breaker - They insisted I sign a mandatory arbitration agreement waiving my right to take them to court, claiming it was "required by law" to complete the sale. (Also false.) I refused. I walked away. No dream car for me today
