Stopped by on Saturday, 01/18/25 during lunch time with my mom. Dined in and ordered the following: - 2 seafood combo (regular size) = $13.50 each x 2 = $27 - 1, 4 eggrolls = $6.75 SUBTOTAL = $33.75 TAX = $3.46 TIP = $10 TOTAL = $47.21 Our meals came quickly! If you order Pho there is a Regular and Large size, however the server mentioned that the Regular size can fill you up. Lots of noodles inside our pho and affordably priced.

BP is my hometown and so happy to visit my parents and find a pho spot here! I've been recovering from a respiratory infection and the pho tom hit the spot and helped clear my nose! It's like caldo de pollo- the pho just hits right when you're ill or need to warm your bones! The large was a perfect size to split between two soup bowls (shared pho with my Mama). We also got an order of soft egg noodles with chicken, beef, and veggies for my Dad. He said the sauce is so tasty & we will definitely be back for more egg rolls, pho, and noodle dishes! Thanks Red Top Kitchen!

Ask for the vinegar onions and hit em with sriracha!

On a rainy day you can't beat a warm bowl of pho! Service was kind and quick even when it was a little extra busy! Ambiance was kinda cramped but a nice warm bowl of pho is worth it! Broth was full of savory and robust flavor with the cut of beef were tender! Great place for pho and solid extensive menu!

Love the place! Best Pho spot in Baldwin Park- cannot be compared to any other! The staff are incredibly professional and nice! They truly care for their customers making every experience unique! A place with great food fails if the customers feel unappreciated and best believe they are the opposite! Not to mention the amount of TVs they have to see games, news, etc! I love Red Top, been a day one client since 2019! Eve thru the pandemic, they remained opened although I dislike to see the menu pictures go! The food has remained the same!

From the outside, this place looks more like a donut or a fast food joint. But once you step foot inside, you'll smell the pho. I'm not a big fan of the lights and ceiling fans in the restaurant though. The ceiling fans kept creating a strobe effect with the lights and it made me feel uncomfortable. Service: We were greeted by a nice gentleman who let us sit anywhere. He kept coming to check on us throughout our meal and was so friendly. Food: We ordered the large Red Top Special, 2 eggrolls, and 2 spring rolls. The spring rolls were nothing special. It was also a little bland even with the peanut sauce. I really liked the pho and eggrolls though. The portion of the pho was also really big and worth. We were able to share the large between 2 people and we were so full.

Pad thai. I added Sriracha to make it sauce because the noodles was dry and clumpy.

Pad thai noodle, not the best I've had. This was my first and last time trying at this location. The pad thai noodle is plain, dry, comes with bean sprouts and sprinkles of peanuts on the side of the dish. Also, the noodle color is wrong and plain. They gave me only 5 shrimps, and only two was cleaned without the shrimp vein or digestive tracts. Very dry and disappointing. I should have known when they didn't have pad see ew on the menu that this dish is not worth the $18. Would not recommend this dish from this location. Service took a little long, even though I was the only one waiting. The server was nice though. I added Sriracha to make it sauce and give it a kick. The color of the chilli helps.

Small mom and pop cafe/ operation that serves far and some other popular Viet food items. The folks here were very friendly, and I came in to have dinner. Kind of a small dining room so it's a little cozy. I couldn't really decide what I wanted so I just went with pho - Red Top Special. Got the large...and oh boy was it a large bowl. I thought it was delicious and the broth was clean. It really hit the spot for me that night. A bonus is that they had some big screen TVs that were playing the Dodger game.

The food tastes authentic, the quality is amazing, and everything is so rich and flavorful. You can really tell they care about the food they make. It's located on the corner to the right side of Hong Kong Plaza near Haven City Market, and honestly this restaurant really stood out to me. I already love this plaza, but this place quickly became one of my favorite spots there. One thing I really love is their pork spring rolls. They make them fresh when you order, and you can definitely taste the difference. They're so fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best spring rolls I've had in a while. They also do catering, which I definitely plan on using in the future if I ever host a party or birthday because the food is just that good. I only had one issue during one of my visits. I can't eat cucumber, so I asked for no cucumber in both my pork dish and spring rolls. They accidentally still included it in my pork dish. Thankfully, when I brought it up, they fixed it quickly and apologized right away, which I appreciated a lot. I still love this place, but I do think it's important for people with allergies or food restrictions to double check their food before eating, just to be safe. Besides that, everything else has been amazing. The restaurant has a really calm atmosphere with lots of greenery and that open, cozy Vietnamese restaurant feel. The workers are also really kind and welcoming every time I come in. I also appreciate how authentic this place feels. Whenever I'm trying food from another culture, I always want something that feels genuine, and this place definitely gives me that experience. I come here a couple times a month now, and it's honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cucumber issue, but overall the food and experience are still amazing.

I came by on a Friday at 7pm for a dinner (weekend before Mother's Day) and was able to get seated in 15 minutes. They have a Yelp waitlist but you must go in person to join the waitlist. There's a spacious parking lot but there's rarely any spots available and will require you to wait for a free one. The interior is honestly very pretty. It's decorated with overhead chandeliers with bright lights and marble tables. When your table is ready, they also give you a tray full of chopsticks, napkins, and forks. Each table also has hoisin, sriracha, chili sauce, and another sauce I'm not too sure about. After we ordered, I got my pho da biet maybe 5 minutes after. The cha gios also came out a few minutes after too. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's com tam was forgotten about until after I devoured my pho. We even asked them about it in the middle and it was checked on but we weren't updated and thought they had went ahead and cancelled it but it still came out. No biggy, we packed it to-go since we basically split the pho da biet. Food: Pho da biet (9.5/10): The pho was soooo delicious. It was meaty with a little bit of sweetness to it. This is one of the few places where I don't feel the need to sauce down my pho to enjoy it. There's a good amount of meat in here. If you're a tendon enjoyer, there's about 3 big chunks in here. I love the way they separate everything. If you order this, it comes with the stone bowl at no additional costs. They separate the noodles and ribeye on the side and let you "decorate" it yourself. There was also a good amount of noodles in here. Com tam (7.9/10): I thought that this one was just okay. We got the grilled pork and grilled pork chop and I thought that the meats were cooked perfectly. There was a nice char to the meats and it was seasoned deliciously. It came with a lot of rice and a side of soup to enjoy! I did enjoy this fish sauce more than the one that came with the egg rolls. Overall, I wish this dish came out the same time as the pho so we could've enjoyed it together. Cha gio/Imperial Rolls (7/10): I love egg rolls but this one didn't really stand out to me. It comes with a good amount of vegetables that you can use to wrap your egg rolls in. I wish the fish sauce that came with this was more salty. Maybe it was that day, but I couldn't really tell what was inside the filling. It was all mushed in together instead of different layers. The skin was very thin and crispy which I really liked!
